Incorrect sizing and order.
I received my order back in April and everything that I got was not true to size, not only were they small but WAY TO SMALL and the product was not even lined up with the other side. I have been going back and forth with them since April, have sent multiple pictures with the measurements and now they’re ignoring me and not giving me my refund like they said.
Desired outcome: REFUND
Dear-Lover is the worst seller!
I had the worst experience ever with Dear-Lover, and I advice everyone to stay far away from these people. I made quite a big order and my entire order was a mess. Some items were of a wrong size, they looked used and some items were even dirty! I took photos and emailed Dear-Lover, I demanded a full refund, but they refused and even called me a liar. They claimed that everything what was on the photo had nothing to do with them and that these were not their products! I have never dealt with such a company, and every time I spoke with them I heard nothing but lies!
Please avoid and don't waste your money here!
The lingerie was out of stock and I can't return money back
I placed the order online and the company www.dear-lover.com has scammed me. The seller charged me, but 3 days later I got the email, where he excused and told that the lingerie was out of stock. He hasn’t told me about refund or offered to change the order for another one. Nothing. I replied that I wanted money back, but no one really cared and my request was ignored.
Seller didn't deliver order and told me that it was delivered already
I bought 5 dresses from the website www.dear-lover.com. I haven’t received my order at all, and the seller tried to persuade me that the order was delivered and everything was ok. But it wasn’t. I asked to provide order or money back, but the seller refused and started to behave like real jerk. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
It is true dose people out smart me I told one of dem called sophia I want to do business with dem dat I will bring customers dat dey will give me commission on any order or any transaction my customer buy, do u no sophia replied and said she as not gotten d order I quickly introduce one of my customer to dem and she brought first order wort 400 dollar, and since den sophia don't reply me again if she had told me dat dey are not interested in my deal, I would have kept my customer, to my self am going to be buying and selling bit by bit to dem now I have pushed my best customer to dem, and sophia ran away, but Tony made me to understand dat dey don't offer commission, pls don't try to say u want to bring customer to dear lover thinking dey will pay u 4 ur job, dey won't ooo dey are greedy ### set of people lies and I think Tony is d most truthful kind hearted man among dem so if u want to buy anything for urself u better use Tony cos dose other people are just scrap

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! When i placed my order I sent them an email asking for a confirmation of my purchases, they never responded. My items arrived today and oh my god the quality is disgusting! I think they must have monkeys working at the factory! They even got my order wrong and sent me 4 of the wrong items! When an item says "one size" it really means "we made this in the dark and couldn't give a ****". Don't go anywhere near these cheap factories they are worse quality than primark!
Can you offer your order number to prove that you ever ordered on dear-lover.com?
It is not a good idea to buzz the rumour everywhere. Respond asap or I will report to BBB.
Dear-Lover.com Terrible Liars!
I have had problems with both CarminGirl China and Dear-Lover to the USA. Dear-Lover sent me 20 corsets made out of a ruinded / damaged fabric. I ordered 30 various sizes in all of the same corset between two orders, 10 were perfect and very nice, then the next 20 the fabric was made wrong so the textured design was bold as it should be in several place...
