Rally's meal deals, cheesecake sundae
The date is 03)14/2024. It is 2:42 AM. I made an U er Eats order from Rallys in St Louis Missouri. The store location is 305 N Vandeventer, St Louis, MO 63108. I ordered 2 Rally's Meal Deal. Which was supposed to include 2 rally burgers, which BOTH were made Totally Wrong. Got up charged 1$ for cheese on 1 of them, yet there was no cheese on either. The Meal Deal was supposed to include the Rally burgers, Chicken bites, fries and drink. I paid extra for both to have medium fries and drink. I did not receive the chicken bites for either meal deal, and both were small fries and drinks instead of medium. So Both of my Rallys Meal Deals were not only Made entirely wrong but like I stated I did not receive the chicken bites for either meal and got up charged for cheese, medium fries & drinks that I didn't receive. Also I Ordered a fudge cheesecake sundae which I also didn't receive. I attempted to call the store for over an hour to no avail. Everytime I would call I would get an message stating tñhey were Busy on the other line and couldn't take my phone call. I left multiple messages. Never got a call back. Which doesn't surprise me. I assume from the lack of care, concern, quality, missing items ,& totally incorrect items that I did receive that perhaps instead of properly doing there jobs that maybe the employees were preoccupied on personal calls instead of working. I was unable to talk to anyone at the store about my issue due to the fact that The phone was literally busy for the entire hour- hour &1/2 that I repeatedly called ultimately until the store closed. I am extremely aggravated about the entire situation. I demand a full refund. I originally only wanted for my order to be corrected. I was willing to even come and pick it up even though I have already paid a delivery fee, among other high tax amounts and fees thru Uber eats to get my order from Rallys. I most certainly will never order rallys from this location again if I ever order from Rallys in general after this whole ordeal.

I went to to the Rally's at 1875 Barataria Blvd. in Marrero, Louisiana tonight and was stuck in line for over 20 minutes. I could not leave the line because of vehicles in front and back of me. Finally, the truck in front of me left. I got to the the order station and then was told the the registers were down and could not place and order. I asked why an employee never came out of the building to notify the customers stuck in the line that there was a problem.
The answer I got was "Well, we told the man in front of you the registers were out. And he didn't want to move.
I don't feel that the problems was addressed properly.
An employee should have come out of the building and notify the customers. If the man did not want to move out of the line, all the customers behind him could have backed out instead of being stuck for over 20 minutes not knowing of a problem.
The service at this location is always slow. But, this was truly ridiculous.
Maybe, if there was better training given to the employees for situations like this, things would have been handled better.

Discontinue strawberry ice cream
The only reason why I ever went to this place was for their strawberry swirl ice cream. Come to find out that they no longer have that on their menu and went to chocolate instead. Okay fine it is what it is I just still can enjoy my funnel fries... NOT! They taste like melted plastic! Thanks for nothing! Nothing great about then now! We have enough burger chains already... hope they go out of buisness!

Hair was in my food I had food poisoning
Two days ago I went to rallys on Monticello Ave I order a checker's and rally sandwich with bacon and fries on the sandwich I took 3 bites of the sandwich I found hair after the third bite next day I was feeling weak vomiting fever chills just in the bathroom 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 now today I still feel kind of nauseous just drink water I should of took pictures but I didn't I will never go back their eat their again

United States I purchased a meal. After consuming about 3 hours later I was woken by stomach pain and got violently sick, vomiting and diarrhea. These symptoms persisted for about 12 hours. Obviously I was suffering from food poisoning. The time now is 3:41 and I still feel sick. Not happy to say the least with checkers/rallies for the awful experience. I won’t be returning to this location or any location run by this company.
Desired outcome: Would like a refund of the money spent on tainted food. $10.58 plus the $2.00 service fee applied to my debit card.

Missing food and disrespect
I walked up to Rallys at 3290 Bardstown road Louisville, Ky. I ordered my food around 6:22pm and had to change my whole order because they said they did not have many items I requested. When I left the store, I walked all the way home and checked my bag to eat, and I was missing one of my sandwiches. I am 9months pregnant and the walk is 20 minute walk one way, so I sat down to breathe for a second because of the heat before walking back with my receipt. When I got back there, I waited patiently for a while to ask for my sandwich. The guy was seeming willing to remake my sandwich. The lady who made my order named Kalil told us that she knows for a fact that she made the sandwich herself and that I was lying. She complained that I returned up there 40 minutes later. I explained to her I know I did not receive the sandwich and that I had to walk home and back is the time difference. I was calm the entire time and asked her if she could have someone roll the cameras back to see that she never put the sandwich in the bag. She was majorly disrespectful to me and ridiculed me calling me a liar. She claimed she was the manager there, even though when I was there the first time, the man was training her on how to read a ticket order of which was walk ups and which was drive through. While I was there waiting for them to check with me the second trip, they were complaining of a previous issue that occurred right before I walked in, where a man was told to not order at the window and to come inside and the man was turned down and told they were refusing their service. I could clearly hear them complaining about the previous customer cussing about him and they called someone named Pat to tell them their mistake and clear their name from the issue.

The Manager of Rally's on Preston Street at Bittersweet Shopping center I asked him how to use rewards to gett things and put rewards on my account, He didn't want to show me how and told me I didn't know what I was doing, Also at the Drive thru he walked in front of me like he was drinking or on something, Then after almost getting he he stood there and looked at me like it was my fault, Then he said something I couldn't hear and stared me down, You guys better watch whom your hiring if you still want people to buy there. He was very rude and acted strange.
Desired outcome: Train your staff and mke sure they are sober.
How I was handled!
I went to store #3902 on July 13,2023. I belive the manager name were Suzette, when I noticed the price that she charged me was not the same as it were on the menu. So I asked if she can give me the difference back. She said that she didn't know how to do that and that she can give me a full refund which I didn't really wanted a refund because I wanted something to eat after a long day at work. She insisted that I get a refund. So she attempt to give me a refund back on my debit card because she said she couldn't give it to me in cash since that's what I payed with. I yet have received my refund of $27.99. That's too much of my money to be played with. Thank You [protected]

Placed an online order at the Rally’s at West 28th Street in Pine Bluff, Ar around 1am. I got there to pick it up no one came to the window even though there were two workers and a manager in plain view. Sat at the window for about 5 minutes before the worker came and asked me my name and sat there another 15-20 minutes before getting my order. I blowed my horn to get someone’s attention (after waiting so long) and could see that the manager had made a statement about me because the workers started laughing. I then waited another 5 minutes (no one came to window still) and I finally got my food (hopefully with no one’s body fluids in it). This is unacceptable service and I will not be returning there.

I went to rallies on Vandyke in warren around 7:00pm on june 23 2023, I only have a short time for lunch, I had a coupon for a free Burger and the cashier said she wouldn't accept it. I asked to talk to the manager and she said that she was and her name was Ashley. She never asked to see the coupon just rejected it over the drive trough speaker. If you dont honor your own coupons why should I trust you with my business? It will be a while before I go to another rallys or checkers.

Spent 35 mins waiting on "freshly cooked" for dinner since our water is still off, only to get home to this! THIS! This is still raw! My oldest son almost bit into this til he saw how flimsy it was and notified me! Shame Shame shame. Best believe I lost it and went back inside where the employees were freaking out over me. I threw the food on the counter and the female employee came walking up to see what the problem was.. I said "oh honey, let me tell you! Touch this! And tell me what you think?" So she touched it and started freaking out yelling that it was raw and asked if we wanted a refund and all that crap. I asked for the manager and all of a sudden there is confusion. They had a manager named karri but she went to the store (?).. so we asked who was in charge and they couldn't tell us. We then had her call someone that was the main manager named Megan whom could only be reached via Facebook? (I know right) so she face times with that person meanwhile another chick standing around not doing anything but looking at Brandon, starts telling her to stop whatever she was doing if she was on the phone.. then says she clearly has nothing to do with this scenario. (nobody cares about you then!) So then the other girl comes back after being on the phone and asked us if we'd like anything for free. We said absolutely not, that we weren't eating there again because they could have killed our kids! Then she looked puzzled and asked if there was anything else she could do. I said uh yeah give me the number and name for the current manager! She puts her hands on her forehead and says ohhhh yeah, um she's new (as that new manager stands in the background the entire time!) And they all had such a hard time thinking of that new managers name... Come on people.. 😂😩 finally got them all to agree on what her name was and the girl who gathered all the information the entire time, had to suddenly run back to the office to write everything down for me and said karri will be back in the morning.. This place appears to not know who their manager is, nor does that said manager even have what it takes to step up and make things right with serious issues like ours! Instead they cowered in the back while everyone was trying to "think" of her name! I would not want to work for this location and I'm starting to think that by the looks of everyone there tonight, that this is an ongoing issue? You have workers who look like they are high on something. Pure disgusting! I commend the one girl who actually took the time to help get the phone number for whoever this person is but I will be contacting your corporate office as well as the health inspector, only because I care about my community and no one deserves to get sick and possibly die for your workers careless actions! There is no reason what so ever that the chicken tenders be as cold as they were after supposedly cooking for that 18 minutes that we had to sit and wait! Thanks to you guys, My appetite was ruined and I did not want to eat anywhere else! Our water has been under maintenance all day therefor we could not use it to cook or clean and relied on your company to help feed my kids but unfortunately we almost had a nasty hospital stay and you guys almost got hit with some legal issues. You need to fire everyone and hire a totally different team since no one wanted to take responsibility, it wasn't ever busy so there are no reasons or excuses for this to have happened!

Fish sandwich and apple pie. Rude said manager would not exchange food or give refund.
I purchased a fish sandwich and apple pie around 4:45 pm Sunday June 4th 2023 I was in a rush so I went inside because the drive thru was full. After making my purchase I headed to work as I was running behind schedule. I knew that possibly the fish wasn't fresh because of the quick turnaround, but after picking up the pie it felt soggy, I figured I would just exchange both after work like I normally do when given food that's not fresh from this particular checkers. Mind you, maybe the employees get tired of seeing me, but that is why I am a customer I frequent the place. so I know a fresh sandwich and pie when I see one.
That was not the problem the problem was the individual I spoke with claiming to be the manager. She would not even look at the product that was sold to me. Her theory was "why would I come back five hours later claiming the food wasn't fresh?" I explained to her that "I was at work and I was in a rush so I did not have the time to resolve the matter right then." So, she did not want to exchange the product no problem I ask "what her name was because I was calling corporate to complain." She refused to give me a name or employee number. But not a problem also, because I never have to eat checkers again. I don't know what point she was trying to prove however, what she proved to me was that she is not fit to be or management worthy for checkers or any other fast food establishments in my opinion. Managers should realize that with social media today you do not want to treat people any type of way because the push of a button can take down an entire empire in this day and time. Maybe she was trying to prove a point because of my public safety presence, I don't know but she is bad news for your business. Once again that's my opinion.
Desired outcome: . Please get that Manager or person I spoke with some people skills, because her reasoning mentality do not make sense.

My wife and I came to this Rally's after placing an online order. Not only did we receive the wrong order with horrible customer service but once we realized that mistake wr tried to call, no answer. So we took the receipt back to the store just to be informed that they would do nothing about the incorrect and smashed order. Horrible service.
Desired outcome: Would be nice to be refunded or replaced or at least something done about it
Milkshakes not available at norfolk VA Monticello location
I prepaid my order for two chicken sandwiches and two banana milkshakes, apon arriving at the location I was given my two chicken sandwiches and I was informed that they do not have milkshakes and was advised to contact customer service for a refund. Customer service advised me I would be contacted by someone in four business days. Unacceptable...you took my money now...I should have my refund now.

My husband and I just left store #3078 with a receipt amount of $42.31. This is not the first or second time we’ve had issues at this particular store. At first we thought the bad customer service was due to the amount teenagers employed there. However, the horrible customer extended up to the adults as well. We were trying to let the cashier know we did not receive our rewards points.

5/10/23 my friend and I came into rally’s and sat down, he had bought a salad in Walmart and brought it with him to eat, I hadn’t decided what I wanted to order yet, the Manager and her bodyguard (partner) came to my table and proceeded to tell him you can’t bring outside food, she never asked if we were going to order food, which I did, she was very unprofessional and rude I told I would never come back here because she was rude, she said I don’t care. if this is representative of company standards I won’t go to any of the establishments, it doesn’t cost anything to ask before you assume, her bodyguard (partner) gave us dirty looks like we were scum, I feel that you should be able to enjoy your time eating, not stared down.
Desired outcome: Have a professional manger who has customer service experience and asks questions before assuming anything, you don’t have to rude to your customers.
Missing food items in the drive-through
I purchased food from the checkers on 377 566th street North Saint Petersburg FL 33710 store number 5332 my host was Jeremy however I did not receive a medium fry or a fried mushroom side with a ranch dip cup Everything else on my receipt was in order I was given the wrong bag of food to begin with I gave it back and I was handed another bag stating that it was the correct bag unfortunately it still was not the correct bag Also I tried to call the store number 5332 and theight people on the other end kept hanging up on me I know for sure that they are there and we're working and there is 3 employees at this time and not one person has answered the phone to take my complain I'm filing this complaint at 7:21 on April the 16th Sunday 2023 my order total came to 3865 I used a $50 bill and got $11.35 change it back my order was on April 16th 2023 at 6:56 PM Driver side 20097

Processing of Payment on Debit Card
I believe the date was 4/10/2023 I went to Rally's in Maple Heights Ohio 44137. When I handed over my Debit card the person taking the payment at the window walked out of view with my credit card. This is the only time my card has ever been out of my sight. Now all of a sudden I am getting fraud transactions on my card from 4/12/2023. Is there any cameras in these locations to see if this person is taking pictures of peoples cards? Once he went out of view I did not like how my transaction was taken care of. He was out of view for a bit.
Desired outcome: Check into see if there are cameras in this location and see if employees are following the right protocol without going out of view with a person's card see if they are using cell phones when they shouldn't be.
