First, this drive thru situation is horrible. No matter what location I go to, it’s the luck of the draw if you get helped first or if you watch three cars pull in the other lane and get helped first. I’m sitting at the location in Castroville, Tx. I pulled up at 4:59pm into the outer lane. Three cars pulled up after me in the inner lane and all three cars got helped before someone came and took my order. When someone finally comes around 5:13pm they tell me it’s going to be a 12 minute wait on the chicken. Please explain how you run out of the main thing you sell. It’s now 5:18pm and I’m still stuck in this line. I only committed because I’m blocked in anyways. It’s ridiculous. Of course even after all this waiting, we’re still going to have to pay full price.

First time to that location being that it was after a church service on that side of town. Me and my family and other members from church get to around 9:20p knowing well they close at 10:00pm but that's ok we would eat fast and leave. Well get there to begin with what ever they use to mop those floor was so strong, I thought and Seen at other restaurant's is that they start cleaning when all customers are gone. people were still in the place eating! so we ordered the special that was on the marquee, the kid looks at me and says..Ohh well that's all the chicken we have, a few pieces on the place where they put the chicken and I tell him well We Will Wait for Fresh Chicken..so he rings me up and we sit down. waiting...then comes a young girl and tells us Im sorry we forgot to throw in some white pieces of chicken its going to be all dark..SO OK fine. How DO YOU FORGET THAT! at !0:00 o'clock they come with the chicken were all started to eat, Then comes this lady and says Excuse me y'all Only have 5 mins and I'm going to ask you to leave because the lobby should have already be closed at 10:00! The Nerve of this PERSON! After we waited and waited then for "the Manager" to come out and tell us that> Well I just think that Was VERY RUDE of HER and that Place Needs Some Serious Customer Service Skills. AND!Not to Mention as we're leaving my son asked for a refill for tea AND the KID there SAYS THE FOUNDATION IS ALREADY CLOSE we can't do REFILL! IT's TOO BAD that You Have EMPLOYEES like them that Give YOUR Business a BAD NAME. Never will I go to that Location EVER Again! and Me as Well as the Other Friends that were there Will SHARE THIS BAD EXPERIENCE WITH FRIENDS, RELATIVES AND IT WILL GO ON AND ON. We do like the chicken from Bush's and WILL Continue to buy it but NOT From That Location. Regards, VERY UPSET CUSTOMER

Every Wednesday and Friday our family pick up chicken at the Temple tx location. We usually go to the drive thru there are three lanes. When I drove up there was 3 cars in my lane the middle lane. There was a black car that was in the front of the lane. Several associates came out to help which was awesome.. But the lady in the black car sat there talking to the same person that came put i guess to take her order the associate was hanging on her car as though there were just having a conversation that was personal and not actually ordering. Several cars had to go around her when I drove up behind her car they were still there having there converstion? My order came out so I waited for a few minutes and gave a quick hank so I could go through. The women started to cuss and swear at me with my 2 small children in the car. An associate was passing by and I asked him if he could call his manager. Manager came out listen to my compliant and apologized to me .. Which was also awesome. Its bad when that one associate messes up a great place to eat when they make it personal. I love your chicken and still will continue to there just not at that lovation. Thank you
