Instructions that came with the EZ Eyes Keyboard say that you just plug it in and all modern Windows operating systems will already have driver software for it. I have tried repeatedly to install it and the computer always says "Driver failed to install" - I'm still searching for a compatible driver.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i agree, mine says the same thing
Having the exact same issue. it reports to windows an code 43 error and windows states its up to date already but the POS doesnt work. sending this craptastic POS back.
