Burger King service and food provided

Went to burger king /070/3/19 around 10:15pm ordered original chicken sandwhich meal with pickles. Double whopper meal 10 pc nugget and spicy chicken sandwhich..20.00 and change. Didnt get receipt after taken money was told no fries; onion rings or tots..oinion rings and original chicken waa old and redropped in grease...without having receipt i waa very diappointed and felt wouldve been waste of time to ride all the way back...not to mention didnt get drinks

Burger King bowls

My friends and I were eating salad nearby one of your Burger King locations in Buffalo New York. There was a Burger King near by. We forgot to bring bowls. I asked if they would provide us with some empty bowls. They told me that unless I buy something that we cannot have bowls. We kept asking. I feel that we were discriminated against because I am First Nations. Luckily there was a Walmart nearby and we bought bowls from there. We should not have to. The bowls do not cost Burger King that much an the person who said no to me needs to be fired. I hope that they die soon. They are rude and ignorant and they need to die. They need go grow up. The bowl would not cost them their salary. They just said no because I am first Nations. They could have spared a few bowls. I have eaten there before and so have my friends. They need to be fired for being cheap. They need to die for being cheap.

Burger King harassing for donating a dollar in burger king, suwanee ga

This afternoon, I was on drive thru at Burger King at 1045 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Suwanee, GA 30024, and the drive thru cashier asked me a dollar donation for something (I could not hear clearly) and I said "Not today, " but she kept on insisting that I should donate a dollar because it is a July 4th weekend. I replied "Next time I will, " I often donate to charities or churches where I clearly know how they use those donations for, however I did not want to donate to Burger King today because she raised her voice and imposed me for a donation. Donating should be my choice with good intention, not compelled by a drive thru cashier even though it is just a dollar. When I pulled my car to the pick up window, she came over and started to harass me again for not donating one dollar. At this point, it was not about warm hearted donation anymore to me, it was truly an insult and coircion. She loudly repeated to me "Oh, you dont want to donate a dollar at July 4th Weekend? Ha ha ha, " There were 2 other Burger King employees next to her and she tried make fun of me because just because I did not want to donate the money. I told her that she should donate to Burger King herself instead of coercing me into donating. I told her that I do not want to be imposed for donation by you and asked her for her name. Her name is MIKA and she was site manager. She immediately started saying repeatedly that she does not care if I report complaint to Burger King. I do not understand why I have be insulted by this kind of outrageous service.

Burger King service

You really need to close your location in SMX (Philipsburg St. Maarten). They know nothing about the Burger King brand or the principles the Company is based on. I visited on Saturday, June 15, 2019, before a flight from the airport The employees are very rude to the customers and refuse to correct orders or to provide receipts. It hurts your brand!

Burger King your idiotic joke about the young man in portland being hit by shakes.

I understand your corporation thought that it was appropriate to make an idiotic joke about the young reporter being hit by with milk shakes by a bunch of ANTIFA scum buckets in Portland Oregon. If you think a person being hit by shakes with quick drying cement is funny, then your organization does not need my money from here on. I will not even think about purchasing food from you until there is an apology from your head quarters. People can be killed by such actions and if you support a group such as ANTIFA, you are not worth anything as human beings.

Burger King store hours

The Burger King on Hwy 153 at the intersection of I85 (Powdersville/Piedmont) seems to have no set store hours in the AM. I really love 1 of the sandwiches and if I am running later for work, I like to stop there if after 6AM. Occasionally it is open and most times it is not. It's very annoying. I would like to know what the hours for that store are supposed to be and if they are supposed to open at 6, it would be great if management would make sure it is open at that time. I don't like to complain but this has been going on for many months, maybe even years, and others I know have said to me that "they just open when they are good and ready to open". That's not a good policy and it's not good for reputation or business because money is being lost. Thanks!

Burger King cashier behave rudely

Last Saturday on 29/6/2019 i ate burger king at rnr seremban utara.my meals were RM 8.85 and i paid with RM 50.00. The cashier paid my change RM 41.00 only. He never mention about my 15 sen change. He never smile and greeting me with his annoy face. His name was amir ( I don't remember his name). He hand over my meals without my 15 sen change. He didn't show his politeness to his customers at all. Hope burger king can take action on this rude cashier.

Burger King mobile order

I had made a mobile order at the burguer king #17877 early today 6/28 around 5 pm but when I'm going to get it around 1045 pm they tell me they don't see my order on their register but yet on my statement on my bank account is charged for it... I talked to a cashier then he call a manager from the headset closed the window then the cashier comes back telling me that there is no manager available at the store ITS RIDICULOUS how is it that there is no manager at the store ... who's running it? Then another cashier call Hector tells me he's the second manager but he has a cashier shirt and once again no one can help me, I paid for my order i even showed them from my phone my bank being charged with the store number on it. I need my money back and I need someone to get in contact with me

Burger King service, and food

I went to Burger King in Lawrence Ks. this morning. I didn't get the address, but it's located off exit 204. I wasn't greeted when I walked in first of all. I walked up to the counter and asked if they served burgers all day, and was told yes, they cook them to order since it wasn't lunch time, and it would take about 5-7 minutes if I wanted to order. I said yes that was fine, and the man just walked away from the counter. I stood there puzzled with my debit card in my hand as the crew members were doing other things behind thw s
counter. Then a female employee approached the counter after about 3 minutes of me just standing there, And asked if she could help me. I proceeded to order the $4 whopper Jr meal, and was charged $5.86. She pulled the receipt of the printer, and balled it up and threw it away. I sat down until my food was ready, and she called my order out, and handed me a paper bag and the smallest cup she had. There were two white gentlemen standing behind me, and the employee greeted them, and asked if their order was for here or to go. I stood there and felt offended, as to why I didn't get the same service. As I took my seat, I noticed how she brought a tray of food the gentlemen ordered to their table. I started the impression that I was in a racist part of town. Then I noticed they were having a promo where you scanned your cup, and my cup didn't have a scan icon on it. Then I proceeded to eat my food, and noticed how my burger was threw together. It wasn't even warm, but yet I was told it would be cooked to order. This was just a bad experience at BK today, and I took pictures that I'm attaching to this email. Thank you for your time and assistance in this experience.

On Thursday, June 27, I stopped at this location, the cashier did not even greet me. After I placed my order and paid I was not even paid the decency of a thank you. When I got home I looked at my receipt and was charged for a whopper I did not get or order. Burger King is my husbands preference and it is not a short drive for us to get to one, so when things arent quite right we disregard it but this was totally wrong.

Burger King phone number not working and the play area not being ready to use

I live in Pleasanton Tx 78064 I have tried calling the Burger King there for the past month and the phone number is not working and the reason I call is because I have an autistic son and he wants to go to burger king and I had taken him there the past 2 times and both times the play area has been closed and trying to get an autistic kid to understand that is hard. So I guess what I am asking is why can't I get through over the phone it is very frustrating. Pleasanton Tx is a little town not much to do with kids there so burger king my son loves to play on the play area so it would be nice if they would do a better job of keeping up and running and clean and the smell in there is horrible I don't want anybody to get into trouble, but I believe they can do a lot better job of up keeping because the burger king in Pleasanton Tx is not that busy so please and thank you for hearing my concern.

After waiting about 4 minutes and seeing 2 employees standing there and talking I asked him where should I do my order, he very rude said do you see another place besides this one? And he kept talking and didn't my order, honestly I lost myself starting yelling and this kid called me all names and [censored], usually I never do this but I was wrong and so many complaints about this staff. Burger King no courtesy water cups..

90° weather, spent $15. On 3 chicken sandwiches. Asked for a cup for water... Young lady cashier states we dont have courtesy cups. I asked the lady manager wearing all-black. Her response? We stopped ordering courtesy cups. Why so damned cheap? I'm not big on soda, and as mentioned, 90°.

Burger King jr whopper cold onion rings hard

I order a junior whopper value meal. Before I could finish fixing my drink the lady had my food on the counter. The Burger with ice cold and the cheese didn't even melt. My onion rings were hard and crunchy like they been there since lunch time. So I sent the whopper back and they gave me another one just as cold. I didn't even worry about telling them about the onion rings. This place is ridiculous

Burger King no cafe free diet coke

I am at the Burger King at 520 and I-95 in Florida and we stopped here because every other Burger King we have ever stopped at had cafe free Diet Coke. It bothers me that this one does not. We will never stop here again.
We'll just stop at the McDonald's across the street. If I have to bring my own drink we might as well stop there. You should have everything offered at all locations.

Burger King horrific customer service

This complaint is for the Burger King located 110 W 56th St, Kearney, NE 68847. Store #9168
I was going to this location to purchase their chicken nuggets they are not far from where I live so it makes it convenient. However after visit I will NEVER be returning to that location. So onto the reason. I was just pulling into their parking lot and literally out of nowhere a vehicle comes flying out of nowhere and I swear nearly hits my car. I was shocked and I was going to tell him he needs to watch how he's driving because that was seriously so close. He pulls into a parking spot directly in front of the doors and I'm pulling around to the drive thru and he's getting out (IN A BURGER KING UNIFORM) so now I really wanna day something because they're employees should know better than to do such a thing. I roll down my window and yell hey next time watch where your driving, you shouldn't be speeding through the parking lot like that. He lost it and freaked out started screaming profanities and saying my dog I had with me was being aggressive. Hmmm well I have a young boy yelling at me through my window yeah I'd say my dog was getting a little worried but by no means was he going to do anything to the worker and seriously what does my dog have to do with anything. I believe he was also on drugs. He continued to scream and yell that me telling the manager in charge won't do anything because he's not on the clock. Ok fine but does Burger King really respect the image he is portraying. On top of all of this he then asks if I "wanna get out and throw hands" what the heck? I'm finally moving in line toward the speaker box and I wasn't even going to order anything I wanted to just speak to the manager about the crazy violent employee cutting of people in uniform that they have given a job too. I finally arrive at the window which by now I'm sure the employee has given his story because I ask for the manager and he reluctantly comes to the window completely unenthused or concerned with the situation. Before I could even finish he says well it's not problem and there's nothing he can do about it because he wasn't on the clock. That's it didn't let me get another word in before he shuts the window in my face and walks away. I then had three employee literally have the audacity to come and ask what had happened. Like um what's going on there? Is there anyone actually working? Everyone doing what ever they want? I told one of them I'm waiting for your manager to come back so we can finishing solving this issue. The employee just chuckles and shuts the window. Wow. Just wow. It just so happens my roommate is the general manager at the other location. I told him what happened he said he'd get ahold of his boss Darrell I think he said and would figure what happened. I've waited 24 hours since he called the owner and he told me tonight that he's not gotten back to him about anything. From the sounds of it it doesn't even seem like he was that concerned. Especially when he realized it was someone who knew one of his employees and lived with them. He basically thought he could brush this under the rug and it'd blow over. Nope I want action to be take on that employee and manager. Hell that whole store needs gutted.

Burger King I have never been so disrespected in my life from sylacauga burger king

I come through the drive-thru and I order two chicken sandwiches both with no mayonnaise I had to wait for 15 minutes for the sandwiches then when I got home both of them have mayonnaise on both sides the woman who brought me my food was rude as hell wouldn't even say thank you after I told her to have a good day then I had to drive all the way home and realize that the sandwiches had mayonnaise on them and when I got to the store the manager shrugged his shoulders and told me what was I supposed to do I said fixing it would be nice y'all just lost my business
