Beware
Placed an order back in sept. for 174.00 Took me 5 emails and a cancellation inquiry to get a response and a shipping confirmation. Order arrived and I was missing $51.00 worth of items. Inquired about this with no response until I had said I wanted top lace another order.
New order was placed on Nov 18th with credit of $51.00 and adding another 20.95.
It's now 1/22/10 and NO RESPONSE from the company. I've sent numerous emails inquiring in the past months and have tested my patience far enough. I've filed a claim with my bank. Hopefully they can do something about this!

Rip off
This company is ripping consumers off for large amounts of money and I want to know just what is being done about this. If they can get away with this, then just maybe all the rest of us should just do the same. Seems like there is no punishment for such a crime. Tell me why I shouldn't scam society too? Why is this company Doxy/Cupcake Lingerie still doing business on the internet when we pay large tax dollars for crime busting police officers? Maybe they are suppling the coffee and donuts to our officers... way to go Justice System!

This is worth checking out if you haven't seen it yet. I do think this Jennifer Lutke, IT Product Manager: is DEFINITELY pulling scams. Probably on multiple websites and claiming to "make certain products as they are ordered" while showing a single photo of said product and claiming she has the ability to sew the items as they are ordered and paid for and that they would be worth the nearly $500 CAD being asked for: yet I haven't seen ANY real proof these so called dresses and corsets she is claiming to make are anything more than a photo-shop concept.
Consumer Fraud
Ordered garments on 11-30-09. As of 1-4-09, have not received any products, no correspondence from company. I have emailed and requested a refund twice with no reply.
Having done research on cupcakeintimates.com, discovered that MANY people have been scammed from this unscrupulous person who disguises them selves under many different websites.
Check out Doxy Lingerie, Badgirl Intimates, Cupcake intimates. If you have been scammed by this person, please PLEASE, file complaints to BOTH the Missouri Better Business Bureau and the Missouri Attorney General's office. The more complaints to these two offices, the better the chances of retribution we will have!

No order received
Cupcake intimates is really Doxy lingerie. Read up on Doxy, they are a monumental scam. You order their lingerie and they don't send it to you. Somehow they manage to stay in business and it is disgusting. It's only a matter of time until they have to change their name again.
I ordered a teddy and it never arrived. Then I contacted them several times via email. Finally I threatened to get my money back through my credit card and she responded that now she couldn't help me with my order. So I did get my money back but I would never risk doing business with them again.
