At this point is with regret that i am still trying to get this matter regarding to my teenager son's (Adult Orange) Blink account resolved, which is still being charged, but he is refused access.

So, My son (17 yrs old) mentioned that there was a 3 month summer program for students that he was interested in signing up for i said ok we will go and sign up. The next day he said he was already signed up, and showed me his account on the phone and money was paid from his debt account.

Moving forward to September, school has started back, and he asked can I sign him back up for Blink, I said ok, then he said - but I still owe a Bill, i said bill for what. Which brings use to where we are at now.

My son supposedly had a back bill of $116.00 for an account which we assumed was canceled, Which should have been a Summer student account, (and not an Orange Membership).

On Oct.1 me and my son came to Blink to clear the bill and just move forward, at that visit we were told that at that point his bill was $116 and even if we paid the bill he could not use the gym because he is a teenager and is registered with and adult Orange membership,

BUT HE IS STILL RECEIVING A BILL FORAND WAS NOT ALLOWED IN THE GYM BECAUSE HE HAS THE WRONG MEMBERSHIP

On Tuesday Oct. 17, I was call by our local brach an told the only deal I have for you now, is to pay half of balance. I agreed to paying half minus the last to months membership fee (now 3 months) that my son was not allowed to use the gym.

Then I was told (by staff) if you don't accept this deal your son's credit will be ruined and you will have to wait because I will be on vacation.

Hopefully we are able to have this past bill situation resolved asap, so I can open the proper Jr membership for him.

had a membership starting in November of 2019. in July of 2020 I turned 65 and got silver sneakers through Medicare. I brought the insurance to the club in springfield gardens Queens and gave one of the mangers my insurance ID # she said she would take care of it and never did so i was billed up until july of 2022. so for 2 years the payments came off my debit card when my insurance should have been paying it the last 4 months were not payed and my account was closed. now I went to get a new membership and they told me i have to pay 60 dollars for those last 4 months so i payed for 2 years when my insurane should of payed whyn should i have to pay because of her negligence ive been trying to resolve this for a month and am still waiting for an answer just waive the four months for christ sake it would be good bussiness practice dont you think

Went into the Blink fitness in Bellflower,CA. Spoke with spoke with Tony the manager. I explain that I was charged twice. He said he couldn’t reverse the charges. I asked for a membership phone# he said they don’t have one. I said this happened before n they reversed the charges after someone made a call. He said he doesn’t remember doing it. Had attitude didn’t want to assist further

I canceled my membership over 3 months ago due to a medical issue, a double bypass. I still can't return to the gym. I contacted the gym more than 3 times. It still has not been canceled. hello! first, is a safety hazard to have broken windows around the gym any person can get injure. 2nd for the pass 2 weeks we do not have anything to lean our seats. right now 7/26/2023 out of 5 stairmaster machine there is only one working. those machines are old and most of the time are broken. its take long time to get fixed. we make complaint to the staff but i guess no one cares. right now at least 10 workout machines are broken. seats are broken, arm rest are broken, machine without weight label, is a chaos, they don't even have the clips to attach the cable. for the safety of all, some one needs to take a look at this gym. some one is going to get injure real soon.

Last Wednesday I was in the Jersey City, Journal Square location working out. During my visit a member said something I felt was inappropriate. I said something to the member and they throughout my visit continually followed and/or hovered over me during my workout. Near the end of my Workout we were verbally engaged and I was asked to leave the gym. During my departure in the stairwell, I was attacked by the other member. See the attached photo, I did not physically engaged and called the police and filed a report at the gym. Ive been a member for more than a year with not issues until this event. My membership was cancelled. The first explanation was that the police recommended, after confirmation with the police they made no such recommendation, then they said based on footage the observed an event where a member who accidently bumped into me was pushed by me after the bump and the incident on the floor. Not all parties were canceled and if I'm cancelled all parties should be especially since the member inflicted the physical damage noted in the picture below. I've never acted in this way and feel this incidend was not fairly addressed.

As I was told that any green plan would be able to bring an additional person to work out with. But since mine is through silversneakers program
It's not allowing the front desk to do so. I need to have someone with me for medical reasons. Kindly include in my membership to allow
An additional person to accompany me to blink locations. Spoke to billing customer service and she was not able to help me or tranfer me to another dept/headquarters phone number.

Hello. I'm a nice person, but I have been complaining both here and at the gym for at least THREE MONTHS that the only two stationary bikes (on the first floor) - machines 114 and 115 - DO NOT WORK. The staff keeps saying "I'll tell management"...clearly they don't, as nothing has happened. These bikes are vital to my exercise. Can they PLEASE be repaired soon?! Thank you.

Hello, I would like to speak to a customer service agent in regards to the manager at Sunset Park blink fitness. I did not know doodle a technical error that I have two accounts and when I went to cancel I was charged for both accounts and I was getting charge monthly for both accounts which clearly I never used one of them because I wasn’t on the way I do to a computer glitch so if someone could please give me a call back at [protected] so I can further explain I would greatly appreciate it. This is my second attempt to reach someone.

The blink gym located in lodi Nj is always late opening up and it’s just plain ridiculous that it keeps happening! TodY is 1-19-2023its 5:10 am and gun is once again closed with more than 20 cars waiting for this place to opening and a complete waste of time so early in the morning. And this happens often so makes me think you guys just don’t realize or you except this type of thing. This location always a mess early in the morning like they don’t clean up before they close. There is a more professional gym in LA fittness right down the street and for the extra money I know I will have to pay them I’ll glady do it so I don’t waste my time. Blink you guys suck plain and simple I’ve been with you since day 1 and I won’t take this anymore. This what happens whe. You have kids running this gym

This so so ridiculous that I am unable to workout in the mornings like always.There are a lot of people with such need and it’s not a half an hr change.It’s a hours difference.People pay for memberships to workout at a convenient time and thus only forces those people to go elsewhere because blink is obviously not employing capable workers.The bottom line is 7am is too too late.

I purchased wireless headphones and they were not compatible with my phone and requested a refund. The manager melody states she would add a credit to my account however the credit doesn't reflect in my account. When a call blink to request to speak to her she always states she is busy in a meeting and will call me back and has no return my calls. The wireless headphones was $27 and I gave them back to melody and I still have not received my money for them.

MY BLINK FITNESS MEMBERSHIP FAILED TO CANCEL OUR MEMBERSHIPs. After the pandemic, they reopen the membership without consent and started chargin eventhoug neither one of us was visting the gym. When I called the customer service number, they asked that I visited the location at 570 Melrose Ave, Bronx, NY 10451. I did on 6/13/2022 and pay the balances due and submitted the cancellation. I was forced to pay the two balances due $45.75 for me and $106.91 for my wife's. However, we continue to be active and messages and emails about non payment continue to be received which is really frustration.

What do I have to have to do to cancel this horrible membership? Do i have to get a lawyer to proceed? Do not understand how BLINK FITNESS is allowed to operation like this.

On June 15, 2022 as I am a memeber of this gym.. over heard 2 employess in the front counter making fun of a special challenged employee stating he was retarded and was gonna punch his face because he touched the asian mans phone The other man was wearing glasses, They also record him as a joke and laughing.. What kind of buisness are you running? This is encouraging to that staff member.

Big piece of 💩 I'm the ladies bathroom floating around for hours no one flushed or cared blink fitness Newark NJ also shut down several times for COVID 19 issues ..this is such a disgrace the workers are all young and don't care .

The Blink Gym in Nassau Street (Fidi) is so nice and big, However, you can tell they do not have a good management team. Members that go there literally take over the barbells and stay their lounging with their personal items like it was a club or lounge. The Employees obviously don't care if others need to use the weights. Employees should walk around the gym just to check if everything is ok. You see the employees there on the phones all the time sitting around all the time, even in the front desk as people go in and out. Many times the bathroom is not clean. I visited another gym at Noho, totally opposite, great smiles, they greet you when you come in and they are constantly walking around cleaning and making sure everyone is ok. Bathroom is very clean. Too bad Nassau street does not take pride in their work like Nassau street.
