On March 2016 Edgar Mercado Mendoza from Guadalajara Mexico who was a sales contractor for my company manipulated and orchestrated a scam to steal more than $40, 000 from purchase orders previously awarded to my company. Mr. Mercado contacted the customers with lies and made up stories to transfer the business to On-Off Shore Logistics and his company Astech-EI. Be careful beforw conducting business with this scammer.

Libel is a form of defamation and covers false statements communicated in writing or in print that injure another person's reputation or business. In the United States of America is against the law and you could be legally liable for doing so, perhaps not in your country.
Pretending to be me to cover your highly sophisticated multi-million dollar fraud that started with the $40, 000 scam that consisted in transferring purchase orders earned and received by my company to yours (Aztech-EI) is scandalous and unprofessional
My attorneys are aware of all your false internet postings, malicious emails to customers and suppliers, and harassing phone calls to myself and family.
Save yourself the trouble of having to fight a lawsuit in the USA (it could cost you a lot of money, trust me!) and find peace within yourself. It's time to move on and enjoy bigger things to come.

I want to apologize to Mr. Mercado for all the comments I have made of him, the defamations I have said, I am sorry. Mr. Mercado gave me a lot to my company, he was an excellent person with me and my lovely family. He was a brother to me, I can not deny it. May God bless you and succeed on your path.
