Burger King service

I am from california and visited las vegas april 20-19. I was about to use mobile app but decided to eat at store instead, I redeem coupon which say it expired in 15 min I walked in at store #4041 located on 2201 east Sahara ave, Las Vegas NV 89104 aroud 8:45 am and order cheese burger meal just to find out from management that they do not serve lunch at all and comeback later on lunch hour, and i asked why any of the other stores did served hamburgers at any business hours and they said they were under staff and can not accommodate everyone. I drove couple miles away to store #14416 on 1125 E Charleston blvd and explain situation and they mention that especific manager is what does and get away with it. Burger King hand washing manager norma

I visited BK today and the manager Norma walked into the store went into the office set her keys down and came to the counter and picked up 4 boxes of OJ made a comment why is the drive thru backed up. At no time did she wash her hands. Early in the week the newspaper ran a article abot the health inspection you would think the manager would remember that the customers see everything I call and spoke with Norma and she acted like it was not a big deal well Manager are the leaders if they can't take ownership of their actions then they need to be retrained. take pride in your work don't just blow your mistakes off as if it is nothing. We are a small town and word travels fast.

Burger King cleanliness

This was the most disgusting BK I have ever been too! Bathrooms, tables, floor, sofa area, etc. I'm referring to BK10812, Marsailles, IL. Visit Apr 25 at 5:30pm. The man who took our order very friendly, girls cooking need a lesson in positive attitudes. So dirty, so much cleaning needed as girls stood around doing nothing and this poor man cleaning behind register. It took everything I had not to say something. WONT be back here!

Burger King bk #6633 mobile order

I placed a mobile order #904 and picked it up at 2:12 pm approximately. I stated I was driving through. When I got to the BK store #6633 there were cones set up so you couldn't drive through. I drove around thinking speaker must be broken. After waiting for awhile a guy came to the window and angrily told me the drive through was closed and didn't I see the cones! Well, yes I said but I placed an online order to pickup via the drive through. He said nothing and closed the window. Then a girl named Alexandria who said she was the manager scowling at me stated they were having technical difficulties. Ok, I said with a chuckle. She gave me this glaring angry look and quickly closed the window. She returned still scowling and handed me my bag, closed the window. Then, returning she handed me my drink. At which point I asked her name and she said she was the manager. I told her thank you for her kindness and told her she needed to learn how to deal with the public. As I drove away she was spurting a response to me which I can only guess was ugly. Whatever, problems they were having were no my fault, and I was treated like the Black Plague! No kindness, no smiles and no sorry for this and no thank you's. These are the employees you have running your stores? This is ridiculous and they both should be reprimanded! Your customer service gets a big "F" today!

Burger King unfriendly manager and his service to me as a customer

Hi I visted Hobart Indiana store number BK00720 and was waited on, was the manager of night time, ordered my food and when came time to pay he couldn't break 100 bill. ok that I can understand I said now what do I do? He said very smart mouthed well your gonna have to find a different way to pay for it, so I dug out the amount out of my purse, then he didn't give me my reciept, I asked for it, checked my order item was missing he said I only heard you say 1( they were chicken nuggets) well i turned around went back in store I said well you charged me for 2, so he grabs my reciept throws it on counter and some other girl says quick a 10 piece of chicken nuggets now, mean while i asked his name he said John, he has a bad cough coughing all over food display for frys and samwhichs never covering his mouth other's seen this too, I said you really should cover your mouth, then as I was leaving he was mocking me i stood in doorway and watched he saw me he put his head down because he knew i caught him. was not a polite person what so ever, , , I have worked in the food chain and we never treated people like that a customer is what pays your pay check, I won't be back to that store ever again, , , I spend in one weeks time at least 60 dollars or more, well you lost that from me. You act like a child and yet you call grown women girls. I hope when you were working in fast food you got customers as rude as you are. One more thing. Try posting by having better grammar skills than a ten year old if you are going to call adult women girls. Try to call women women if you are going to call out someone else for not being polite. You not pay his check. Burger King does. Losing your $60 per week which comes down to $8.57 a day is not going to make him lose his pay.

Burger King paid for fries and did not receive them.

At approx. 5:45pm I went through the drive thru at the Abbotsford Burger King on Sumas Way #14418. My order number was 63. I was told the fries weren't ready and had to pull upfront and wait for my food which took 10min. Anyways the lady confirmed what I'd purchased on the receipt when handed the meal. When I get home, we are missing our fries for one meal. I could not drive back to the restaurant or I'd be packing my children up and they were hungry as it was getting late.

Burger King no service

april 13 burgerking at post rd in warwick time 1230 pm i am a long time reg customer most times i drive thru with my truck sometimes my scooter trike once or twice before i ride my scooter thru you speaker system does not pick me up so i just drive up to the drive thru window this time the mgr would not take my order siting the liablity issue nows i have been thru dunkin donuts mcdonalds and the burger king on pontiac ave in cranston i told the mgr he just lost a reg customer. mso what is up with this. i am or was a drive thru customer i hope you do something about this. this is my second note on this issue with no rersponce [protected] jon tolchinsky why have I not hear from the co.

Burger King breakfast

It's 7:30 in the morning, I stop to grab 2 breakfast sandwiches, 2 sides of hasbrowns and 2 apple juices. I had to come back thru the drive thru, because both my sandwiches were cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. Hash browns are hard as a rock, dark brown, very over cooked to the burnt point. Got all the way back to my house after already asking for my sandwiches to be re made fresh. I go to open my sandwich up and I can't because comes to conclusion they only threw the sandwiches in the microwave and now my croissant is stuck to the top of the wrapper. The eggs are old. They didn't give me new hash browns as asked. Not to mention they asked me to pull forward that it would be a couple minutes. This is now the 2nd time i'm having an issue with this same location and it's very sad to say that this is your manager who's allowing this to happen on their shift in their store because she's the one who handed it over to me and threw my stuff in the bag. This is an issue that needs to be taken care of. And I would like a refund. Location - camp rd hamburg ny.

Burger King slammed window in my face/rude

I ordered 3 of your $6 bk boxes. Total came to $20.56. I question this at the window and say it should be $19.08. Worker states he does not know what to tell me, that is how the computer rings it up! I ask for management, he re-rings it up and says the same thing. I allow them to charge the card and ask for a printed receipt. I get the receipt and see that they have mis-charged the drinks somehow and I try to explain this... All through the drive-thru! Worker continues to say he doesn't know what to tell me and that there is nothing he can do about it. I state to him that your management needs to understand you are overcharging people and this needs to be fixed! He again states there is nothing he can do about it and he cannot fix this for me right now. I say, someone needs to care about this, you will lose customers if you continue to overcharge... He then decides he can't argue with me anymore and slams the window in my face and walks away! I am mortified at this behavior! Furthermore... I own a bus touring business and travel the country and let 56 people off at bk many times for lunch breaks... Do you think I want to continue to do that now? Even though the whopper is my favorite burger in the united states... I cannot support this kind of behavior. I would think this should concern you! I hope so anyway! I would really like a call back on this!

Burger King entire meal

Disgusting yellow brown slimy lettuce all over our three sandwiches. Chicken sandwiches Cooked in REALLY old grease coming out looking and tasting burnt and dripping with grease. Bacon on hamburger uneatable and meat has metallic taste. Worst experience I've ever had (even for BK). I have a terrible stomach ache now! Think I'll be sick. Been at the emergency room with 4-month old granddaughter and we all needed food. Place is filthy and food was just as bad or worse. I want my money back. Plus some.

Just because you are lying does not mean you should get your money back and them some. May I suggest that you visit a soup kitchen or something. It is not their fault that you could not afford your meal. Lying about being sick just to get your money back and them is wrong. Why should you get back more than what you paid just because you lied?

Burger King dog rabies tags in my drink!!

I been going to this place for a very long time and I could believe I found a dog rabies tags in my drinks. I feel sick just thinking about it. I dont even know how it is possible to get something like that in a drinks.

I dont have the tags anymore I throw it away. So I don't have evidence, it was just disgusting that I cant believe it happen to me!

Burger King closing time complaint

The burger King in rahway NJ states that the closing time is 12:00 am.. I have went to this location several times before 12:00 am.. Specifically at 11:30 tonight.. 11:40 on another occasion.. 11:45..11:26..and 11:38..and I've gotten were closed on all of these occasions.. I have asked why are you closed and the sign says 12:00..and I have heard everything from were short staffed. To we threw the food out

Burger King pottsville burger king hair

Girl, isabelle I think her name is. Was not wearing hat or hair net was walking around swinging her pony tail. Gross. Later received a burger with hair in it. Will never return to this burger king again. And neither will my family. I see this all the time while her. And I always she people touching food without gloves and everything. Burger King manager

I was in line with my kids waiting for our food about 8:00 when I heard the manager. His name was Mike ask this sweet young lady who I have meet a couple of times withpretty nails and funny she makes everyone smile even her co-workers. She asked if she could go on break cause she had been running like crazy. Cooking washing dishes. I mean he called her for everything. Priscilla in the fourty five minutes of being there her name was all I heard. And when she asked to go on break he talked to her like he was good he said I tell you when you can go on break that was not right what if she had to go to the ladies room. Mike should not be working for this company if he can't treat people right it was like she was his servant and only her no one else everyone depending on this young woman she is only one person. Priscilla is awesome and I come every day she works cause she makes me smile and she cares about her fellow co-workers and customer service is excellent

Burger King whopper sandwich

My name is Marcus Wilson. I started working for Burger King on March 30th 2019 in Freeport, il. The managers had me doing clean up around the store, which was fine, because it was only part time hours. I had only been at the store three times, but evertime I was there working, I had at least one of the managers threatened my employment, so since I work in Monroe Wisconsin full time, and visit the monroe store almost every night for lunch. I spoke with the managers there and asked for a transfer to that location to do my part time morning hours. I'm still waiting to hear an response. Today! April 17 2019 I went to the Freeport location around 12:30 to get myself and my fiancee something to eat before we go to work, and we both were given whoppers that had so much mayo on them that we couldn't eat them. I feel this was done in retaliation to me wanting a transfer from the Freeport location. I have enclosed a picture of my sandwich as proof.

Burger King denied service

I am disabled with a service dog. I was. recently stranded in Jackson, TN because Greyhound bus lost my luggage. No transportation, I walked to Burger King was told with no paperwork for my service dog that I couldn't enter. Came back couple days later with paperwork...ate there. Then entered next day manager then said sorry your dog doesn't have a vest on...you to leave. I have epilepsy, hydrocephalus, hypoglycemia and was very hungry and thirsty...tired from walking. I have worked since I was 15 years old and it's sad I was turned away because now I'm disabled and my independence I greatly OWE to my service animal. My name is Lana Haun. Burger King bk manager lakeport ca is crazy

the manager at 2 pm today on april 16 at the Burger King in Lakeport CA. I have been a daily customer there for as long as the building has had a BK in it. YEARS AND YEARS I am an elderly man and not a child. After I went through the drive through I ate in the parking lot and then went inside to refill the drinks i had purchased. Upon leaving the manager asked me in a confrotational tone as if I were a naughty child if I was going to pay for the drinks. I told him that they were refills. He called me a liar and said that they were not refills in front of everybody. I said that I has went through the drive through and that they were refills. I left the store and he followed me out yelling at me across the parking lot saying that they were not refills abd that I could not get free refills after going through the drive through. He then yelled that xent time he would charge me and said sarcastically... Have a nice day Sir.
I do not appreciate this kiind of treatment. This manager has been short with me and surly before but I letit go on several occaisions. This tine He went too far and I feel that he went out of his way tp pick on me. This job is too much for the guy and I feel he is a liability to the public safety. He is going to end up punching someone and NK will be paying out a lot of money. I honestly feel like taking legal action myself for being yelled at in public as ifI were a thief.
