AsiaRooms.com - Western Australia, Perth / booking cancelled without notice

We booked a hotel in Langkawi through Asiarooms.com in September for 25 December. On arrival we were told there was no room and the booking had been cancelled by AsiaRooms.com as the credit card had not processed (no problem the card before or after this). We had confirmation of booking from the hotel and Asiarooms.com. We phoned Asiarooms who were dismissive and told us they bore no responsibility. The hotel showed us an email they sent advising Asiarooms of the problem on 29 November. Asiarooms denied any knowledge. The first correspondence we got from Asiarooms was on 28 December claiming...

The feedback box of AsiaRooms.com http://www.asiarooms.com/en/malaysia/kuala_lumpur/220389-hotel_sentral.html have too limited space ie only 200 words and there is no options to send should I have more than 200 words. With this note, I doubt AsiaRooms.com is serious about taking feedbacks. Referring to my booking experience with my booking reference 22402815AR: 2.
