This is to warn anyone who considers moving their house hold items / car through this agency CROWM movers based out of Mumbai (www.crownrelocations.co.in)
Me and my family have faced a lot of harrassment over the last 2 months and have learnt a bitter lesson from this. I had given them a contract to move my car from Mumbai to Guwahati on 17th January as i was moving outside the country and the car finally got delivered on 8th March (after in numerous calls and follow ups).
The original data promised was 8th February and it got delayed beyond a month.
The customer care only has one representative Ravi Dambella who is non responsive and gives false assurances. The company does not have any offices beyond Mumbai and Delhi and relies on lorry drivers and agents outside.
The company damaged my car by putting diesel in a petrol car and then leaving the car 30kms off Guwahati
i and my family had to do constant follow ups, trace the owner of the company to finally make this company repair the car and get it delivered.
The company has fraudulently tried to impersonate a global agency CROWN Movers and mentioned false claims to miselad people
I am still trying to fight for my refund.
Please be warned and do not deal with this company

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
FRAUD COMPANY.
Beware of this FRAUD COMPANY. The most unethical and unprofessional company you will deal with. I was under the impression i was dealing with www.crownrelocations.co.in all this while and they never cleared the doubt...they actually thrived on it. They call themselves www.crownrelocations.co.in notice the I for a purpose I guess and that is to cheat you...
