Purchased new Nissan Sentra 9/2023.

Paid 1495.00 for additional for “Family guarantee, ELO GPS & Theft avert upgrade. The dealership refused to honor the 3 year contract. As a consumer, that had attempted 10 times to communicate. The dealer disconnected calls, made promises then no follow through. Nissan Corporate will not hold dealerships accountable and seem to support the fraudulent business practices. In addition no state inspection has been received.

I purchased my 2023 eclipse cross in march/ april 2023 and asked to get gap, extended warranty and an oil package on my new car. This was non-negotiable in order for me to leave with a new car, these would have to be included. Come to find out today after 3 months of having the car, that these items that were confirmed by Dezmon and Chuck, were not added to my contract. Terry and Andrew told me that this would be Arivo's fault as they would have declined the loan. Upon speaking to Arivo, this is not the case. They should have offered these and included the items that I asked for. Buyer beware as this is a shady scam tactic that this dealership has now done and I'm without an extended warranty or gap insurance because they can't add it now! We will be filing a lawsuit if this cannot be resolved.

I had a beyond horrible experience that started last Tuesday and ended on Saturday evening with Clay Cooley Chevrolet dealership in Irving. I began working with a salesperson by the name of Tray Allen last Tuesday. I live out of state (about 6 hours away) so I completed loan applications and such online. I was upfront with Tray concerning my trade in, etc. which can be more than proven with the text messages exchanged between Tray and myself last week. My husband was told to also fill out loan application because my credit is not good enough. I was told by Tray that the loan was approved with both myself and my husband on the loan, my trade in, and even told what the payments would be. I was also told that sales tax was included in this deal. Tray and his manager were well aware that I lived out of state. They stated that “I should call into work” so I could come get the new vehicle on Thursday or Friday because they couldn’t guarantee that they would still have the vehicle I was wanting. I then put down $1000 down payment on the vehicle to secure it.

When we arrived at the dealership on Saturday after driving 6 hours, I found out Tray lied to me all along. The loan WAS NOT done in my name as well as my husband’s name- it was done only in my husband’s name, and my trade in WAS NOT INCLUDED. Now since I still owe on my trade in, this was a huge problem. I was encouraged (and I have witnesses as to the sales manager stating this) that I should just let my jeep get voluntarily repossessed because “my credit can’t get any worse.” This sales manager was a larger Hispanic man- can’t remember his name but I can point him out. After being put off ALL AFTERNOON and my credit ran again- two hard credit pulls on my credit file in the matter of 4 days by Clay Cooley Chevrolet, we finally left. My down payment has yet to be refunded although we were told it would be immediately refunded, it was not and I was not given a receipt of the refund. My jeep key was taken and the sales manager placed it on his key ring while he was nowhere to be found for hours, so we couldn’t have left any sooner anyways. We then drove another 6 hours home, which put over 700 miles on my jeep and we arrived home at approximately 1 am on Sunday morning.

The whole reason I wanted to trade my jeep in is because it was at 89000 miles (now over 90k miles thanks to Clay Cooley Chevrolet lying to me and wasting my time) and I was wanting to trade it before it hit 100000 miles. Oh and I also have cancer- I was diagnosed 2 months ago, and Clay Cooley Chevrolet stole a whole days’ worth of time from me that I could have spent doing something meaningful with my children and husband.

I was told basically that “sorry” but they won’t be doing anything to make this right. Totally unacceptable! I have suffered emotional distress as well as other losses due to this dealership’s deceitful business practices and I have yet to receive the $1000 down payment back that they scammed out of me and my husband.

false advertisement, i went to clay cooley on 7/10 manager venny chiodo worked out a deal for us on a new kia rio s it was already late on Saturday and i needed my wife to see the car however shes a first responder so she got busy on saturday evening so we decided to make it happen on monday mr chiodo wrote on a pice of paper the deal and gave us a the sticker from the car it self witch states kia rio s on monday mr andrea another manager with no respect no talk simply sat down said he does not care what vinny said and the paper that we have we could have written our self only once in my life have i been disrespected like such and it just so happens it was at clay cooley vw in lewisville im not sure if they train people in such ways to scam people but for aundrea to indirectly call a customer thats ready to buy already approved by banks a liar by stating to us he does not know if we wrote it so i stated to him the law as this is the state of texas and a verbal agreement is a contract he said you have no claim you have nuthing signed so it will get you no where in court when in court we can simply match mr vennys ha"we will just say we didint write it" then thats on mr aundrea he not only refused to honer the written deal he also stated he does not care what venny says nor cares what mr cooley says its not gonna happen becuase he runs this dealership and theres no one above him i asked him for his card he refused asked for him to write his name down for us he refused if he didint have a name tag on he would have refused to tell us his name if this is true please advice so we know never to walk into any of cooley dealership but issue at vw clay cooley another issue with clay cooley kia is there any clay cooley dealerships that are honorable vw was in 2017 while i was in law school today im way past that and due to aundrea i will persue false advertisment case if i have to if someone is going to call me and fix this issue we can work it out but not with aundrea i have the written paper from vinny i have the sticker he printed out for us let me guess aundrea wants to say we could have printed that our self this man does not belong in managment as his people skills are little to none and if hes above mr cooley whys the dealership not name aundrea kia?

As of today, my car is still not starting properly (Push Start). As I previously stated in my email on April 21, 2023; I do not feel safe driving this car after the repairs were done to my engine on February 28, 2023.

So, I had to drop my car back off to Hyundai on Monday April 17, 2023, because of the message on my screen regarding the battery.

In your response to my email dated April 24, 2023; you first stated "The battery in the key fob was bad. Even though it looked replaced the voltage in the battery was low causing the warning message to appear that you saw. Once we replaced the battery in the key fob the button works just fine, and the car will start stop using the button."

Secondly you said, "The Hybrid battery is still showing a little low on charge, upon start up you can hear the Hybrid drive belt making a squeaking noise and at times when the engine is warm the belt is also slipping this is causing the hybrid battery to not fully charge. The hybrid drive belt needs to be replaced."

The belt was replaced on April 30, 2023, and the battery is still not fully recharging. When Hyundai replaced my engine, they messed up my battery. The same message is showing on the screen as before: "Battery Discharge Warning, Please use the system with the engine running to avoid battery discharge"

This has been a nightmare for me because I need my car to perform my job because I don't know what location; I will be from day to day and Hyundai has put me in a position where I'm scared to drive far in case my motor explodes and/or my battery, since it's electric.

I pray that I'm not getting treated this way because I'm a woman that made a complaint. I was mistreated from the beginning of this process because of the lack of communication on Hyundai's part.

This is not my fault Hyundai had a recall on its motors. I'm asking for my car to be repaired correctly and while doing so, I need a loaner car.

I was sold on a car that seems to not have been ready to be sold. They have had the car almost 2months to do head light repairs. I have to constantly call to get updates. Every answer is a run around answer and problem is still not resolved. I have literally made almost to two payments on a vehicle I'm not driving. Very Disappointed in this Clay Cooley lot. I will not recommend it to anyone. Purchase was made at the end of February.

I dropped my vehicle off at the dealership in Jan. 19, 2023, and several weeks passed by before they even diagnosed my car. Once my husband and I received the call from the service advisor letting us know, there were 2 recalls on my engine that needed to be serviced. At this time, we told the rep. I need a loaner car because Hyundai has had my car and I need to get back and forth to work. The service rep. also, told my husband that my engine would be covered but he had to send over some pictures and additional information to the warranty department. Days had gone by again, and at this point my husband and I decided to go up to the Dealership and speak with the service manager and this was in Feb. 14, 2023; this is almost 1 month since Hyundai had my car. We spoke with the manager at that time he said they had sent over the information but there just waiting to hear back from the warranty dept. and at this time instead of my car being covered at 100% it will only be covered at 70%. My husband asked why the terms were changing and at this time the Manager gave us the 1-800 number so we could start a case with National Consumer Affairs.

Noticed within a couple of short trip, that there was a wind noise coming from the passengers door area, found a door pillar door trim flapping in the wind. Wasn't to concerning but noticed a black majic marker identifying the door as "20-21 REV 4" on a white painted door pillar. upon further looking at the door, inside the window frame was also noticeably white. Told this to the Allen, a Clay Colley worker that just replaced the 2way tape holding the trim piece on the pillar, he commented it looked like someone replaced the door. Not a great thing to hear since We paid 5K above what our Credit union stated the car should have sold for. Non of this is what we wanted to hear. Someone took advantage a couple of naive car buyers. our sales person did try to help but now I feel that she got put aside by senior sales people.

All the above is not where this story stops: a walker by stopper to ask us if we knew about the tint difference of the passenger side door and front side fender, externally noticeable in the sun light, which we haven had much of recently. We're not happy at all about this dealership. Colley boys should take note. I have negotiated another meeting with a senior Salesman, my salesperson and a Car body rep this coming [protected]@ noon. @ Clay Colley Mitsubishi Arlington.

I have bought my atlas cross sport with clay cooley in richardson Tx. Transaction with them were really good . It was smooth and all. Then, I decided to trade in my vehicle. call VW credit and easycare . Complete all the forms and requirements for reimbursement of prorated gap and services. The response I got is go to the dealership. I went to the dealership filed the cancellation and it was only the receptionist talked to me. Submitted all the required documents and i was told to wait for 12-13wks. Till now I have not received any checks nor any response from them

I signed a lease contract for a new VW Toas on May 30th, 2022, and follow up on June 11 and June 24th for the status of my new vehicle if the dealership received from the manufacture. On Saturday (June 25th), I reflect my frustration of no communication on a VW survey. I got a call from the General Manager (Mr House) that they have my vehicle, and they will not release to me since I give them a bad review.

Please keep in mind that VW bank is already billing me and my credit file has been impacted

What is my rights and my option?

Company has sold me two cars in one month that has had issues and when tried telling them they refuse to fix the issue because they feel I’m lying so I know have documents to prove my issue

CORRUPTION FROM THE ROOT! Would give it a zero don't recommend very unprofessional as well as giving false information. Asked for names and all of a sudden couldn't give it out. Please go somewhere else is corrupt from the top. Have a place called the tower and yet threw us from one helper to the other who were inexperienced did not know simple information. Never even saw an office everything was second handed and done out in the open. Went for refinancing was a 2 day process. The first day was told everything was approved just need paperwork and signature. Not only that but we saw him unprofessionally speaking to another customer who also asked for his name prior to helping us (he refused to give his name). He lied and said he was the manager to the customer and in fact he is not. No consequences were given to him and ended up being the worker we had to deal with as well. The second day was told that they didn't refinance by one worker and then was told by the same guy who said everything was approved that now they need 2500. Want to file a complaint but was given no information had to look online and even then the man isn't listed but I found the others. Very passive aggressive environment where even if you try to file a complaint everyone is looking out for everyone. Very corrupt. Will refinance elsewhere even if they require a down payment just so I never have to step foot in that hostile place.

We recently bought vehicles from A dealer who told us false information and gave us false understanding our cars were under warranty. When we spoke to his manager, he told us all the information was wrong but it's nothing they can do about it because we should of read our contract. Now we are stuck with cars that aren't worth the price we are pay and barely works . I just want our money back

The battery was cut and it was leaking they didn't tell me, when I stopped at a store and came back to the truck my kids told me that the truck had a bad smell coming thru the vent. I need reimbursement on the battery I purchased. I will contact an attorney. This is very dangerous, I took it to Firestone and I was told that it had been snatched with a sharp object. I want my reimbursed, on my battery.

So I worked at the clay cooley hyundai of rockwall in Texas for about 2 months and during my time there I witnessed almost every sales person that worked there drinking alcohol and getting drunk in the office while on the job and everyone smoked pot in the office using the electronic marijuana pens and smoking pot in the parking lot as well on top of that I was cheated out of money I had a half deal with several of the other salesmen and they told me that they were gonna take the whole deal and just pay me out of they're own pocket and it would be a win win for all of us and me having never been in the car business before didn't know any better but I came to find out after I was no longer employed there that this is extremely illegal and I would like to be reimbursed for the sales that I had and never got paid for and I would like an investigation to be done on this location as well

I bought a new 2021 car and within 8 days the vehicle had broken down and sprayed coolant on my wife while driving. I had the car towed immediately and requested they honor their replacement family guarantee. Two weeks have passed and I have not received one call from anyone there about the vehicle or my request for a replacement. I have left multiple messages, and called numerous times and still received no updates or call backs. On my last call I was transferred 3 times and ended up getting my call merged with another buyer who was on hold. I have received rude customer service on multiple inquires and can not seem to find anyone who is willing to help. this has been the worst buying experience and the staff continues to offer no answers.
