I do not have an account with Ancestry.ca, yet had a charge of $119.88 applied to my credit card without my approval. How is that possible. I have challenged the charge with Scotiabank, and an investigation is underway. The charge was processed on Dec 26th as a no card present charge. There should be a 2 step authorization before a charge can be applied to a credit card.
