Buyinvite my adidas shoes have not been delivered

I purchased adidas shoes on the 16-7-2019 and as of today nothing has been delivered order number is [protected].They delivered when I was not home left a calling card I responded a few days later to Fastway Couriers that was almost 2 weeks ago I sent in a redelivery with last Wednesday delivery and no delivery, I rang them and they said that it's gone back to the the manufacturer, BuyInvite keep telling me that they have to find my shoes..They do not answer emails until 4-5 days later which is unacceptable, I am sick and tired of trying to get my shoes delivered from nearly a month ago, you certainly do not run a very efficient organisation if people have to wait for items to arrive in a timely manner.Buyinvite also said that they redelived a second time which is untrue, as I have security cameras and a Ring door bell which alerts me wherever I am.Thanking you.Regards Connie Boyd..my number is [protected].my address is 4 Ashcott St Kings Langley.

Buyinvite order never arrived

I orders some jewellery in February 2019. Waited and then 2 sets of earrings arrived in separate packages in March. Missing are a necklace and 2 bracelets. Got in touch via their "contact us" and a response came saying my order was returned to the warehouse for re-dispatch but nothing came. I followed up again and got no response. Then I made another follow up and asked if they would want me to go via "Fair Go" and then all my communication with them vanished from my login. This is $60 worth of stuff which I am not sure I will ever get or at least refunded. They don't have a phone number in NZ to call. How can I get this resolved?

Buyinvite shoes - order no. 28702589

To Customer service,
I purchased shoes that were supposedly worth over $200 dollars on sale for $73, and received, plastic, poorly made with no labelling shoes that I would not buy for even 50c.
I would like a refund, and apology for the long wait & misleading info given. I will be thinking twice & socially informing others if this is not resolved immediately and with an explanation. Santina Forsyth

Buyinvite product

Received numerous orders that had faulty goods or incorrectly supplied merchandise which were returned to BuyInvite Returns Department, however the company has not issued my refunds and refunded my credit card accordingly.

They told me tonight to contact Fair Trading to explore my refund options. This is after they deactivated my account and have withheld a large sum of monies in outstanding return refunds. I even have a refund owed back to 2017, several in 2018 and numerous earlier this year. I only discussed the 2017 and 2018 ones after going back through all my records and for once I could see all my account information on their site after lodging onto a brand new desktop. Within a day, all my account history had been deleted after I flagged the outstanding 2017, 2018 refunds. All items returned has tracking numbers and even Australia Post launches investigation after they claimed not receiving them due to the "bulk delivery" arrangement with the post office.

Buyers beware. Don't purchase from this company as they don't often refund for supply faulty merchandise even after the buyer returns it.

I'm now having to take action against them to recover my outstanding monies owed. Fortunately PayPal has recovered some funds. But there is a large amount of monies still outstanding. Pattern of behaviour noticed after reading others bad experiences...they insist buyers, their customers contact Fair Trading to try to recover monies. Shocking customer service, rude and hostile staff who deactivate your account when question why they have not issued the refund after they had the returned merchandise in their possession for some time.

Buyinvite Not in stock items

I have purchased three items from www.buyinvite.com.au and received only one. When I made my order and paid for it everything was in stock, at least that was what their site said. I received only one item and immediately contacted Buyinvite customer service about the two missing items and they said that they will refund me. Their rep said that these items were no longer available, and when I asked him why there was no information about that on their website he had nothing to reply. Very poor service, I will not buy from Buyinvite again.

Buyinvite Online trading in breach of consumer law

I believe Buyinvite/Ozsale are operating in breach of consumer law. This website gives online shopping a bad reputation and the good will of shoppers should not be taken advantage of. Undisclosed faults, parallel brands and substandard quality is not worth the discounts advertised. Worse, they refuse to refund back your purchase unless faulty or incorrect which they will argue against when it's clear that there is no chance of goods being fit for purpose, matching the description or of expected quality when you finally get them. By the time you've returned the product to them, paid postage twice and they've taken your money and their goods back as evidence they've ripped you off. This company's store credit which expires in 6 months is no good for me. They also dont send receipts with the package and the online system is wiped after 6 months as well. Advice: for any hope of a refund, take a photo of the fault before you send it back as they obviously have no time or respect for their customers to check their goods before shipping out or regard for your issues when you contact them. I ordered a vneck sweater and received a short sleeve collared top. My latest top still had a security tag on it. They have complete disregard for genuinely trying to fix issues raised and force you to spend more money for their business. A 'Ripped off by invite or phony oz sales' facebook group has been set up to channel complaints to NSW Fair Trading and ACCC. Online shoppers deserve better.

I am totally frustrated with their service! You can not check Size Charts, when you click the link it comes up with an error message.They do not answer, when you complain, on their contact forms, they don't understand English properly, so you cannot get things resolved unless it is writing over and overl, and after looking online I found a No to call them, but when you do they just press the engaged buttons its like the line is engaged.I have tried on and off all Afternoon.They should be reported, alot of Aussies money is going offshore. Totally Mad.

Buyinvite Buyinvite does not refund money

I ordered few items from buyinvite, but unfortunately one of the item was too small despite ordered one size bigger from my actual size and the other item had a different length of pant leg due to this faulty I had to return it back. As long as I received the approval for refund from buyinvite I posted it back, they accepted the items returned and credited my buyinvite account with refund vouchers instead of refunding actual money back to my debit card by which I paid for a product. I have contacted them few times regarding these issues, however they insist that the order was sent according to what i have ordered and that my refund is processed in accordance to their Returns policy. So I have already lodged complaint with Fair Trading and waiting to get their assistance. I just want ALL CUSTOMERS to be AWARE that buyinvite does not refund money back for the items returned, you will be issued with refund vouchers. By their return policy the full refund can be made If the product is faulty or incorrect. Nonetheless I also consider the items bought from them are faulty as it very small for medium size (the item was ordered even one size bigger from my actual one) and other item had a different length pant leg, however I still can not to get a full refund as buyinvite insists that the order was sent according to what i have ordered. So disappointed how can this retailor treat their customers, I had never had such problems with any e-shopping before. I am actually using e-stores a lot, it is so convenient and much cheaper and always get a refund for the products returned, even for the reason that I just did not like the product or I did not like the quality. Few times had immediate refund from Hong-Kong e-stores.This is how these retailors keep their customers happy and keep their customers coming back.
So I wish buyinvite would also treat their customers in the same way and change their retailing behaviour towards their consumers expectations.

Buyinvite Do not refund money

I want ALL customers of buyinvite.com.au to be aware that this e-retailor does not refund money, you will be issued Refund Voucher instead of actual money.
I have ordered from them few items, one item was too small despite ordering one size bigger from my actual size, however the size was still too small, the other item had a different length of pant leg. So due to these faulty I had to return it back. As long as I received the approval for refund I have posted the items back. However, buyinvite credited my buyinvite account with vouchers rather to refund actual money back. Please see below their respond:

As per our Terms & Conditions, we will credit your BuyInvite account with the appropriate amount if you do not wish to keep it.
If the product is faulty or incorrect we will refund you by your original method of payment.
Our Returns team have assessed the item and they noted that the order was sent according to what you have ordered.
Your refund is therefore processed in accordance to our Returns policy.
Should you notice that the expiry of your credit is drawing near and you have not fully utilized it, do let us know and we'll extend it for another 6 months.
Do let us know if you have further enquiry and we'll be more than glad to assist.

So I have responded immediately with explanations that I consider both items as faulty as it was too small despite ordering one size bigger and the other product had different length of pant leg. However buyinvite is still insisting on that order was sent according to what i have ordered.
I have already lodged the complaint with Fair Trading, I am waiting to get their assistance to solve these issues and get my money back. I want ALL CUSTOMERS of buyinvite.com.au to be aware you will never get your money back for the product you bought from this website (buyinvite.com.au), you will be issued with vouchers which you have to spent in the future on their website.

The order took over five weeks to be delivered with many attempts of contacting them however they seem to be really relaxed with their emails and not caring about the situation. the tracking number was always invalid until the day I received the parcel.
Then I finally received the order with no packing slip and the order seemed to be coming from a close by suburb and not overseas.
the items seemed to be hand made with loose stitching and no tags.
The sizes were not true either a large could only fit an eight. this has been one of the most disgusting experience I have had with online shopping.
I advise others of not buying from them as they are not true to their brands or care about customers. I am unsure of whether I will receive a refund for the clothing and await on a reply from them.

Never buy from Buyinvite. I made one purchase from them and it was the worst experience in my life because I didn’t get the order so far.
