I used to work for a branch of this company, and all of these complaints are true. They do take forever to fix jewelry - It's usually a minimum of 3 months that they'll have it. I ordered a wedding gift for my- now- wife from them a couple months ago. My credit card was charged and I was given an expected ship date. Based on that date only being a few days before our wedding, I proactively contacted their customer service to see it was possible to be pushed up. They quickly and nicely responded with what sounded like a sincere effort to see what they could do. DEFINITELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BILLBARNES. On June 13, had a platinum wedding band in the design we wanted on sale, but the sale ended that weekend.
