Burger King - service and food

On June 18th, 2019 at 12:11am my order # was "96". I went through your drivethru and placed my of 6, cheeseburgers, 8 chicken jr's, and 1 10 piece chicken nuggets w/ honey mustard for my sauce. I drove up to the window and paid, $16.65. After receiving my change I was then asked to please pull up by the side door and please wait for my food. I did as I was asked. After waiting 23 min for my order I proceeded to look in the bags before I even moved my vehicle to check my order. Upon inspecting my food, I came to realize that my 10 piece nuggets, all my chicken jr's, we're cold and tough, and 4 out of the 6 cheeseburgers had hard buns and no cheese on them. I had to wait for your employee to finish talking with her male friends, who then proceeded to ask me and my associate if we smoked and if we did could she get a cigarette and a lighter in which my associate obliged her. After that we proceed to tell her and show her are problem with my order I even let her feel the nuggets was going to let her feel the sandwiches but she takes only my chicken nuggets and walked back inside and turn around and looked at me after me knocking on the glass door to get her attention so she could come back and get the other sandwiches and burgers so they could fix the problem. She proceeded to hold up one finger indicating to wait 1 min. So I stood there waiting for her after waiting another 10 mins I was fed up and mad as hell. For the wait, the bad service and the awful food and being made to feel unimportant. I had to feed my kids so I went somewhere else to spend money I didn't have to spend and shouldn't of had to spend to get them the hot fresh fast food that I paid you for and didn't receive. So I want my money back that I paid you for food I didn't receive in the way that is promised and guaranteed to me by you and I think you should compensate me with the food I ordered as well that would be a good start for an apology.
