Burger King not fit for human consumption; serving slops

Not fit for human consumption. Family went in to burger king in manchester
Waited because a good few in front of us. After 25 minutes finally our food was ready and it is not like we ordered anything different just the normal burger and chips and drinks for wife and kids

Got to our table after having to wait another 8 minutes or so for it to be cleaned down and finally opened the food

Kids burgers not cooked and my wife's was not fit for human consumption. The staff seemed stressed and overworked but that is no excuse to serve pig slops to customers especially with young children

Burger King slow and nasty

Me and my wife her sister and husband came in on Tuesday the 19 and order 2 triple whoppers no tomatoes or mayonnaise add mustard and ketchup as a cheese bacon large onion rings lg Dr peppers but when we get home there were no cheese no bacon add tomatoes and mayonnaise on them ordered 2 double bacon sourdough with cheese extra bacon large onion rings lg Dr peppers didn't even have bacon on them and it was very cold the sourdough was soggy and 4 Oreo shakes.. Please help me with this problem.

Burger King customer service policies

Went into the location to order 2 Whoopers for $7 and a 10 piece of nuggets. The order didn't take too long to be filled but when the attendant handed me the bag she asked what dipping sauces I wanted. I simply requested 2 Sweet and Sours, and 1 honey mustard. I was told that I'd have to pay an additional $0.10 for the extra sauce so I better just chose two. Before I left I was going to purchase the once sauce via Visa transaction as I understand that that would be more expensive for the business than to simply give me the one sauce requested, but instead opted to leave and never go back to this Burger King.

Those sauce packets cost Burger King money, you know. They can't give out extra sauce to everyone who wants one, they'd have to raise the prices on other items and then you'd be whining about that. If you can't afford 10 cents for the extra food you're not entitled to, just stay home.

Burger King rodeo king burger

The Mountain Home, AR Burger King will sell me Rodeo Burgers, but not my favorite, Rodeo King Burgers. Does that make sense? What happened to Burger King's "Have it your way" ideology? If a person wants a Whopper made a specific way, they will do it, but not a Rodeo King? Is this seriously the new way Burger King conducts business, by telling the customer to f-off and order something else? I am disappointed with your Mountain Home branch right now as you can see, since this whole thing could easily be taken care of by selling Rodeo King burgers. Take care & have a nice day.

Burger King chicken tenders, two whoppers and spicy chicken sandwich

I went through the drive through last night and the four items I purchased were so old and cold! The chicken for tenders and sandwich were so old you couldn't even bite through them! The chicken was unrecognizable. As for the whoppers they were iced cold. I am extremely disappointed. It's been a really long time since I got burger king and it was disappointing and gross!

Burger King restroom and order

After giving my order away, took trip to men restroom unbelievable the condition, urine on floor, towel dispenser not functional. Slime all over it. Should have called the health department. Can't believe anyone inspects. No more ordering at this 🍔 👑 😱 I had been a frequent customer for lunch. They are near a number of hospitals so hopes no one gets food poisoning and has to go. This burger king used to be nice and clean. It is near heart of downtown. Please help!

Burger King incorrect order and overcharged

I ordered a double quarter pounder King sandwich, I was charged $10.35 at the 48th and Holdredge location. But yet I got a single quarter pounder that was cold, the Dr. Pepper was flat and and the employee at the window wasn't friendly and seemed to not care at all. Really frustrating that I spent money on a order that didn't even come out correct, and the pop was flat. I hadn't been got food there recently and I'm not sure how soon I will actually go back, especially when I spent good money for fresh food.

Burger King service

When I was ordering my food the girl taking my order was beyond rude every time I said anything she would say are u done and when I went to pay for my food I noticed she got my order wrong she then rolled her eyes at me as she put in my order that I asked for originally I've never dealt anybody in fast food as rude as her and I will never be back because I don't want or trust somebody like that handeling my food

Burger King food poisoning

Hi. im Florence Pasco, currently resides at Trondheim City. I would like to complain about food poisoning from the foods we ate yesterday at the said branch. we ordered two burgers and fries. thats the only food we have eaten before we felt something bad, vomit and diarhea. I was lucky enough that i dindt gave my toddler a bite. i felt pity about the children who have been eating there yesterday. i wish you could to some actions regarding this. Quality control and Cleanliness. been there and never had problem except yesterday. Now my husband and I are both trying to rest. Hopefull to hear something from you. thank u so much.

Burger King service

I was on vacation with my family I had a $25.36 order. When I went to go pay my card won't work only chip and manual they said their chip reader wasnt working and they could not type in the card number manually and asked if I had another source to pay I said no so I had to go around this town unfamiliar with area drove around for 20 min trying to figure out where I am how to get back where is a atm with chip reader I finally found my way back and payed for cold food and some of my order missing I called them and all they could say was sorry for the inconvenience nothing else so now I want a full refund this is ridiculous and I refuse to pay 25 dollar for food we couldnt eat if they would have offered to replace the order I would not want a full refund but seeing they couldnt even offer that I want my money back thank you.

Burger King overall experience

Upon entering your Burger King restaurant I was not greeted by any staff. Upon placing my order I was told by Colin which happened to be a assistant store manager, he told me I had 20 minutes until the dining room closed. I haven't even got my food so now I feel rushed. I waited at least 10 minutes for 2 Whoppers and 2 chicken sandwichs. Colin ended up dropping the French fry scoop I bet he didn't wash his hands? After I got my food I went outside to my car to eat because I felt rushed. Colin approached my vechile and asked if I was waiting for food I replied no he then said " I need you to move I have a truck" meaning I guess a food truck. As I worked for the restaurant business for years also the retail establishment I believe customer service is very very important. Colin had an attitude, he was badgering his crew on the sales floor making remarks such as " cmon on waiting on Fry's" or " I already told you that" this looks good as a assistant store manager. Also when I recieved my food it was placed on the counter and Colin turned around to continue drive thru orders. I guess drive thru is more important. Upon leaving I was not thanked or please come again. I will definitely will not be coming back to Burger kind there is a Carl's Jr right down the street thank you for your time and consideration. My Whoppers were cold!

What the hell! Went to Burger King on Ann Rd and Simmons St in North Las Vegas to try the BK XL and no sauce. This is the third time I went to this location and always out of something. First time, out of coffee. Second time, no lettuce. Three strikes, you're out. No more B K! Fire that manager!

Burger King burger king/fast food

I ordered 2 cheese burgers plain and a large fry. I ordered my boys an order of chicken fries. I was the only one to get sick. Within 1/2hr I started with severe stomach cramps and diahrea. I woke up 3 hrs later with volmiting, stomach pain, diahrea and fever. 12hrs later the volmiting had stopped but the stomach pain, diahrea and fever have continued

Burger King drive thru

Ok I ordered two king meal deals, two cheeseburgers, and two funnel cake fries my total was $14.19 I gave the boy at the first window $20.19 he gave me bk $4 so I got short $2 I didn't mention it when I got to the second window well the girl hands me two bags then ask me did u pay at the first window I said yes I did well she got the manager so the manager came to the window and said I had paid for the people's order that was in front of me she said two whoppers I then said no I paid for my order I then told her I paid him $20.19 and I then mention the $2 that I was shorted the manager says well I'll have to count the drawer to verify that I then told her I wasn't even worried abt the $2 but I did pay for my food I'm not a theif. The manager rolls her eyes then kinda gets an attitude very unprofessional I go to this bk all the time just pisses me off that she acted like I was trying to pull one over on em and to top it off they forgot my 2 cheeseburgers WOW

Burger King employee lacking customer service skill

Regarding BK # 3082

I went to the store to order my luch, I and other clients waited on line for 10 minutes, meanwhile none of the employees took the time to acknowlege our presence. Finally I asked an employee if they were short of staff. He's attitude was very unprofessional, the tone of voice that he used showed that he was anoyed by my questions. Another client on line saw that and there was a verbal altercation that went on between the employee and the client. So the client left, and the employee took my order, then when he handled me the food, there was no ketchup and I asked him for some, so he said they're over there meaning by the soda machine. I looked in the bin there were none, and I told him that there was not any, the employee rolled his eyes like I was anoying him, and while he is attending to other clients on line, he said to the another emploee " you know what, I'm leaving". This is just a complaint to show how some of your employees are lacking customer service skill. and his attitude shows that he cannot work under pressure and can't controll himself in certain situation. His name is Frederick. I was in the store around 12:45-1PM

Burger King croissant breakfast sandwiches

On 1/28/2019 I purchased 2 croissant breakfast sandwiches. As my order was being taken I was asked to back up and pull forward 3 times and once I received my order drove off. I opened one of my sandwiches I did notice that the eggs were very skimpy, one thin piece of egg on the sandwich. Not having time to turn around and being hungry I did proceeded to eat the sandwich. I brought the other one home to smae for the next day. I didn't even open it until the next day. The next day I opened the sandwich and the bacon was burned and there was a thin piece of egg on it too. Said I would attemp to take it back. Burger King unethical behavior

On January 25, 2019 between 3:00 and 3:30 p.m. I, my friend, and his aging father experienced an unprofessional and demoralizing lunch listening to Latonia Branch give a staff meeting at 1209 S. Jefferson St, Monticello FL 32344. She used foul language such as "our production has gone to hell". She referred to employees lack of cleanliness stating "some people do not bathe, especially the night shift". She threatened them with less hours working and stated "if you don't like it here go work at Hardee's". She called out people specifically in a group setting. She said "I hired you, I can fire you". It was all very excessively loud and we could not hear our own conversation all the way across the room. I asked her for her name and told her I intended to make a complaint. She said "you want my phone number". I said no thank you.

Burger King 2 big king xls, 1 cheeseburger, 1 small french fries

Burger king located at 4199 veterans memorial parkway st peters mo 63376
January 26 2019 1:25 pm, order: 256, check: 20057
Ordered 2 big king xls, 1 small fry and 1 cheeseburger. Period. Guy at register quoted the price as $15.08. He couldn't do something at the register and called the manager. The manager rerang the order and said the cost was $19 something and gave us a cup. I advised we did not order any soda. So he rerang it again and came up with the original $15.08. He was very nice but then said. "we dont want you to complain". We took our food and drove 5 minutes to home. We opened the food and everything was cold.
Ist big king xl - no onions, no pickles, no special sauce and no bacon and the bun was not toasted. It was like a plain cheeseburger whopper - very disappointing
2nd big king xl - all special sauce was on 1/2 of the burger, 3 small pickles stacked on top of each other, very little onions and no bacon
Cheeseburger - had a ridiculous amount of mustard, very little ketchup and again very few pickles stacked up on one side with very little onions.
Cheese on every burger was not even melted because all the burgers were cold. It was like you took american cheese out of the refrigerator and placed it on the burgers. We had to microwave all our food which made it all soggy
Everything we ordered was very very disappointing - will never go back to this location again
Resolution - would like a gift card so we can use it somewhere else - would really like to try the big king xl but not at this location. Or a full refund - no receipt was even given except the itemized bill with no dollar amounts
We would not have even complained about the service but we didnt get anything we paid for

Burger King order incorrect paid for spicy chicken meal did not receive

For the first time I tried Grub Hub to order my food from Burger King 10142 S Phillips HWY Jacksonville FL [protected] order number [protected]-2816513 1 whopper Jr meal 1 Spicy Chicken Meal and a Free XL burger with the order. I did not received the Spicy Chicken meal I paid for, but received the free XL burger. Food was cold when it reached me and I tried calling from the time my ordered arrived at 1:15pm, which I ordered it at 12PM thinking I would have it by my lunch time since the app said it would be about 30-40 minutes. I'm sure they were busy however, that has no bearing on making the order and making sure everything is in the bag especially what I paid for! I will not use Burger King as my Burger joint this is not the first time with issues from them. There are other Burger places that get it right and I will just use them. I need my refund for the meal I paid for and didn't get, so I guess I'll have to make my way there in order to take the food I have back to them since everything was cold and this was my lunch time so of course I cannot go back up there right now and they have the phone off the hook. No one is talking on the phone for over an hour straight. so disappointed

Burger King rude customer service from this franchise

I have patron this franchise many times and just recently have been insulted by one of the young employees there. The first time I stopped i need to use the ladies room and informed them the roll of toilet paper was lying in the floor and the was wet. This young female had such an attitude that the assistant mgr apologized when she came into the bathroom and exchanged the roll of toilet paper and "locked" it back into its dispenser. When I patroness this establishment yesterday, this same rude person took my order and after begging it, all she needed was to get me the sauce for the nuggets: instead, she wanted to carry on a conversation with her colleague that had nothing to do with my order nor anything with the food. I asked her to hand me the sauce do that I could leave and she can have their conversation after she serviced her customers. This young female became very unruly and insulting that the asset manager intervened and me my sauce so I could leave. Today, was another episode of unwarranted rudeness from this person. I've decided not to patron this establishment again, however, I have three receipts that I am not able to process my experience for the coupon of whopper. I've called and made a complaint, no one has returned my calls and I've requested to speak with a manager and was told one was not available. I hope you all responds to this complaint, thanks.

Burger King service

This burger King has a large amount of homeless people going in and sitting for long periods of time specially in the day time before 2pm. Sleeping arguing with staff and customers, begging for money and food, eating out of trash cans, taking cups out of trash cans and get soda without paying. One of the worker name Tony has his friends in there all morning long sometimes til he gets off work. When they have tv on that's has something good that's when it's the worst.sometimes when ur ordering inside there along time before someone takes your order, because the drive thru gets taken care of frist.
