taken under name Ask-shops.com for £16.17 on Sunday 9th April i did not buy anything from them nor have ever used them, and as it was easter sunday i think i would remeber

i have not bought anything so i can not give you a date time or place where this happened

i feel it is a bit naughty to have someones details and just take what you want, this has happened on several occasions and i have had to contact the bank,

these amounts were first taken from my husbands account and now i have stopped them through the bank you are targetting me

I want this money back and for you not to use my account again

This company surprisingly deducted 4,098 yen (September 2, 2022). This isn't the first time and I need my refund immediately. They wanted me to renew a subscription I cancelled long ago but I refused. The evidence below shows clearly that I wasn't on "auto_renewal and I didnt renew it so why the charge for that?

I have no idea\ why this has happened. Have not ordered or bought anything, hence completely unauthorized.

Charges me 28.61 for what

I was charged a renewal(?) fee on my Mastercard on 12/25/21 of $31.79 for IOBIT software, presumably by ASKNET. I assume it was for IOBIT's uninstaller. I did not order this renewal(?) and no longer use the software. Trying to access both IOBIT and ASKNET (a German company?) is futile. My name is Roy Sudduth. My cashapp card ending in 2963 was erroneously charged for software that was not ordered by me. I did not order this product at this time.
In the past over 2 years ago this product failed to perform. Any renewals were cancelled as the software never performed. On 12/23/2021 I was charged 82.22 and a separate charge of 35.68 for a total $117.90

I have been charged $93 recently through my PayPal account. Apparently a subscription I activated last year. There are 2x transactions for July 2020 to asknet- lobitsoft, they were between $10 and $40 each. No idea what they are for either.
Please advise what the goods and services I have been charged for. I have no idea.
I would ideally like my funds recharged, as I have not received a service or goods for my purchase and therefore, this transaction is fraudulent.

I hereby request immediate refund of the above amount as I have neither authorized asknet to charge my account nor have I been informed what they charged me for.
This is considered fraud. If asknet will not confirm immediate refund as well as cancelation of charges, I will be forced to press charges against them.

I am having issues trying to purchase Cyberlink products. I have tried with both PayPal and Payment Card and always get an error saying "Your purchase could not be completed, please contact [protected]@asknet.com."

What can be done to resolve the issue

I just order a software product from Asknet.com and I learned that this company is a SCAM site based in California. I was duped into purchasing their product "twice, " both at different prices. They are not affiliated with the BBB and numerous complaints have been filed against them, apparently to no avail. Asknet must be stopped!

The company asknet is a service provider which is responsible for the online purchasing process for several software producers. You may therefore find "asknet shops" listed on your credit card bill, even though you have purchased software in a store with a different name.

I purchased the software through payypal today but the software rejects the licence no to activate it. I wish to claim either a refund or the correct licence to use it

Why do you keep refusing my money for an Upgrade on Software Update tried numerous times but you say it cant be completed.If thats the case you can stick it up your ***All sections have been completed and credit cards up to date but no you throw it back again About fed up of this.You say its expired but wont give me another.
