Burger King company employees

This particular burger king does not get orders right. You ask for a PLAIN hamburger and you get the works. Then employees argue with you about it and tell you that is what you ordered. Also you never get a receipt that you can complete a survey, there are always numbers missing. I am getting fed up with the service here. There are kids working here that do not know how to deal with customers.

Burger King service

I waited forever to get my order. While I was waiting, the drive thru lady was gathering orders with no gloves and her hands all over someone's onion rings. Not picking them up by the package, but from the top with her bare fingers all in them putting them in the bag after watching her have her hands on everything else. I was waiting on just 1 taco to complete mine and my wife's order. When it FINALLY came up, the cashier gave it to a colored person, like her, that placed their order AFTER me. So I got pissed and asked for my money back. And I had to argue with them for that. AND, she put it in as an overring so it wouldn't be known someone asked for their money back. This was Friday July 12 @ 06:22pm. I'm just now complaining because I just found my receipt. I'll NEVER visit there again

Burger King store cooking area cleanliness

We were passing through and stopped for a couple whoppers. The kitchen was a mess. See photos attached. Every table was dirty. There were no napkins in the dispenser. When I mentioned this the employee that came out washed a table for us with a bucket of water in the cupboard. Then filled the napkins after I asked him to. Without washing his hands. The next customer who came in asked, What happened, tornado hit?" The manager, I think, said "the area had lost power so the store was busy." I don't think the Health commissioner would accept that excuse.

Burger King poor quality

I ordered a whopper combo with no tomato, but with extra onions and pickles. This request was followed perfectly. I ordered a diet coke with it all g with onion rings.

I am very very easy to please. I expect mistakes at the drive through but not this bad

Diet coke was discarded - tasted like Pine needles
Onion rings were actually fries and were discarded. They were covered with dirty oil debris.
Burger looked great, but the meat tasted like it was old/stale/refrigerated after it was cooked. It was also discarded. 100% failure.

I wasn't given a receipt either.

Burger King the food to be exact

This the possible time my wasn't right or fresh, you 1st off I ask for a bacon double cheeseburger it wasn't fresh and on top of that they left off the bacon. 2nd I order a big king the meat was rubbery and not warm to my expectations with cold salty fries with drink with to much ice. 3rd I order a fish sandwich it taste like they drop it back down and reheat with soggy onion rings with a watery milk shake. Service is going to be like that I'll take my business elsewhere. Thank You Sincerely Your

July 22, 2019.I had three wrong orders, double bacon, 2nd big king, and big fish. My fries was salty, my onion rings was soggy, my drink had to much ice in it, my milkshake was watery.You keep this up my business will go elsewhere.

Burger King apple pie

I purchased an apple pie with a burger at drive thru - got home to find no apple pie so i called and was told to pick it up next time through (no discount or refund).

Today I picked up the pie and it was horrible. There was not one tiny chunk of apple to be found, just filling and completely soggy crust.

Next time my sweet tooth tells me to get apple pie it will be either homemade or from McDonalds!

Burger King taco

Upon entering the drive thru and prior to placing my large taco order I clearly asked what was on each one, to which I was answered "lettuce and cheese". I asked... "...no tomato, I see red stuff in the picture." Her answer was, "nope. No tomatoes".

I received my order quickly, which should have made me suspicious, however, 15 tacos in the drive thru... I had plenty of hungry mouths waiting, and was in a hurry.

I arrived home to find not only had every taco been MICROWAVED to reheat, but also, taco sauce was placed on EVERY taco in the bag (I was told at the window after I was handed my bag of reheated tacos) $15 later I have a room full of hungry people that are pissed off at me. This is a gross display at an attempt to sell a taco!

Burger King trying to buy food at burger king

It's 1230 afternoon, I was the fifth car in line, took me six minutes to get to the place to place my order, asked if I could wait a minute I said yes, waited four more minutes for her to come back and talk to me, car is behind me or turning around, I gave up I drove out and when I went through the drive up window there were no cars in line, what happened to you guys, you would not take my order, nobody in front of me at drive-through, and still you wouldn't take my order. My three-year-old son was extremely unhappy because he loves Burger King and you guys wouldn't help me. So I took them down to McDonald's. Burger King is closer to my home, my three-year-old loves Burger King, but I'm not coming back to your store, I will just go to McDonald's or Jack-in-the-Box or Wendy's, Wendy's is right across the street from Burger King, I would rather go to Wendy's and get service then sit in line for 10 minutes and get no service. Can I say you guys suck big time. I will wait to see what your answer is our responses from this email and it better be a good one or I will not shop at Burger King again. Burger King Worse drive thru experience

I went through the drive thru on July 19, 2019 at 10:29pm. When I pulled up I began to order 12 tacos...
Then I was cut off by Shelby the employee saying, "wait how many? "
I repeated "12 tacos"
Shelby said "hold on" (very rudely)
Came back to the intercom about 35 seconds later and said "ok those are cooking, what else?"
I then asked " is the twix shake available?"
Shelby asked "what!"
I repeated " is the twix ice cream shake available?"
Shelby said "Hold on!"
And there was another 30 seconds of silence. Shelby returned and I asked again about the twix shake.
Shelby said "the twix shake is no longer available!"
So I ordered 2 chocolate shakes
2 10 piece nuggets
1 large onion ring
1 medium dr pepper no ice
1 medium root beer
1 medium mellow yellow
With the 12 tacos.
I was told to pull forward. When I pulled up to the window, Shelby gave me the total very snippy. Then with my change
" your change is $11.47, pull around to the front and we will bring the food out to you!" And she left the window slam shut.
The drive thru was not busy, in fact including my car there was 3 cars.
I pulled to the front and parked in front of the front door. While waiting for my food, I saw a party of 4 go into the lobby and stand there waiting to be waited on. They waited for 3-5 minutes then walked out the front door and across the street to Dennys.
I waited for 20 more minutes for my order. Then Shelby and another employee came out of the front doors. Shelby was carrying the drinks, the other employee was carrying the bag of food.
Shelby passed me the drinks,
I said" thank you"
she did not respond just turned around and walked away. The other employee told me to have a good night and I told him to do the same.

That was the worst drive thru experience I have ever had. Shelby does not seem to be there for the customers. She is very rude and snarky to customers.

On top of all this, my order was incomplete. It was missing food items and the tacos tasted burned.

Burger King diego

I went drive trough, I gave him my code I asked him for no ham only sausage and bacon. He gave them to me all switched. I called and shared my concern and he just kept going back and forth with me. Very unprofessional. Last week they forgot to give me my orange juice, I told Diego he made it seem like u was asking for free food. Very unprofessional. He will put up a fight before he gives you anything they forget, and makes you feel like you are wrong.

Burger King product and service

Store number 4259 on Cassopolis street in Elkhart Indiana has the worst service. We sat in line, in the drive thru, after ordering 10 min and had to pull forward to wait on fries adding on more time. After waiting and receiving the fries, medium size, there were barely any fries in the package and not at the bottom of the bag. I then had to go inside and complain about the small amount of fries. She offered to take those fries and replace them with more (which is the size they should have been to begin with) while doing so another worker started complaining that now that throws off her fry orders. Terrible establishment! Also the classic chicken Sandwich had lettuce that contained the heart of the lettuce head. Gross. We will not be returning to this particular Burger King in the near future.

Burger King all burger king restaurants are either closed or shut down permanently

I have seen several Burger King restaurant close down for no reason and the worst one is the only one in area. The 42nd Ave and Flagler BK was the best one and oldest in Miami-Gables area and has been shut down over two years ago and nothing has been torn down or reopened as something else. The one on 8 street and 60th also closed down eventhough construction started on that one. The only BK left is on 57 and 7 street and that one is the worst Burger King in the USA with very bad service, no supplies and never given a receipt for your purchases. When will we see another BK in area? We now go to Checkers or Wendys most of time because Mcdonalds has very slow service. We need our 42 Ave bk back! Close the one on 57 because they serve garbage there.

I live near this burger king on 57th Ave and NW 7 Street but I am sick of the very bad service there and lack of food items available from menu. Every time I go through the Drive thru I order Tacos but they never have tacos even though it's on the menu with a big sign too. Infact a few times they also did not have whoppers or any meat burgers too only nuggets and chicken. But slow service and lack of food items are just the tip many problems with this burger king. Employees are rude and manager gets all orders wrong with missing food items when going through drive thru window. A problem that bothers me is that they do not give you a receipt with your purchase which no other burger king restaurant does in Miami that I know of. Without a receipt you have no proof of your purchase or how much you paid or ability to do online survey. This has to be the worst Burger King in America! They even lock the doors at 9:45pm so if you arrive around 10pm, you are forced to go through the HELLISH drive thru where service sucks! Closing time is always after 11pm at most bk and others midnight. Burger King headquarters should fire all these [censored] employees starting with the pecker head manager and replace all of them with hard working real employees who speak english and care about making customers happy. These employees dont give a [censored] about anybody.

Burger King professionalism courtesy

It Is sad how some blacks employees here In the douth I'm from up north talk to black customers only I experienced this again yesterday. I told the young lady my order she put my order In Incorrectly I got her talking back telling me I told her my order wrong. Well on my receipt she has my name wrong I guess I told her that wrong also the manager said nothing.

Burger King pie

We ordered food in the middle of a storm that required the use of utensils. None of which where given, therefore we were required to eat HERSHEY PIE with our fingers. Very dissatisfied with this experience. Not only was it a terrible mess, it was very unsanitary. No one wants to use their fingers to eat pie. Did the workers just assume we had forks lying around in the car? I feel it should be pretty obvious a fork, or spoon if preferred, is required to eat a slice of pie.

Burger King lack of service

This happened on July, 20, 2019. I entered the restaurant at 1:55 pm and saw 6 customers ahead of me, however, the parking lot only had a couple cars. There was no one on the front line and none on the drive-thru. As I entered the cue, the 3rd customer from the front said she had been there for 10 minutes without even a glance from an employee. After about 4 minutes a cashier crept to the counter and took the 1st couple's order, then the 3rd lady (and her 2 grandkids). These transactions took about 6 minutes, then she walked away to start filling orders (or whatever). I started chatting with the guy ahead of me about how slow they were, and how we better not order french fries because they were up before I arrived. Meanwhile, 4 people that came in a few minutes after me walked out. I waited another 9 - 10 minutes and walked out with the guy who had been in line ahead of me. All total, I was in the restaurant, which was not busy (no drive-thru business or walk-up) for a total 22 minutes and never had my order taken. You can check the registers. No business, however 6 (or more) customers left without ordering.

Burger King bbq sandwich in recent tv ad

saw your ad about new bbq sandwich...looked good...ordered it with small curley fries..used to have those, right? got regular fries which I hate...why not tell me u don't have curley? anyway what little meat was on the sandwich was so tough even my cat wouldn't eat it...don't know what the crunchy stuff was but wasnt good...order was $7.29...only income is ss and cant afford to waste it..wont be trying bk again...

Burger King egift

I have a $10 egift and no bk restaurants in my area takes it called 1-866-394-2493 to see if I can get it transferred to gift card she told me to email bkguestrelations@whopper.com so I did several attempts no response. I'm irritated whats does or take to get this balance transferred to a gift card? Who do I need to talk to that would actually help?

Burger King food, time, and service

Hey, I'm Ryan, I came to a store today 7-21-2019 at 6363 Hearne Ave
Shreveport, LA 71108 around 12:38 or 12:40pm. When I got there. I wanted to try the new tacos. I ordered some and the lady said she had to wait on change. So I was like ok. She took another order and they had to wait too. They gave me my order and we were still waiting on change. Customers kept coming in and leaving. The girl at the front counter was nice. I think I heard her say she was 16. Don't know her name. But the manager on duty name was Thad or Thaddeus. A lady before I came had already called for him to assist her and no one came. I told him I would like some fresh food, cause now my food is cold and soggy and we've been patiently waiting. He threw the bag away and he gave me some other food and I told him I've been standing at the counter the whole time and that food has been sitting there too. I walked over to get my money back and he assured me it was fresh in the bag. Bit into and u could tell it had been sitting too. Besides the cashier, it was bad service. Burger King service

I was informed at the drive thru at 10:56 that they were still serving breakfast. What a joke, by the time they were rude to me and I could have paid for 5 tacos it would have been 11:00. I never eat here anyway, you sure have some quality people representing your company. Don't even add ingury to this situation, by responding...I will never ever eat at your resturants in the future, anywhere. This location has to be struggling as it is. Not wondering why!

Burger King taco

My husband and I ordered 4 tacos when we sat down to eat them we noticed they were wet through the schell their was no meant in this taco just refried beans which we thought was strange this is a burger place.. Then upon eating them we relized they were stale schells really hard to eat . Never again will I eat another taco their thats was terrible and we have told our friends as well not to eat the tacos otherwise we have enjoyed burger king for a long time .

Tried the new Burger King Taco after seeing your delicious looking ad on TV, one bite spit it into garbage disposal. Are your stores trying to discredit you? Worst attempt at a taco ever. Mount Vernon WA Burger King. But I see they’re the same everywhere.
