July 10th at the bp located 1000 block 10th and wanamaker between the hours 5:30 pm and 630 pm I turn in 2 lottery tickets 1 free 2 dollar ticket & 1 winning 5 dollar ticket' the attendant said one ticket was not a wiiner and paid out one free 2 dollar "I ask for my none winning ticket back and he gave me my 5 dollar ticket back that was paid out. He kept my 5 dollors I went back to try too explain that he kept my 5 dollars, he told me to go some where else. Why should I buy lottery tickets when the attendants not paying all of my money' I went station my local police they told me to contact you first about my complaint' my location is topeka kansas whats next. Tuesday night Dec. 6th 2022 around 9:30pm. Black man was on phone wouldn't get off phone to answer question about payment charge for purchase under $10.00 ($.50) asked about it rudely snapped you read it just do it (pay). I just filled up car with gas. Guess what you lost a sale and a customer at that store if that black man is working maybe lose my business all together! 83 and 71 Burbank Ohio.

I have been a customer for several years and have signed up for the Trio car wash monthly pass. During my initial request to become a monthly member, I had to visit the store 4 times, as the manager was never there and there was nobody (out of 4 people) there that could help me, as all I wanted was to initiate the monthly car wash service! I was directed to go on-line to sign up, but never received any direction on how to do so. I finally got there on my 4th try and the manager was there to complete the process.

Recently I had a credit card issue with the card on file. I have been to the store twice so far and have asked when the manager would be there so I can provide a new card number to be charged monthly again. I came within the times 6am-2pm given to me and found that the manager was not there again! No one else seems to be able help me, only the manager! Who is in charge when the manager is not there? One of the employees behind the register finally went into the back room while the others were either standing around or going about stocking stuff. He came out with a cell phone and gave it to me to speak to the manager. I could not understand her and was very concerned about that phone having Covid germs on it! She was taking a test I believe today (9/27) and could not make it to work with schedule conflicts pushing this card transfer to Friday! Why is it that I must visit this store multiple times to resolve such simple issues? Besides that, I find the car wash out of service many times when I come to use it! No sign or alert, so I must carefully back out of the curved lane leading to the wash. This has happened many times! I refuse to go into the store and talk to anyone there who can't speak good English and can't do anything anyway, it is just a waste of time!

Hello I am complaining about a man called PEDRO at one of your BP gas stations at 5330 south La Gange Road, La Grange IL 60525. HE is the cash register checker. The man would NOT let me use the toilet for some odd reason he said really annoyed for what? I said to take a piss, FOR WHAT? then he said the key is lost obviously a lie and this man has been rude to certain customers for over a year now I don't even go in there any more because of HIm. SO some other people use to sit out there and drink Beer in his parking lot but I never did? I sort of know the people he is talking aboutbut I do not hang with them. Anyhow this man needs a talking to by your owner of that BP. ALSO he pays a man to fill the cooler every night like $20.00 bucks cause he is too lazy to do it himself, and you have a non employee working in this COOLER with NO workmans COMP so your Company could be sued alot if this person gets hurt on the job. Anyhow I will not go in there again and some one needs to give a talking to this young man and to chill out a little?

On Saturday the 28 may 2022 I went to BP garage tshepisong to pour diesel on my BMW 320d, I requested diesel of R200 tapped my card and I didn’t request for the slip and drove off.

About 7km after I left the service station my car started smoking and loosing power, when I stopped at the robot it switched off, I drove with it till I get where I was going because it was not far.

When I get there the car started to smoke even further and couldn’t not start any more, I called a mechanic and he confirmed that the car was poured petrol instead of diesel, I went back to the garage and requested the slip to confirm what was poured in my car and they gave me a slip with a different card number from the card I used to purchase with, I requested to see the footage and they said I can only view the footage with polices presence.

I went to the nearest police station and come back with the cops where they showed us the footage which they said the black nosel that I seen on the camera confirmed that they poured diesel in my car, I requested for the slip with my card number and I couldn’t be provided.

Monday the 30/05/22 I got the Machanic to relook at the car where we even drain the fuel in the tank and confirm that it 95 petrol that was poured in my car, I went back to the garage with the proof of what just came out of my car and all the photos and videos taken while we were doing the procedure they refused to even look at the evidence saying they are enough with what they saw on the footage and they can’t help me.

My car is now stuck from whatever it put inside it and no one is willing to help, I called the BP head office lay the complaint, they said someone will get back to me which no one did, when I call back to follow up they always say they will get back to me.

I purchased $48.24 of fuel at Airport BP, 299, 2526 7th St. W, St. Paul, Mn, 55116 on 05/27/2022 at 02:35:38pm.

I used a Canadian TD Visa Card, and the charge that has been applied is $131.73 Canadian. Depending on conversion rate, and credit card charges, it should have been approximately $62.77.

It would seem that I have been double charged!

On 5/4/22 a gas station attendant at Estacion de servicio Gulf (carretera Federal chetumal Pto. Juarez Km 328, 77580 Puerto Morelos, Q.R., Mexico) went to fill my gas tank and said my debit card was declined. I then paid him $45 in cash and went on my way to the airport.

Today, 5/5/22 a charge for $394 went through on my card and I tried calling the gas station number (+[protected]), but an automated message says its changed.

Look at the reviews for this place--it happens all the time.

Please refund me, this is an absolution violation and ongoing problem that clearly hasn't been addressed by your company.

THE PRICES ARE 3X THE AMOUNT THE SHOULD BE., I have been employed with arco over 20yrs. I am getting earrings and harrassment and targeting. No one works for me as a personal. All my ID is stolen. If you drop the prices you could do alot, prices are to high it is suffering.email is broken.

I used to stop at this location all the time after work, until they brought in a radio. They play rap music with all of the offensive words so loudly you have to talk over the noise. I complained to the manager twice, nothing changed, so I quit going for several months. Stopped back in tonight to see if anything changed, and got an earful of the eff word and a 'g*d d*mn bit**es before I was able to walk back out.
Money spends easily anywhere. If BP supports the type of management that allows employees to create such a disrespectful, unprofessional environment, then I will not only avoid this location, I will avoid BP as a whole... And I'm not the only customer that you've lost business from over this, I'm just the only customer who has brought it to your attention. This is a nice neighborhood where many customers would find this offensive.

On 12/09/2021 @ 14:36 hrs I told the cashier (who refused his name) $15 on pump 6 I swiped my card got the receipt started pumping gas I began to clear my rear window wiper from leaf debris when I noticed the pump exceeded the $15 so I stopped the pump went inside told the cashier what happened. The cashier instructed me to turn the pump off (which I had already done) and gave me a receipt for $22 stating it would reflect later it is now 12/11/2021 and my money has not been returned to my account. They refuse to answer the phone number given. On 12/10/2021 I called again left my number no response. Can you resolve this simple issue of $27.95? BP site UD says 9743386 address is 17460 S. Phil the site manager at AmPm @ 1139 Douglas Blvd Roseville, Ca 95678 and one other employee have violated my Unruh Civil Rights on several occasions. The site manager is discriminating against me and I have reported incidents three other times four including this morning's experience. The case #'s are as follows, case#[protected], case#[protected], case#[protected], I have spoken to agents Siddharth, Suchen, and Bishal. This all started when I filed a complaint with corporate because the coolers were always empty, when I asked Phil for a dr. Pepper and told him his freezer was not stocked he responded, "I'm busy, what do you want?" I responded "Two 1 liter Dr. Peppers please." He got them from inside the cooler and upon returning he said, "we don't care about stocking the cooler only the tobacco." Which makes sense as that's your biggest seller and money maker, not gas as most people think. I reported the unstocked coolers that had been empty for three days via ampm complaints. The following day I was rudely treated by an employee whose name begins with the letter M but I did not catch the late 20's to early 30's males name. I asked him where Phil was and he lied and said not here, Beatrice another employee told me Phil was by the soda machine. I approached Phil and told him I needed to speak to him regarding one of his employees. He said, "Why so you can call corporate on me again." I responded, "I can if you would like me to?" He yelled back across the store as I was leaving thru the front doors "Yeah call corporate, and actually, get out of my store!", thus violating my civil rights in retaliation to a consumer complaint/suggestion. Then I reported this again to corporate, Phil took my unlisted nationally registered do not call list home phone number from my complaint about him and called my home and threatened me, and said he would call the police if I returned to your store. This is the fourth violation of my Unruh civil rights and the (6th) unanswered complaint about this site manager and his breaking the law. I am again requesting a member of corporate management contact me regarding these incidents. I want Phil held accountable for his actions. He is not a positive reflection on your companies name and I will not tolerate my civil rights being violated and your failure to act or respond to my previous complaints. All these civil rights violations and discrimination against me on many documented occasions is why I am asking for his termination, when I first filed these complaints the resolution I wanted was an apology from Phil and access to shop at your store. I never got an apology from Phil and again Phil is saying I am not allowed to shop at your store so my requested resolution from the first series of events was not honored. Everyday before these illegal actions by your employees I would spend $15.00-$25.00 daily. Being that my resolution from my first series of complaints was not upheld and honored as promised I am asking that I am allowed to shop in your store without being harassed or discriminated against and my Unruh civil rights will not be stepped on by your site manager or any employee of AmPm/British Petroleum. Termination of Phil's employment is my desired resolution at this time, as the first resolution was not upheld by your companies end and Phil again violated my Unruh civil rights this morning at 6:00am pst. In the past Phil took a picture of me next to a store employee Beatrice and he had me hold a sandwich for a picture he said he was required to take to send to corporate, I always had a fine relationship with Phil and he chose me for a customer photo then turned vindictive after I complained that his coolers are always empty. This is retaliation to my complaint thru and thru, his only reasoning for telling me to leave the store is retaliation to my complaint. Is this common practice for management at ampm/British petroleum? Do I need to contact local law enforcement for harassment and Unruh civil rights violations or is someone going to hold Phil accountable for his illegal actions and his violations of my civil rights?

No facilities kill Marnoch service station no toilet paper was told to wait an hour As a result of this I didn't feel my Laurie up and I will tell my other boys not to fill up there if there is no facilities it doesn't seem right they lost out on a £500 sale for the sake of a £1.70 toilet roll doesn't make sense

I purchased 2x drench drinks and got charged £3.99p they was clearly marked up as 2 for £2.65 the garage wouldn't refund me and said its not on the app. Really annoying, it's not about the money but the principal, I would like a refund for the overpayment as the staff in the garage are point blank refusing to give me back the overpayment.

I went to the BP on my lunch break on Polaris Pkw in Columbus, OH. I pumped $20.00 worth of gas. I used my debit card on cash app. When I got back to work, the debit card registered $50.00. I know sometimes this happens until they receive cash so I waited after 3 days I noticed the money was not put back on card. I went back to BP after 2 weeks and informed the manager about it. He shrugged his shoulders and said after 2 weeks there was nothing he could do. What? I told him I don't care if it had been 2 months I want my money back we are not talking about $5.00 this was $30.00 that was stolen. He said he would call around and see what he could do. What buddy system do they use to find their managers. I then called BP customer service line and told them what happened. I was told they would contact the manager and have him give me a call. Waited 2 more weeks and nothing. Called customer service again and was told they would have a district manager give me a call. Guess what? No call again. Called back to customer service and was told give it 5 more days and someone will call me. Really? I know times are hard and businesses are struggling, but BP? I am contacting the better business bureau. This has been going on since March 8th. And telling anyone who will listen, do not go to BP for gas. They are thieves. Please check your debit card purchases when getting gas from BP. I'm sure I'm not the only one they have stolen from.

Bought s rice krispies 22oz snack but when I opened it, it was hard as a rock and tasted funny was boughtvatca BP gas station and was told that I needed to contact the consumer so that's what I'm doing. Product is hard, tastes funny and is completely awful. I eat these on a regular basis a d this is the first time I e had an issue with this product. I would like to be reimbursed for this and compensated for this awful rice Krispy treat..unsatisfied customer

I went to the BP gas station on Broadhead Road in Moon Township Pennsylvania on Tuesday, October 15 around 11 AM. I handed the cashier $60 and told him I would like $60 worth of gas on pump 12. I went outside to pump my gas and it shut off at $6.00.
I went in and told the gentleman he needs to put $54 more on the pump because I gave him $60. He rudely retorted "I know what I'm doing". When I was finished refueling, my vehicle only took $43.51 of the $54. I went back into the store with $.51 in my hands, I handed it to the gentleman and kindly said here's $.51 so you can just give me $11 back. He looked at me with this condescending look, and said "look lady, I did go to high school, and they taught me how to do math there. I was very polite to him during this whole transaction, and meant nothing by saying here's $.51 you could just give me $11 back, so it was totally uncalled for on how he responded to that. I told him in defense since he was so rude, well I gave you $60 and you gave me six dollars worth of gas. He retorted that's because I missed a zero, and it has nothing to do with math. I just said maybe in your world it doesn't but in my world it does it and I walked out the door. Like since when does an elderly woman have to put up with some young punk like that. I should've just reached across the counter and slap him in the head like his mama should've done to teach this kid some manners. And of course they will keep him there as an employee, because they have signs up everywhere that they are hiring, so I guess this punk is the best they can find.
