This is %100 percent correct... for a free offer this $100 dollar charge is an out rage... Also this product doesn't work I have no phone number to call to talk to BRIO why not include this information on my bank statement? I will gladly return this product but who to send to... I noticed that there are page after page of skin products on their web sight but now I know its all a bunch of hand lotion that costs about $10 dollars at the grocery store

I also had the same thing, an ad came up on facebook and it asked me questions and then said I qualified to receive the "free" cream and that all that was needed was to pay a small shipping and handling fee... I looked for additional info on the site it took me to and there was none. I thought what the heck its $10 as soon as I put the card info in, it then popped up this very long detailed description of what I had just signed up for even though before all it said I was committing to was shipping and handling for the product. I IMMEDIATELY called number in the lengthy "contract" and cancelled everything and complained about the full disclosure only being given after the credit card info was given, I was told they were sorry but the information was supposed to be made available up front (yeah right!) They cancelled my accounts within hours of the order, but then they turned around and still charged me $9.90 on my credit card. I had also emailed with my request to cancel after my phone call, because I believe this is a big racket. So I emailed again and was told that they had incurred courier charges the second my order was placed... even though they never sent me anything! COMPLETELY dishonest company... Can't wait to see the class act lawsuit that will eventually happen and I will get my $9.90 back! So sorry for these older women who were bilked for 100's

Brio Skin Serum skin care lotion scam

I purchased the skin care product online.it was a trial shipment consisting of 3 products, 1 brio night serum, 1 brio day serum, 1 allegro skin lotion.the trial was $4.95 shipping and handling for each product.the very very small print on the trial offer at the very bottom of the return page, said that after 14 days, you would be billed the entire month' s price..$109 for one product and $103 for the other..direct from credit card account every month ! I could not get in contact with company as both products are under different names.."outside inside " and " skin revised". I could not find a return address on package box.I could not kind a phone number, or a web page to go to for a return.even the product packaging had no information at all on it..red flag. I called my bank to put a stop to the automatic withdraws, but was told that I could not stop it, to go to credit card company.the credit card company told me I needed to contact the offending company.I told them of my inability to find a contact, they in turn gave me a phone number to call..I spent all day on the phone ..waiting on hold for an operator 20 mins.I get someone on line only to be disconnected from the call.this happened 3 times! When I did get someone on the phone, his English was so bad I requested someone I could understand, I was disconnected.got an operator once more and told him I wanted to cancel any future orders.he said he would take care of that for me, however when I asked for a conversation number, a number my credit card had to have, he kept talking and never did give me the number I requested before my connection was cut off! Called again, and after a long wait, got an operator whose first words were " we are having computer problems and you may get cut off.how can I help you?" ...click..I have lost connection again. This is such a major scam ! Besides hiding the info about automatic withdrawal, there was no contact information in which to contact the company! Like I said, no phone number, no we site, no nothing! I will be back on the phone today. I may have to close my charge account as a resolution to my problem..any help or suggestions are appreciated
