Chowking Missed out items

Hi customer service. We ask our messenger to purchase food at chowking Annapolis for lunch. Since it’s already pack he didn’t check it. When we were eating we realized there is something lacking in our food. When we checked the receipt we found out that it was the siomai. Next time double check the items before dispatching it. We pay for that and we only have 1 hour break to go back into your store for the missed out items. I attached here the receipt for your reference. I hope it won’t happen again. Thank

By March 09 as of this year at 6:53pm nag order Ako ng

1 order ng chaofan na fried siomai at reg coke OR#[protected]

Tas Pina habol ko Ang pancit Canton which is OR#[protected]

After a minute to wait, tinawag na Yung order number ko #13 tas nag ask Ako sa crew Kung may chopsticks ba sinabihan lang Ako na Wala daw, Pumunta Ako sa may utensils na naka sterilize pero Wala tapos naghintay Ako Kasi naubusan na nang utensils.

Di ko ugaling mag complain Kasi ayaw ko na nang mas maging komplikado Ang lahat pero parang di ko na po matiis sa ganitong sitwasyon na imbis na patapos na Sana Ako nang kain ko tsaka ko pa nakain Ang bubog (plastic na matigas). Chowking very poor customer service and laging kulang kulang na order

Umorder kami drive thr ngayon araw. Umorder kmi lauriat with extra egg rice. Tinanong namin ang crew kung complete order na and thigh part yun prder namin ang sabi nila okay na so nakapampante kmi. Dumating kami sa bahay kulang ang order namin! So anong mali? Yun nag babasa ng order is hindi nag dodouble check kung tama ba yun nailabas na order! Plus kung mag sisagot tango lang at oo at hndi mga walang kagalang galang na prang mga galit pa! 2nd, wala bang manager na nag dodouble check niyan? Wala bang kitchen manager? Daladalawa na sila sa drive thru missing order pa din? Anlayo pa namin sa silang tapos babalik kami para sa kulang kasi sayng din un 90 pesos, nagastusan na kmi napagod pa kam at sayang sa gas! Bukod don tinatawagan namin ang number nila pero laging patay ang cellphone! Napaka panget ng service at sobrang abala

Chowking Wrong order

Umorder ako sa chowking lacson bacolod city neg occ. Before ako nag order nagsabi ako sa cashier na thigh part at sinabihan din ang crew sa kitchen at nareserve ako thigh part,sa first deliver nila na food hindi thigh part yung binigay at nag complain uli ako at sa 2nd deliver nila ng food yung binigay naman na part is rib part. Im very disappoint kasi birthday ko pa naman ngayon at dito ako kumain pra ma enjoy ang food kaso disappoint talaga ako..

Chowking Order delay

Good day I'm so disappointed today I have order Chowking sm olongapo down town around 9:23 am my order is lauriat.

Cashier told me my order will be served 15 to. 20 mins. Then I follow up my order around 9:50am and the cashier said to kitchen follow up number 15. then I go back to my chair. 10am I follow up again. Cashier told me the chicken is not ready yet.10:09 finally I get my order.

But the rice and the Canton is so cold. I wait to long for the cold food? I dont have choice. We eat the food because I think if I complain or reheat the food o take time again. Take note I order before opening the sm so I'm the first client 🤦

Chowking Wrong product given, even though specified

Today, at the drive through, I ordered 2 2-piece chicken meals, 1 meal with thigh part and 1 meal with leg and breast part, together with a sweet and sour pork rice meal. I stipulated that the meal with leg and breast part be packed separately (for another person), however this was the set that was given to me. Also the order took too long to be given, as the server did not notice that the order was 2 2- pice chicken and though that it was 1 2-piece and 1 1-piece. Please review the training of your staff

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a respose regarding this to ensure this incident does not happen again

Chowking Wrong order which caused my Sr. citizen dad to pay more

Sr. Citizen yung dad ko so sinulat ko sa paper in capital letters for easy reading na 3 Siomai Chao Fan (steamed beef) and 2 Siomai Chao Fan (fried beef). Yung tinake ng cashier is siomai lang. Naghintay ang dad ko ng matagal at siomai lang binigay. Nung mali yung order na binigay sa kanya, sinabi ng cashier na order naalng ulit xa ng beef chao fan. Per you website, Siomai Chao Fan is available at 107. But father ended up paying more dahil sa pagkakamali ng cashier. Are you abusing senior citizwns this way para makabayad sila ng mas mahal? Shame on you.

Chowking Order not made

Very disappointing experience with chowking Solano Nueva Vizcaya branch. Ordered 4 drinks with pearl waited for more than 25 mins only to find out they never made my order. I was wondering why it's taking too long for a drink to make I went to ask the cashier and there was no drink in queue. Waiting for nothing. There was no line so no reason to be busy. Crew at the cashier were just chatting..Manager April Marquez was apologetic but she needs to oversee her crews..it's her shift.. I couldn't even give a rating for this branch. Very poor service. Chowking used to be one of the best food chain but they evolved big time. They should give proper training to their crews and managers as well.

I would just like to commend the customer service provided by Miss Hazel of Chowking SM Masinag. Miss Hazel attended our needs in a cheerful and polite way which for us gives so much comfort as we travelled long way before coming here. I hope the store gives her such recognition for being a good service provider. Happy Chinese New Year!

Chowking Missing item

Nagorder kami ng takeout sa chowking. And it tooks 1hour before they serve our order. This is take out order. Diko na chineck kasi kala ko kumpleto na kasi 1 hour kami nag wait. Tas pag dating namin sa bahay ay kulang yung order namin ng 1 sweet and sour meal tapos sa 3 platter na siomain chao fan ay 12pcs lang ang nabigay. Sobrang disappointed namin kasi gutom na kami tas nagaantay pa kami ng 1hour tapos kulang order namin. 2k+ bill namin tas ganun lang makakain namin.

Chowking Orders take too long to serve and unhygienic crew.

January 21, 2024 13:35pm Chowking Tayuman Branch.

The incident goes when the counter takes my order , she said that they dont have softdrinks so I'm forced to have pineapple juice which she dont said that it will be upsize to large and have additional payment for that. I just pay for it cause i want to eat right away. My orders take too long to be served. It is served one by one..I complain for the kangkong dish i ordered because I'm almost done with my food before it is actually serve so I just brought it back to the counter for take out. I was shocked when i saw the crew packing my order with his barehands. It is so unhygienic. I hope he would've used a spoon or fork to transfer it to the plastic. Please respond to me as soon as possible. I want this complaint to take an action. Thanks.

Chowking Customer service is not good

Tuesday january 2,2024 its 9-10pm we order in sm moa chowking inside the mall right beside burger king we just want to enjoy our dinner but the staff was so rude in communicating with us on what we gonna order. First thing was they dont greet us nicely and friendly at rhe counter my wife was badly sad and lost appetite on what kind of attitude they give to us I was dissapointed for almost 15years of my age I love chowking and thats my favorite fast food but not until the staff inside the sm moa chowking give us a bad dinner that night we didnt expect that kind of treatment. We go there not just to eat but to enjoy the holiday but the ruined it by not giving us a good manners and right services I hope this will not gonna happens to others please let them learn some right greetings and costumer services train them again mybe they forget how it works. Thank you and godbless.

Chowking Canton with fried fly

I almost ate the fly mixed with the food I ordered.. They offered to change it pero syempre iniisip ko na baka kasama din nung batch na ibibigay nila.. Kaya sabi ko take out nlng... Para naman kahit papano pampalubag sa sarili ko... Pero hindi ko na sya kinain... They never apologize for what happened... Hayss parang normal na lang sakanila ung ganung scenario.. Sa work ko kasi maliban sa papalitan namin ung food with freebie we apologize ng paulit ulit and promise to the customer na imbestigahan namin ung nangyari like that and so on.. Sana lang wala ako nakain na iba pa..🤮

Chowking Unserved halo halo

Around 2100H December 30, 2023, in Chowking Mactan Cebu International Airport Terminal 3, I ordered sweet and sour pork, pineapple juice and small Halo Halo.

The counter informed me that the halo halo will be served later.

I already done eating my meal but the Halo Halo is still not served.

After 30 mins I followed up (2x) but no one is working with the Halo Halo.

They are pointing to each other who will do my Order Halo Halo.

Even though I am already waiting in the counter area. They are arguing about what they will do with my order.

It’s already 50mins passed and I will be late for my flight.

I leave the store without having my order complete.

Kindly make the correct actions to the crews on duty and the storeinvolved.

Desired outcome: I don’t want others to experience what I encountered. It’s a small amount but the time they consumed is precious.I want you to contact me so we can talk about this matter. +[protected]

Incident happen at festival mall alabang. Before closing nkapg order pko ng 2 buchi chicharap at pork chao fan dhil un nlng dw ang availble.. So si kahera nag advance call na pra sa buchi. So I pay and wait about 10mins nag p ffup ako sa nag serve and wala p din until ako nlng ata nsa loob nag ffup nko sa cashier hangang sa nataranta na sya at pumasok sa kitchen pra I check and nag usap na sila manager and lumabas na din sila sabay sabi sken wala na dw ung order ko. Sabi ko bkit I na advance call na yan naitapon dw ung papel. Chowking Chao fan

I ordered a chao fan and when I opened the box the food didn't even make it through half way from the box.. Is this your new measurement?.. Considering people are ordering from you!.. Way back I ordered a chao fan snd when I opened it its almost full!.. What a disgrace!.. I will never order from you again!.. And will tell my friends and families not to do the same!..
