All Seasons Travel Fraud

And in March 2012 they are still at it. Just had a phone call (I live in Adelaide, Australia) from 'David Domain' telling me I had won the trip of a lifetime including a cruise to the bahamas. I knew immediately that it was a scam and said so to him. Hung up when he said we had to pay to get to Florida.

New Zealand.. received my call this morning.. first Jesse Mills 7022 'please write this down it is very important you have my details' ? Then Veanna Gulliford 'no number but spelt her name out for me to write down (apparently very important process for documentation' ? 'first bell rang' then once payment was requested, I mentioned I was not comfortable confirming details without first sighting documentation. Her reply was a long pre-written blarblar tale 'bell no longer ringing but raging..' I had asked her to call me back once at work but she said they were not allowed too.. held on the phone for 30minutes while I walked to work, turned on my computer even made myself a coffee etc - all i wanted to do was Google to see if a Scam before confirming - thank you everyone for submitting - the deal did sound great, but yes glisten to your gut.. too good to be true unfortunately - from here on the only prize I would like to win is a completely free one..

All Seasons Escape AR. How can you be legit when there are so many complaints against the company ? I had a heck of a job getting a full refund even within the 30 day cooling off period and endless calls from " Barbara " which amounted to harassment. Don't try to convince me or others it's straight up !

10 Jan 2013 AJ Melbourne Australia.
I have just received a phone call from All Seasons Escape - Thank goodness I put off the " holiday offer of a lifetime" to Florida, Bahamas cruise and stay in Fort Lauderdale. Got the two names to verify Dylan Schaffer employee no. 6936 and Mark, my personal travel coordinator.
He even gave me 3 different contacts, VIP customer service number [protected]
Address in Tampa, and the website for All Seasons Escape.
Very reluctant to let me ring them back. I Acted like a silly little woman who had to get husbands permission before I use the credit card in order to get rid of him. However he is insistent and is going to ring back in 45 minutes for me to register my $663 fee to release my tickets.
Thank goodness I saw this website when checking them out to confirm my suspicion of a scam. Having been to Florida several times with my family I knew all the places they were talking about well, this seemed to throw them off a bit and come across a little more cautious with me. When I asked about age limits for kids tickets they said tickets were for 4 people, not really, kids passes are always cheaper in theme parks. Been there done that!
Please be careful people, NEVER GIVE OUT PERSONAL BANK DETAILS OR CREDIT CARD DETAILS to anyone you have not organised with through your bank.
Nothing is ever truly for free.

I'm not entirely sure either way if this is a scam or not. I have paid $698 and then I got an email yesterday with all the details and a receipt number. Today I got a call again from a David Newbury. He wanted to ask how I was doing and if I had concerns. Naturally, yes I told him I think I was scammed by your company. He then talked with me for a long time like 40 minutes rambling on about why I should decline. I asked him more questions and he said to check his site. He sent travel vouchers today to my email. I think this could be legitimate as long as I have a good trip in Florida/Bahamas. It is unlikely I will commit to it however but would sure like this to be real, but I've already cancelled my credit card and sent in a transaction dispute form. It pays to not fill in forms offering a free holidays over the internet. Immediately your details are shared with these con-people and nothing is free anyway.

I must admit they don't seem to care what time of the morning they ring you but I took the call and to my amazement I was off to a trip of a life time she was more excited then I was she rattled on about this holiday while I grabbed my iPad and started google up she asked if my husband was there and I could put my phone on speaker what wake him up too I told her we work for a living hes at work ...so off she went sun surf and food Disneyland a dream holiday ...sounds great then she put me on to the man whose going to make it happen cool can't wait ...cause Ive just google you ...I have a man come onto the phone knows my name ...so before we get started I said to him how amazing the Internet is said to him I have just google your ( so called) company i also said to him you have a page of complaints and reviews ...his next words were oh and what does it say ...will we all know that they don't want you to get started with that so they throw in the our company is worth ...in fact I feel sorry for them they have lots of negativeness on board with them each day how can you get ahead with that
This is why we go to Bali to make sure we are trained in all these scam areas what to watch for an look out for love Bali at least they do it face to face but the Americans love to hung that phone up when they have been snapped out

They just rang me today at work. A Matt Flanagan ID 4333 he went through the whole thing while i was looking them up on the web. Then he put me through to a Derica Wilson ID 2922, who by the was has the loudest and shrillest voice on the planet, she nearly burst my eardrums. I was very wary from the beginning. When it came to Derica asking me for the $670 from my credit card i told her i did not have it on me as i am at work, then i told her i was not giving her my credit card over the phone. She sounded amazed that i thought it was a scam and then told me that she could not hold the holiday open for me. As so many people have said before...If it sounds to good to be true it usually is. Looks like it is doing the rounds again, My caller was Chris McHaffie Emp no#2643, from All Seasons Escape .. I Was super wary from the start as he said i had entered an online competition to win a holiday, he gave me my friends address as my listed address so i knew it was dodgy ( I do a fair bit of online shopping for various friends on their request). He mentioned it was a timeshare, When he got the part where he was going to transfer me to his travel advisor? I told him not to bother that i was online and found thousands of people listing this as a scam.. He asked if i was sure i had the right website? allseasonsescape.com, I told him - anybody can make a flashy website, and that if something sounds too good to be true... It usally is, I hung up and nothing further yet!

plmoknjib... seriously... if you are going to say something negative about me or the company that i work for at least make sure your information is correct... i said that i would furbish you with the number once you had registered your holiday if you wished not to register then you could look us up online and contact us for a full retail holiday instead of the discounted holiday you had placed an entry form in for...
Chook... the reason we have not been shut down is because we are a legitimate company providing a legitimate holiday for those who can not provide retail accommodations for themselves.
what surprises me most about you guys is you don't even ready up on everything before you put your information out there. you place the entry form in and ask us to call you and then complain when we ask you to register your holiday. well its not my fault or the company i work for's fault. if you would print the information provided to you upon entering you wouldn't have this problem to begin with...

All Seasons Travel constant calling and harassing

All seasons travel people keep calling and calling and keep offering cruise to Bahamas and keep on harassing and intimidating me on the phone and somehow know all my information when I haven't given it to them. I have said no so many times to them though they keep on calling and calling; they also talk in a very threatening manner "isn't this your address, phone number, I know where you live" it's quite concerning the tone and style they use.

I actually got all my money back after intervention from Florida authorities but still they persist in ringing me to ask when I'd like to take my holiday, several months after I cancelled. As if I'd even go along with them after all the hassle they put me through ! Beware.

Contact the Better Business Bureau in Tampa. Those scammers aren't accredited by them and have complaints lodged against them so they'll be interested to hear more.Their job is to notify people about legit businesses and this isn't one of them.

This is happening to me and I don't even live in the USA. 6.45am, 7.30am, and 8.30am on one day was just too much. They keep asking for my husband and get annoyed when I ask them how they got the info. Why would I want to book a holiday with a foreign travel agency when I have just been ripped off by a local one?

All Seasons Travel promised refund, none received

I was advised I had won/later told I was eligible for, a vacation on a trip to all seasons Florida plus an optional cruise to the bahamas. I asked for time to think it over but the salesmen pushed and pushed. I have sent copious emails and received phone calls saying they would refund my $998 and this would occur in about 5 days. I sent a registered letter also asking for my refund. I found out during the phone call, I had to attend certain seminars and saw later after I paid and had a chance to read the fine print that these were timeshare. I don't want this holiday and I have a number of expenses on which I could use that money, such as rates, a new washing machine, then my mower died and recently had to buy a CPAP machine. I am a pensioner I need my money back. Despite looking in my bank no refund has appeared. J Edwards

All Seasons Travel SCAM

went on website for cruise holiday competition 12mths ago, they called and said i won with radisson hotels and caribbean cruise free holiday and accomodation in fort lauderdale, florida and cruise in bahamas. luxury holiday tax to be paid by winner 998 usa dollars and flights could be arranged with quantas at discount through all seasons travel and paid by winner. 2yrs to use tickets and accomodation deal to funparks etc, downpayment required by credit card on the spot if wish to accept, confirmation emailed immediately. After gave credit details then mentioned radisson had deal with timeshare company and would be required to attend 1 day session in fort lauderdale and florida. Refused offer but given run around and customer service numbers and addresses to reverse agreement to accept offer and stop credit charges. Hoax discovered as number not in service, no reply from writing and found these complaints in support of suspicions. Disputing credit charges with bank and will be refunded hopefully, cancelled cards so they cannot get my money again. Lesson, never, ever, give out credit details to anyone who calls you or by internet/email. Only do it if your approaching them ie. buying stuff on the net and use an accredited secure payment method like paypal or through your own bank website online (b-pay). these scammers are calling internationally now, not just the states as I see going on months ago from this complaint system.

I took a call from these con artists on Saturday morning, same spiel as everyone else. $998 was relieved from my visa card which I was told could be reversed if I cancelled within 30 days. This is of course not the case when I spoke to Anne the following Tuesday morning. She very kindly gave me a refund of $500, I'm yet to confirm if this will see the insides of my bank account, plus an upgrade, YAY! I don't think she thought I was excited enough, given the fantastic deal she was giving me?! I received another call from Anne this morning (6.15am same as the previous morning), after I had sent another email requesting a full refund. She wanted to know if I'd received my new vouchers which I hadn't, and to inform me that the $500 had been returned to my visa card. I think this time she knew I was onto them, but I couldn't be bothered going into another argument in case this stopped the $500 coming back (if indeed it was on its way ..). So I mainly wanted to document the other names this company has used so that if anyone else can research this scam they have the bigger picture and the length of time it's been going on. Here's the list I've found:

Universal Explorations / Universal Holidays / Universal Adventures (www.universaladventuresonline.com) Suncoast Travel / ASTAR Travel / Florida Resort Holidays / Florida Resort Travel (www.FloridaResortTravel.com) All Seasons Travel (www.all-seasons-travel.net)

Hope these ###os are brought down soon :(

I had a Phone call yesterday saying I had won first prize in an all expences holiday to Florida staying 7 days & 6 nights at the Radisson and the 4 days & 3 nights on a cruise to the Bahamas. They said I had entered my details in a competion several monthhs ago. (really)? They were really good at trying to talk you into accepting the prize. The the crunch came. All yor need to do is give use your credit card details and we will withdraw $671 AUS. Why should you need to do that if you have one the trip?
They kept changing people trying to convince me to give my card details. How did they get my details? Address, Mobile Number, Wifes Name? It was well run. They even gave me there complete name and ID number. The number they rang me from was [protected]. The names they used were Bill Greco ID 3503, David Weeks ID 2535 & Derrica Wilson ID 2922. When said I need to consult my Wife they still tried to get me to sign up and even offered to conference call her. When I said I need to speak to her later on they offered to call me in 24hrs. Still waiting for that call. I rang consumer affirs in Perth and they confirmed this is a scam.

Why is nothing being done about these scammers? Are the authorities unconcerned or worse, involved?

It's now the middle of May and I have finally received a full refund which took almost four months of hard slog on my part, with help from Florida agencies. It can be done if you stick with it and keep on their case, but if they were a legit business they wouldn't put people through this. They are scammers, big time.

I took a call from All seasons travel on 3/5/12, saying i have won a holiday to Orlando Florida, which i also had to pay $998 from my credit card. I was so excited that i informed my children and much to my disgust, i have be scammed, i feel like a big idiot, so I rang ACCC and they were no help, so here i am reading what others have gone through. Thanks guys, for this i will not trust anyone again..these people are parasites, feeding off peoples vulnerbility. I hope they will be caught and the law deals with them apropriately..

I've lodged a complaint with the Florida Dept Of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs at freshfromflorida.com and have sent away any documents associated with these dodgy individuals and am awaiting an outcome . Have asked Astar Travel for a full refund for yonks with no success and am glad I kept everything online where they're concerned. Time they were investigated and shut down.

All Seasons Travel Overcharge of Visa Card

I received a telephone call approx. 10 am this morning 10/9/2010 from Mike Tharney saying I had entered a competition and won a 2 weeks holiday in Olanda Florida.

I was handed to Brandon Brooks, the Travel Coordinator (whose voice sounded just like Mike's had) who told me all about this fantastic holiday for 4 people (adults or children) that I could take anytime in the next 18 months as long as I gave them 45 - 60 days notice & all I needed to do today was hand over my Visa card No. & pay $998 for the trip and have the transaction recorded on tape for verification.

I was handed to Patty Jones, from the Corporate Department who then told me I only needed to pay $698 today & the $290 left on the day I booked the trip and let them know whom the 4 people would be that would travelling. This was completed via a supposed tape recorded session.

Not long after the phone call had ended I was phoned again by Patty saying the amount she had asked for was incorrect and that she would actually need the $998 today and went through the recording again. An email would be forwarded to a nominated account for verification of the holiday & funds to cover this cost.

When I left the phone I checked my email account & discovered that the details seemed correct but the amount I had supposedly paid & the amount paid were two differing matters. The email states $698 was authorised by me as payment as required giving a partial Visa card no. as follows: 456457******4467. Also I might add that an extra 3 digit pin number is required for funds over the amount of $500 via any Visa card for transaction & this number was NOT given out.

Further more, once I checked my credit card statement I found that there were two amounts withdrawn as follows: 10.24am - ASTAR800-2313760 US for $759.43 then at 11.06am - Florida Resort HoliTampa US for $326.40. I contacted St George immediately and asked about these amounts. Apparently a further $326.40 had been transacted but not gone through. I have 5 transactions on my credit card from this date, none of which were authorised by myself. St George has since cancelled this card, luckily and are investigating this matter. Hopefully it will be sorted out. Until then I would hope that somebody at your end would put a stop to this company. I have the email which I could forward if you have an address I could send it to. I also have a printed copy of my St George Visa statement page showing the first two transactions including, dates, times, amounts withdrawn and name of withdrawal company.

If you wish to contact me via email my email address is ( [protected]@live.com.au), I would be happy to hear from you, thank you for your time. Irene Starr

Thanks for the persons who contributed to the above mentioned complaints.
I had a similar experience this morning. A person calling himself Anthony BLUE from All Seasons Escape in Florida contact me about me filling in an online survey sometime ago.(I might have but don't recall it). He offered me a 14 days holiday to Orlando then 3 night cruise to the Bahamas for 4 people. Sounded good, so he continued on with the usual salesman's pitch. He said all I needed to do was to give them my credit card details, so they could deduct $698.00. I queried this and the usual bull...t reply that must have that for the registration and the proposal cannot through. (Smelt a rat.)
Then Anthony put me through to his supervisor, Timothy CUNEEN (which remarkably sound like BLUE). Further pressure was applied but I wanted time to discuss with my wife and two other persons. He said he would give me 3 hrs. I said that would be long enough.
I have made inquiries through the Internet, came upon this web site, thank god, it confirmed my suspicions in the first place.
So for the old saying, 'if it sound to good to be true, it is.'

I was contacted on 12 October by the same Mike Tharney who gave me the exact same speel, but I refused to give him my credit card details whitout first receiving some form or written confirmation, but he didnt give up even getting my husband in on a conference call to try and persuade him, but to no avail. That, this has to be too good to be true feeling was screaming out... once we both said no he was very quick to get off the phone.

I just had the exact same phone call-i can't believe it. i had my baby with me ( crying). However, they knew all my details . i just had to verify my credit card no. which i did! silly me . I notified them that i did n't wish for any funds to be taken out without my husband permission . And he notified me that i didn't have enough funds for USD $998, but he took out $500.i got really angry with him, i asked him to cancel it. But he told me it takes 24hrs.
I rang my bank and cancel my card . But they can't do anything till the transaction go through for them to investigate. Hopefully a refund will be given, i'm currently on unpaid maternity leave. I feel so stupid, i usually hang up ..but not today !

I just got off the phone from speaking to 3 different people which after going from one to the other became confused - the first Joseph B Davis wished for my credit card details to take a part payment of the VIP offer they claim i had won, I was then given the 'so called' business details and what this 'too good to be true' offer included: 7 days, 6 nights in orlando, 4 day, 3 night cruise to the Bahamas, another 2 nights in miami. I was not told anything further with price other then USD998, they did not indicate that this did not include airfare or that it was for 4 adults, i was given them i'mpression this is all that would be charged. i then got put on to Ernist who was the so called manager, who of which gave further congratulations. then got transferred to Robert Sherwwod who was meant to verify the deatils - at which point was told my credit card had already gone through. i at this point told them to refund it as i did not want the trip or offer. i was given an excuss as to why they couldnt at this point in time - they said i had to wait 24hrs. I called my bank - the payment has gone through already... hopefully a refund will be given because i have no money now until next fortnights pay... GOSS i am stupid, so angry!

All Seasons Travel Win a Holiday package scam

Was called up this morning to be told I had won a holiday, but had to pay for 15% of the trip. I was very sceptical although unfortunately gave out my Visa details (not the security code). They way they told me was that it was my choice to take the package and accept it or not accept it. I basically told them I would need to see something in writing before I accept the trip.
I ran to my internet banking as I had a bad feeling about it and they had taken $1, 100 AUD from my account already. When I had a go at the guy on the phone, telling him I did NOT accept the trip and they had no right to deduct the amount until AFTER I had seen something in writing. The guy told me that I had 30 days to get a refund if I decide against taking ...

I don't think that will be an option some how - just be careful people - I have leared an expensive lesson today...

Ashley3519 - I was told that I had "WON" a trip to the Bahamas, not that I qualified, but that I had WON. 3 times I was called today with the same intro and when I started asking questions, all of a sudden I was told, "Oh, well if you are going to be like that, we will give your prize to someone else" Don't get sucked in peoples.

I worked there, nd NEVER DOES ANY ONE SAY U WON A HOLIDAY! U are QUALIFIED to take the trip! Therefor u have to pay something, if u were to take the trip anywhere else for full.price it would be over 3 grand. Take it or leave it. Its not a scam. And u did fill out something any time around six months b4 u got that call whether u remember or not its ur problem not theres. UHAVE BEEN QUALIFIED TO TAKE THE TRIP NOT THAT U WON IT [censored]S

Hi all,
same as most of you got the call from Danial O`Brian i was told how lucky i was to be the winner, I was so existed i just don't ever win anything, then i talked to David Newbury he told me about the cruse and how i had to send him a post card.. Yes i gave over my credit card number but then said i didn't want to go though with it, they were very pushy i said i needed to talk to my partner they just kept saying how happy he would be when i got the tickets in the mail, then i said i needed something in writing they kept saying i would get that when i agreed and payed the $998 then they sent a email but had no names of places just were we would be going they are going to ring back tomorrow, i have rang the bank and cancelled my card, there wasn't any money taken out of my account as yet so i think i might be lucky but i am really sad how people can rip you off and build up your hopes, o to have a get a way like that... I live in Wanaka New Zealand and by the looks of the dates and places on these emails these guys have been going for a while and sure get around..

Very clever scam to go so many years. Thing is, even if you demand a full refund within 30 days it's not honoured by them and it wouldn't matter how many documents you sent as the most you'd ever receive is half. The mind games then start up by phone as happened to me . I'd like to see them dealt to big time .

Hi everyone. We had teh exact same people call us this morning. We are in Gisborne, NZ. so they seem to be making the rounds over here now. We pretty much knew from the start that it was a scam of some sort so we let them ramble on on speaker phone while we giggled to each other - and awaited the inevitable ' we just need your credit card details'! We did not enter the competition so are unsure how they got our phone number, email address and living address - which is the annoying part! Please don't give them your credit card details. Sorry to hear about people who have - I hope you fight to get your money back, by people not fighting the company is surviving and they are obviously making money, a lot of monay from this so please get your money back.

Great Lilly! I'm very happy that you haven't fallen to this as I did, and many others did. They are extremely organized crime company. I hope justice faces soon, and if not soon; they'll sure pay for all their scam operations and get what they deserve.

Hi, I just received a call from them (at work) today with the exact same feedback as mentioned above. The whole "Orlando for 7 nights/6 days, then cruise, then Fort Lauderdale. At first I was very excited, but had red flags everywhere. After the lady that rang (who was very cheesy) spoke to me, she then put through to the "travel cordinator", after he gave me another cheesy statement of how "lucky I am, and that all I need to bring my bathing suit" he requested I pay $900AUD over the phone. That's when I knew it was a scam. I told him I had to speak to my husband first, and he kept saying: "your husband won't divorce you if you do this" and "don't you want to surprise him". I asked for a number to call next week if I wanted to move forward with this after speaking to my husband, and he didn't give me a number and rushed me of the phone. I am glad I didn't give them my credit card, and should they call me again I will certainly tell them to never call me again. If it sounds too good to be true... it usually is!

they did the same to me by not allowing to cancel the package and refund me 499 US dollars.. I searched their address (All Seasons Travel, 4104 W. Linebaugh Ave., Tampa, FL, 33624) on google earth/google maps, and on street view. It's written "Mangrove" on the building. I think it's an organized crime. We must put a stop to them. I gathered also technical information about them. They got number of websites just to mention a few: www.all-seasons-travel.net, www.astartravel.com, www.astar-travel.net with different contact information and they got dozens more. They are full of scam. They obviously lack ethics, and are sure criminals. Another information I came upon is on this site: http://boakes.org/florida-vacation-cancel/. Looks like they are not following the laws of Florida, which is under section 559.933 in Florida list of statutes: http://www.leg.state.fl.us/statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&Search_String=&URL=0500-0599/0559/Sections/0559.933.html.

It's unbelievable that this company is actually registered in Florida. Search "ST35841" in license field on https://csapp.800helpfla.com/cspublicapp/businesssearch/businesssearch.aspx. We must stop these scammers! People are working very hard while their credit card details are leashed by their conning tactics.

File a complaint and act against their organized crime company on https://csapp.800helpfla.com/CSPublicApp/Complaints/FileComplaint.aspx

They must face justice, and refund all people that requested a cancellation to the packages and refund.

Don't leave this! Fight to get your refunds back! Don't let those scammers get away!
