THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP YOUR FULL ORDER LIKE THE OTHERS HAVE STATED!!! I haven't had problems with online companies before, and never thought to read any comments about companies where I order from...BIG mistake. I ordered 3 flower girl baskets and 3 bags of petals. The 3 bags of petals finally arrived 1 month later - after I contacted them various times, but no baskets. I have been trying to reach them, and they sometimes e-mail back and other times they don't. The latest is that they claim that they shipped the baskets is the lie they got... / I don't recommend going with them it will make any bride nuts not being able to get a hold of them


So the very first thing I bought was from for silk rose pedals at an awesome price only problem is I still have yet to receive it... Now I ordered it March 5 and it is March 15th, I am checking the status on all my orders and their phone number says it is not available. Luckily I only spent 13 bucks on 2 packages of there petals so worse comes to worse I can buy them elsewhere but seems strange that things I had to special order have already come in, that includes personalized items. Kind of feeling uncomfortable about this situation now... I only hope they dont use my... - New Jersey / Cake Topper


Since when was it the consumers fault that they did not receive the merchandise they purchase and never receive? This is how this company will make you feel! They should not be allowed to sell any wedding merchandise because you will never get it in time for your wedding. Very unproffessional customer service, which is the same two individuals that answer the phone anytime you call. You know it has to be a scam if they are unwilling to give their names! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE you will not receive your merchandise! / Learn from my mistake and avoid this one


I bought a guest book on in October and when a month had passed and I didn't receive it, I tried to contact them. The customer service phone was answered by a recording that said they only take e-mail messages. (It sounded like someone was running the business out of their garage.) I contacted them by e-mail repeatedly and I received no response. My credit card had already been charged and I had no way to contact them. This website is a total joke! I didn't recieve the stuff I ordered for my wedding until a month after the wedding. I got worried about a week before the wedding and called their "customer service"(which was really just a man and a woman who talked to each other while I was on the phone with the man). They lied to me and told me it had already shipped. So I asked when and they said that they would send me an email with the tracking number. A few days went by and no email or package.
