Abaxion review: Business Practices 6

This is one of my favorite stores. Love the products, great service. Very happy customer.

This is the worst company I have ever ordered from. Do not order from them, they will hold on to your money and not ship your goods if they are out of stock or merely do not or have never had the item. I received multiple emails indicating my order had shipped but never did with outrageous claims that the post office returned the shipment due to a bad address (when peculiarly enough, I received one of my items in another shipment a day prior). Save yourself the time and hassle and order from somebody else.

I feel for you Jose. I would report them to the better business bureau in Chico, if they are actually operating there. People need to be informed so they don't lose their money and these people need to clean up their act.

I disagree, the company has been nothing but awful and troublesome to many customers. Just check out the many reviews, this is not reflected of other online metaphysical retailers.

Yes, I have the same problem. I paid in February and I´m waiting for my order in June...
