I can’t open my account on Date in Asia, it says my account closed. My username account is Lily13.

There’s a guy from Date in Asia who asked some questions and for me it’s a bit privacy. And He didn’t like my respond and then blocked and reported me.

My account got closed on 29th February 2024.

Please give my account back as soon as possible.

Hi, I would like to complain this profile in date in Asia, profile name: Chatter box who's from Vancouver Canada

He's using 2 photos with different guy in 1 profile. I supposed to get to know him because I'm interested but I noticed he's using different photo to a different guy. I Was concerned he probably a human trafficking or a scammers. That's really against the rules to the site please take down or banned his profile as soon as possible to protect users who has a good intentions.

Was just on there chatting, nothing sexual, never asked for any nude pictures, never sent any nude pictures. there was absolutely no reason i should have been banned it doesn't make the slightest bit of sense.

I found a girl on there i've been chatting to for the past 2 days we decided to move to whatsapp anyway that fell through, went to log back on and i'm banned. this isn't the first time i've been banned on here for no reason either, i've made an account before and it's been banned within 10 minutes without having a single chat or message sent.

Rubbish site, nothing but time-wasters! My profile was deleted with no explanation. Customer service is unresponsive, so there is noone to reach out to, but actually I don't want to unblock my profile, because I found something better: J4L.club

I am filing an official complaint against dateinasia for discrimination, and violating my rights. Every time I try and open an account on dateinasia, I am quickly deleted. I am targeted by your staff for this reason. Check my previous conversations with other members, and you will see that I have never used vulgar language to other members. Harassed, or had violent outbursts with other members. This should be noted by your ( ready to delete ) moderators. Speaking to nembers on other apps, after first speaking on dateinasia, and what is said between to adults is none of the business of dateinasias’s over aggressive moderators, or anybody else. The only legal concern, relating to your terms of use section is what I say to members on your site, and not anywhere else. I am a target of discrimination by your moderators, and I am making a complaint against your moderators

Hi My name is Scarl3tt on Dateinasia. I was in the chat room today and we were having fun with emoji chat with bunch of people there. Before the chat there were few girls sharing bikini photos.
Mr. Buang, 56 from Oldham (England), United Kingdom a moderator kicked me out of the room for the reason that he wanna continue the bikini photos. Obviously he is a thirsty man. See attach photo of what he said after kicking me.

I'm very reasonable and decent person in the app. I believe I can brought more people to this site as I also been telling ym friends about finding serious relationship here. And the fact that I am already a motivation to a lot of people in my country and online where I do life coach, I am a very good example to many people. I did not do any harm to anybody. But you have people you set as moderator as they shouldn't be.

I'm just saying. This can affect your site if they keep doing that. Obviously modbot did not even think I did wrong.
I would like to get back in the chatroom ASAP before the banning time runs out. I didnt do anything wrong. It is not fair. Please resolve this issue. I really enjoy being there and so the people too. It is not fair to be kicked out by thirsty man.

As organic chemist I did discover the best way to prepare amphetamine which is even in Indonesia with the death penality for drugs available on prescription.

I was banned without warning from date in asia. It just says when you attempt to go to their site that account closed.

I tried to make a new account, within a few mins of creation it was banned too

I have tried contacting tech support.

I hope this can be resolved bit i dont think so from others experience.

Very disappointed in the way they operate. If they gave a warning or provided some information about why they closed the account it would be helpful.

I guess i will use other sites. Sometimes you can have extreme disappointment in a business. This is one of them.

Other sites make you take a pic in a certain pose to prove your real. Very easy to implement and can weed out the fakes instantly.

But maybe you broke other rules that you dont know.

- I had been using before I decided to give DateinAsia a try. Since it worked for me in the past and gave me at least four real dates I will not mess with success anymore. I didn't expect a dating site to have so many scammers, but DateinAsia managers do nothing to protect their site from scam, they don't police their platform. Moreover, I think they encourage scammers as long as these scammers look good and help attract new users. On top of that, my account was banned after I reported two scammers. Make of it what you will fellows, I hope you apply your common sense and avoid this filthy place!

My name is Leopold Bourne. Australian who lives in Thailand. Account closed without explanation on 10th August 2022. I only joined on 9th August. I have lost contact with the woman I was arranging to meet in the Philippines. I was due to receive all the details from her on the day my account was closed. I have no other way of contacting her, nor can she contact me. It is very bad for me, but may be devastating for her because she may think I have discarded her for someone else. Had I known that Dateinasia was in the habit of arbitrarily closing accounts, I would have obtained an email address first thing. This is a very cruel and insensitive way to run a dating site. It is playing with people's lives and sometimes destroying a promising relationship. In other words, the exact opposite of what they claim to be doing. What is the motive in this approach? I cannot understand it. If they provided a reason, you would at least have the opportunity to make a change in line with their requirements.

I have been a polite and careful user of this site for the past 5 years. Then out of the blue my account was closed for using the word "sexy" in a harmless punchline with regards to one of my own photos - it was an ironic joke.

I understand that the bots are sensitive to specific keywords but to ban a account, IP address, photos and device for breaching these seems overly strict. A warning would have been enough.

My account represented 100's of hours of work and now for typing one word its all gone.

Please why when I was manually typing every single response to any email that I received would I get kicked off? This is completely inappropriate and unfair.

There is nothing wrong with typing what you want and what you offer in a relationship. I didn't not disrespect anyone period look at everything I wrote and anything I did and said. I have not violated anything and awhile ago June 26, 2022 I can't open my account because they were claiming that I violated things or terms lolll

The whole site is a scam. This is because they close accounts without any reason or legitimate claim that you are doing anything to violate their "online policy". 5/4/2022.

They first allow you to add photos and send messages to other members with ease. Then, suddenly, without warning, or any sensible cause - they close your account.

I think it is because they say they can close accounts for any reason per their determination in the user policy. This gives them the ability to use some kind of bot or other software to randomly or purposely close accounts.

I have no idea what the purpose of this site is. It is supposed to be a free forum for meeting people, instead it is just [censored].

Recently (last week) i made an account and without any reason you just closed it. Later on, i made a second account and you also closed that one as well.

All of a sudden, my account switched screens and it mentioned that the account was closed.

I tried to create a new account but that was closed as well.

I believe that the automated flagging system is flawed.

I emailed customer service multiple times to look into this issue but I have not heard a thing.

This is a real big disappointment.

I caught 4 guys in a row who were pretenders to be someone else,
*Klahen Williams - pretends to be a Thai working in UK as a nurse..
He uses a someone's video upon having a video call with voice over. He ask money for his birthday but he can't never scam me.
*Ho - pretends to be a Korean guy working in Uk as a Construction Engineer.
He does'nt even know how to read korean.
*Wong- pretends to be a Korean guy woring in Londo as a Engineer.
* Albien Mason - pretends to be a guy from England, Liverpool City working as an Interior Design. He even doesnt know design tools and tried to scam me by asking my code that he requested from my phone to get my identity.

*They ask for WeChat account..Beware.
