CMD Wholesale Cheaters

I ordered Brand New Unlocked Apple iPhone 3GS 16GB in Black, 12pc @ $132.00 including tax for $1, 635.00 and made wire transfer to the following.

Bank Of America 16763 SE Pear St. Blountstown, FL 32424 [protected] (ABA/Routing number) Account name: Premier Account #[protected]

After the payment, I emailed James for the tracking #. He sent me a UPS tracking #. I got a package "very big box" than I expected. I opened the box and found 15pcs of dresses.

I emailed James that he sent me wrong order. He told me the order that he sent me is iPhone not dresses.

I compared the tracking # he sent me with what was on the box and both were the same. I even took a picture of the tracking # on the box and emailed to him to proof that the number he sent me by email was the same tracking # that was on the box. He don't answer my emails anymore. I email him everyday, but no reply. How can I get my money from this theft and cheater?

CMD Wholesale Waiting....

I bought ipods from my web wholesaler a few years back and only received half. After about a month or so I got a lawyer friend to help me out and he was handed over to the co’s bankruptcy lawyer. I was lucky though, right before they went bankrupt, I received my refund.

That brings me back to present day. I was about to make my first order from Cmd but did a search and found all this great info. To think, after reading all the news and stuff, I felt bad for the owners of my web for losing everything, THANK GOD for the internet. It really pissed me off to think that after what happened they would come back and do this…what a fool I am. So I decided to take a road trip. I took a long ### drive to Maine, What a boring state, not sure why anyone would want to live there.

Anyway, I really hate to be the bearer of bad news but the majority of information in this post is inaccurate. From all the information I have gathered from past and present, I found out that when my web closed down there were 5 owners and Lisa was one of them. None of those people, including Lisa are the registered owners of Cmd and never have been and CMD isn’t now and never has been located in maine. Moreover, Lisa, doesn’t and hasn’t lived in Maine for some years now. Evidentially the hillbilly PD hasn’t visited the so called compound, which by the way is a rental unit that houses tenants. I told you I took a road trip.

The good news, yes, there is some light. I did find out who owns Cmd and where they are located. The owners are two men from New York, Tony and James and the Delaware corporate address is not a residential address, it is an office building that lets companies rent space and they appear to rent space in the building. Not sure if anyone noticed but the prefix on their phone number is also NY.

As for the Maria Model lady, she is just a women in Athens that has no affiliation of any kind with anything of anyone, she just some country lady that happens to live in the town of Athens on a farm with 6 kids. As for the rest of the so-called AKA’s, (Brehm, Fabian, Nancy Carolyn Cunha, Christina M. Coldwell, etc.) no one in Athens has heard of any of them and none are now or have been residence of Athens according to the post office. Also according to the post office in Athens, the only wholesale company in Athens, is C2C, not Cmd and it is on main st and the owner is a woman named robin.

Hope this helps. In the meantime, not sure if I will order anything as of yet but will keep watching and waiting.

I am intetrested in knowing as to exactly where the author of the original CMD Rip-Off article obtained his/her information. I am the "Lisa Marie Fabian-DePalma " referred to in the article. Christina Marie Coldwell is my daughter, Nancy Cunha is my sister in law, (who is deceased by the way. I find it offensive that her name is listed at all in the article) and Mike DePalma is my brother in law. None of us now, nor have we ever had any affiliation with anything stated in the CMD article. I applaud Gary Neil for his efforts in researching internet based information before forming an opinion. And also for posting his findings, which by the way are accurate. Bravo Gary! Thanks! And to the original author, whomever he or she is, "Get your facts and information straight before posting your jibberish crap on the internet, ###!"

Hi, I too was a victim of this. I was scammed for $8, 000. If you could just find me more information about those shady people it will be great. You said that those people live in NY. Can you provide me with their full names, and perhaps more info on them if you have. It's time to put those guys behind bars. Thank you!

CMD Wholesale Rip offs!

I wish I had read about this company on this website. This company is nothing but lowlife scam artists. We negotiated to buy a truckload of surplus electronics from CMD Wholesale. When we tried to get a firm delivery date, they started to squirm. Then we knew something must be wrong. We placed numerous phone calls to them and no return response (huge surprise right!). So, here we are another victim of the CMD Wholsale Web scam. Everyone be aware!

I am in the process of waiting for a truckload of goods from LTD to be delivered to me that was assured to be here Saturday November 22. This is Monday November 24. I expressed the importance of having the merchandise the week before last when I ordered it and was assured that it would be picked up on the 21st at the LTD warehouse before I paid for the load and purchased it. All last week was a lot of put offs by Nancy and her daughter and excuses then finally on Friday she informed me that she had notified the trucking company to pick up my load and had sent the paperwork the day before so everything should be okay. Friday afternoon she began to make excuses for why it might not make it and they might not get loaded. I told her please to let me know if the truck was/was not coming to do damage control, as we had advertised a huge truckload sale to begin Monday. She not only did not notify me, she is avoiding my calls to make me wonder if there even is a truckload of merchandise. I was told at 9:30 am today she had not come in yet and at 10:05 told she was on break. Who's suppose to believe that. I have requested proof of the payment to LTD and requested the paperwork that went to the trucking company and asked that to be faxed over to me and with no response other than Nancy's daughter telling me that only Nancy knows where that is. Again, who believes that? Whatever you do, do not EVER chose to purchase from them unless you have nothing to lose by the stress, the constant agravation of trying to matter once the money is sent and if you are selling them loads know this you need to realize the lies they tell using your names, Target, Ltd, K-mart, Wal-mart, etc.

CMD Wholesale Fraud and cheating!

Some of these people use their AKAs for example Maria Mazza is a supermodel's name not a con artist's name. However, one can look-up Lisa de Palma in intellius.com and will find out that she has at least 3 different last names. The decoy address they have in Delaware is a residential address. And they have only toll free numbers so you won't know the area code and thus their location. However, many of us know that they are indeed in Maine in Somerset County.

I thank all the volunteers and fellow victims who agreed to fax the many pages of the rip-off, to collectively retaliate and to exercise their first and fourteenth amendment rights. Although mant of us live in different states, we are motivated with one goal: TO PUT AN END TO THESE CONARTISTS' LIVELIHOOD. They will only partially refund your money as low as 40%. So don't give up and file small claims for the maximum as much as $5000. They will not show up so you win by default! Won't that be great!

For all the other frustrated victims, please purchase the Revenge book in this site. It is one way of donating to the hard working people who started this site to inform many innocent victims. The book is very good and can really get your money back. Like I said, in the case of CMDWHOLESALE, they will refund a small amount but the techniques of this book are very cool, very legal, and you don't have to fall for the 'Litigation JUngle' these con artists hide behind. I received mine in 2 weeks because they were running out of copies, but maybe you can request a download copy after you pay safely via paypal.

Again, to those who volunteered to bring down CMD WHOLESALE.COM, they are afraid that we know where exactly they are and the information we have on them, and ALL the Sheriff Information we have on them. If you guys want more info about the sheriff departments in MAINE who will help us bust them, please respond to this thread and I will respond here so everyone will know and be vigilant.

I can't thank you guys enough for taking time from your busy lives and join us.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

They are not in Delaware as stated on their website. I talked to the sheriff in Somerset County, Maine and the above address is what he called their "compound." It is a residential house that was recently listed for $448,800. I talked to a real estate agent named Walter at Maine Choice Realty and it did not sell. He confirmed to me that a large wholesale clothing business is being operated out of the property and that a barn is used as the warehouse. There are expensive cars and boats on the property as well.

Lisa Depalma is still there. That is her real name. The officer said he had had over 75 fraud complaints. They were called Mywebwholesaler.com from [protected]. They shut down after defrauding people and reopened as CMD Wholesale.

They sold me fake Juicy Couture, which they are still selling as of today. After weeks of emails and phone calls they finally granted me a return. They received the items on December 28 and will not authorize a refund because they said their e-check process wasn't working. She then hung up on me after I suggested she was not in Delaware but working out of Maine. I have realized that I will never see my $1847.78 again, which was my entire savings for the last 5 years. I feel disgusted that I was bilked but these people need to be stopped. My husband is a police officer and he is going to talk to an FBI agent he knows. Hopefully, something will happen.

My husband talked to Lt. Paul York of the Somerset County Sheriff's Office and he knew Lisa Depalma and has a thick stack of fraud complaints against her. [protected]

This company must not be dealt with and must be shut down. They are living off of other people's money. It's making me sick to my stomach.
