I have NEVER received the promised files on my mail I ask the seller, in a lot of mails, to send it because it costs him nothing, it's just a file. He still refuses. I do not even ask for a refund, just send (or resend if its a mail problem) the file I paid. But the seller refuses This seller is in bad faith. WARNING !!
