Last week I waited 10 min in drive thru for an order of mozzarella sticks. Tonight I ordered a whopper Jr and received a hamburger. When I went back, they explained they are out of lettuce, tomato & onion. They couldn't tell me that b4 they handed me a hamburger. And when I went to the survey site, it won't let me do the survey! Are you trying to avoid hearing ther complaints? And the burgers are NEVER hot. #terrible

I just left the drive thru less than 30 minutes ago. My daughter and I went to order. First of all, whoever that person was came on laughing loudly through the speaker. She asked what was the order and my daughter stated that she would like a #1 no cheese. I guess she didn't understand and said cheese? My daughter said no cheese she then proceeds to get flippant. Then makes a statement "we have to walk you through everything to which I said excuse me? She then says but that's ok that's what I am here for. My main problem is what she said. She had no idea who I was I could have been from a corporate office. Very unprofessional!
Are you listening to your self? Or can you not read? I already said what she said all I am saying is what she said was inappropriate you never tell a customer “I see I have to walk you through everything “ when you say that to someone you in essence saying the person you’re talking to is slow/special. Would you like to have your mom talked to like that? If so, I know what side of the Spectrum you are from.
There are certain responses that are best kept to yourself. I worked in corporate America for over 25 years and there were things that were unacceptable to say out loud even if you were irritated at a person/customer. Remember you chose that profession. A little diplomacy goes a long way along with COMMON SENSE

we went to local Burger King at Bridgeport, WV. We ordered Whoopers, one medium whooper and two jr. whoppers. My husband and I along with our children for years have loved your burgers. This visit was terrible My husbands whopper he said was the worst he had ever had. The kitchen staff did NOT get my burger or my sons right, not once but, twice. I reordered they took back my burger and then the second burger was wrong also.

On Thursday night (8:15 pm), 10/17/19, I stopped at the Burger King at the John Fenwick Plaza on the N.J. Turnpike. There were only 4 people ahead of me in line, but the line wasn't really moving. It took a good while for my turn. I placed my order, and when I looked at the receipt, the prices charged were not the posted prices. When I drew that to the attention of the employee, she just shrugged her shoulders, and said she'd never seen anyone, ever, adjust the posted prices, and she just hits the button on the register for the food item, and whatever price comes up, that's the price. When I asked about speaking with the manager, she simply ignored my request. There seemed to be 4 employees behind the counter, but I could only see two of them doing any work during my time at the counter (the other two, including one more dressed and possibly the manager, seemed primarily to be wandering around, but not doing any visible work. At one point the employee I assume was preparing the food was not wearing gloves. The lady at the register was taking the orders, then packaging the food. There was no sense of urgency, and really no sense of "serving" the customer. The food was okay, but I would have no reason when traveling that way again, to stop at that particular store!

check 2171. 10/12.19 @ 6:56 PM. went inside to get a to go order. employee at the register didn't know how to take our form of payment so she called her manager over to help. The manager didn't really know what she was doing either. We explained how to do but she wanted to do it her way in which she found out that what we were telling was the right way...

I ordered several things this trip two of these items were suppose to be plain one with cheese only the other with bacon and cheese only. The girl at the register took the order right because the receipt says exactly what I told her, but the problem comes from the kitchen cause only one burger was right the other had everything on it. I was very disappointed in these new cheese tots you're advertising.. Talk about false advertising... These are nothing like the commercials.. They're tiny, barely have any cheese and you get four! This is the same place that gives you 10 (ten) pieces of chicken nuggets for a dollar and I only get 4 plain little boring tatir tots for a dollar? Please... Wtf?... Biggest rip off and deceitful commercials... Come-on... Extremely disappointing how you don't mention 4 only and that they're the same size as a regular tot... Which is all these are... whooper with cheese
This is my go to place for lunch. However, the last 6 visits have been awful. Until something changes, I won't be back. Either the meat is raw or the sandwich is missing an item or as in the picture I've attached, it's poorly put together. The quality of Burger King has really gone downhill over the last few years. I visited BK for the first time in several years and now I remember why I quit visiting. The hambergers are AWFUL. Cold, tasteless, dry and the bun was so thick, the toiliet paper thin "hamberger patty" disappeared. The size of your hamburgers is an absolute joke...they are tiny. Fries were so salty they couldn't be consumed. Just a bad overall experience..don't think I'll ever go back.

I visited the bk in barnwell, sc and they had no whopper meat??? That is totally unacceptable! This restaurant needs to be closed until they have better management. There was people ahead of us and they sat 30 minutes waiting on their meal before they was told they was out of whopper meat?? I say close until better management comes. Ridiculous! I will make it known on social media as well.

Entered drive thru at 1:37 on 10/17/19. Order time was 1:40 p.m. Paid for food and still had to wait. Finally received food at 2:05. 25 minutes to get food at drive thru is ridiculous. I had a 2:30 appmt. and just barely made it because of the long time at BK. This has happened about for times in the past month at the same BK. I tried to fill out the survey...
late opening
Store hours open at 6am, I waited in parking lot until 6:35am before even being let in. Once let in, I was not asked if I wanted to order, the lady went right back to cleaning and preparing for the day. I was not able to place any orders until 6:45am. The lady was rude, flustered, and did not seem like she wanted to deal with myself or the other two gentlemen. Very disappointed and late now for my day.

MY DAUGHTER IS NOW IN FOSTER CARE. I was so angry at them that I beat her up. I told her that we would never go to Burger King again because the employees are stupid and rude. She started crying because Burger King is a treat for her. I slapped, her and punched her in the face. Someone contacted CPS and now she is in foster care.
