What I ordered is NOT what u received. First the website I ordered from (Mumby’s) said they were made and shipped in the USA (California). After a month of not receiving a tracking ir anything I reached to PayPal. Found out that after I clicked purchased I was directed to and purchased from AN & Associates. I emailed them and their wmail bounces back as u deliverable. I stated I wanted a refund and was finally sent a tracking number that didn’t exsist. Weeks later witt PayPals help u got another tracking and item was delivered today. I ordered a life size grave digger and got a hand palm statue.

I ordered this pair of crocs in October, 2022 and paid through PayPal. It was quite a while before I received the package. The crocs were great but were the wrong size. I never got a response from them when I tried several time to make an exchange. Finally, I had PayPal return the payment to my account. I hated it because I really liked them. This was not the first time PayPal has saved my butt! GO PAYPAL

The agreement was that we would be paid when the orders had international logistics. Gandhi kept finding excuses, saying that I was slow in delivery, resulting in a lot of fines, and asking us to bear them. We also called me once in the middle paypal said there is no money, but then withdrew in the paypal side that did not receive the goods and withdrew the 10,000 U.S. dollars there is a detailed fraudulent behavior I repeatedly asked NIRAV M. GANDHI for the payment, they said they could give me $20,000, and then asked me to bear the loss of AN & ASSOCIATES CO.

At present, I think NIRAV M. GANDHI is a purposeful fraud, because the cooperation is almost three years, the previous mode of delivery by air has not occurred any problems, also due to the epidemic, also sent sea parcels, there is no such problem, but this time NIRAV M. GANDHI asked to send sea parcels, and then refused to pay for various reasons, if I say If I have caused damage to NIRAV M. GANDHI, how much damage should be evaluated by a third-party organization, instead of saying that I have caused damage to him, directly pulling me out and refusing to pay for the goods and logistics shipping. Currently in China, there are also five suppliers who have suffered such injustice, also the last shipment, and then for various reasons, refused to pay, so I believe this premeditated fraud.

I appointed a lawyer in October 2021, but due to the high cost of lawyers in Canada, I have been suing for 8 months, but there is no progress yet, and the trial is always delayed by the opposing lawyer. Therefore, I hope that the Canadian government and lawyers can help me or have other legal aid organizations to help me in my lawsuit and help me recover my payment and logistics costs, as I am going bankrupt.

This company is a fraudulent company that facilitates fraud companies from China and India to charge your cards and there is no one there but a bot running it all. These should be arrested for massive scams and every district attorney and FBI should look into this case. The Original Frame company also a fraud company uses this company to sell posters but there is nothing there but a fraud. Someone find and nail this company please, burn it down or something if there is a place society will smile.

I ordered a 3 in 1 stroller and car seat in September and it said my order was processed. I have made numerous contacts with reps and non was able to give me vital information regarding my order. I send emails to cancel my order and nothing has been. I haven't got my product or my money back. An order# 1649 was sent to me and that was it. I tried calling the numbers on there web and all were out of service

I placed my order for an stroller back in Aug 06. Funds were withdrawn from my bank account INMEDIATELY!
My order No. is 4936. I have an e mail from viral super shop where they claimed that my merchandise was getting ready to be ship.
I haven't received my order yet even tough I have contacted several people.

I ordered this saw on 7/10/21 and have never heard anything from the company. I did not get an order conformation order number or anything. My credit card was charged $84.94. That is the only written thing I have to show that I made this purchase. I have never dealt with a company so badly run. I would like to cancel my order and get my money back.

I ordered a set of wings that were suppose to be black but received them and they were white. I have been trying to reach the company for almost a year in order to exchange them. It took me 3 months to receive these just to be not what I ordered.

I have attempted to contact the company by email to return items received. These are not as described in the email. I had attempted before they arrived to cancel the order because of the delay. Now, that the alledged order is here, items are not as described and I would like to return for a FULL refund.

At 2:04 today I received a package from your company that looked as if a 5 month old had wrapped it. I will be going to the Post Office tomorrow
to do a RETURN TO SENDER. I DID NOT OPEN IT.

On 2/6/2021 I received an email saying that "my Sofa Cover purchase was never completed". Then on 2/6/2021, I was told "We missed you and so does your cart".

On 2/7/2021 I emailed you and said you were a scam.

I called your phone number and it was not working. I tried to contact you through your email address and got no where.

I contacted my Bank and my account was credited back in the amounts of 118.92 on 4/19/21 Reg E Claim Correction $118.92 and 3.57 on 4/19/2021 Bank Credit Fee Refund.

Item not received. FedEx carrier denied and returned to sender. Sender is not refunding amount. I do not know how to get my money back or this item returned. Merchant is unclear and takes weeks to reply. Cannot speak to anyone over the phone because the number is not active nor working. Amount at this point is stolen.

I ordered the above item through PayPal, December, 2020. February, 2021 I sent an email requesting the item. I received a response saying 'due to covid, the shipping has been delayed.' In March, I received a mini chainsaw blade, but no chainsaw so I emailed pictures and requested the item I originally ordered. In April, I repeated my request to the company. A week later I requested intervention from PayPal.

The resolution is that I should pay to return the unwanted item (Interernational postage, receipt requested, insured) and then wait to be refunded for the item I ordered.

Why am I given the burden of putting out more money in order to receive what is mine? I'd prefer receivng what I ordered; but a refund will do. The burden should be on the perpetrator, not the victim!

About 7 months ago I ordered the Bling applicator and the little stones, but never received it. About 3 months ago I wrote to them, and they apologized and said they would send it right out. Today I received the little "jewels", but no applicator. They really are useless with out that, so PLEASE send me the important part to this order. Thank you.

Ordered a miniture battery operated hand held chainsaw from this "holidayshoppingspot" website. Those pictures are of a CHAINSAW - which is what I ordered. What they sent was just a chain. Customer Support is not cooperative and claims a chain is a VARIANT of a chainsaw. Uh NO! A variant of a product is something like a color or a size - or maybe a model number. A variant is not a "piece of" a product.
