Unethical
We put down a deposit - $570 which is outrageous for a deposit - and were promised a puppy from a litter that suited our time window. The puppies were all stillborn and circumstances were not going to allow us to bring a puppy into our lives at another time. The whole experiences was devastating and our children were crushed. Please check on your dog IN PERSON while in this kennel's care. My dog, a Rottie mix, started at 70 lbs. when we dropped her off. She had seen the vet immediately before being boarded. After staying there one month, she lost 33 pounds!!! When I called them to check on her, they told me she was doing fine. After being picked up, my dog continued...
