Burger King customer service very poor

We were in your Burger King restaurant at the Jacksonville Florida airport today at 11.00 am when we walked in the young girl that worked there was on her cell phone we had to wait for her until she was done we wanted a milkshake and some food well I asked for a chocolate milk shake she said not chocolate so I said vanilla milkshake so she then said no milk shakes as no one turned it on she was very rude acting as we were bothering her there was no one there just us was very unprofessional acted as though she didn't care about a customer if she is the face of your company I'll tell you no wonder McDonald's is number one and I work in retail if I ever treated a customer like she did I would be fired maybe you don't care I don't know But most likely we won't go back to your company very disappointed

Burger King original chicken sandwich

I have been eating the Original Chicken sandwich for years. Today I was on my way home from the city and stopped to take a sandwich on the freeway in Wilsonville, OR headed for Woodburn, OR.

I took one bite and the chicken and it was so hard it was not edible. Tried again at no avail. I couldn't take it back as I was on the freeway. Brought it home and threw it in the garbage. Very disappointed.

I'm sure the chicken had been sitting then maybe microwaved. Didn't work whatever happened.

Burger King complaining about rude manager at drive thru

I order in drive through and I was trying to inform employees that I had a coupon but she cut me off and said pull around.
I'm at window she tells me next time I have a coupon to let her know. So I told her I was trying to but you cut me off an said pull around front I told again she got loud with voice and got loud back with her she closed the drive through window on me and kept my coupon so I pull off I wasn't going to spend my money with a mean rude employee so I pull off. Maybe that location needs a lesson and trading in customer is always right and maybe start hiring African Americans I been to that location 4 times and never seen a black person working there all Mexicans which is unfair to race we need jobs just like they do. Burger King product and service

I went to the above listed burger king this afternoon and was sorely disappointed. I had a survey receipt for a free whopper with paid side (med onion ring) and drink (med Diet). I gave them my order and informed them of the survey receipt and proceeded to the window. I sat there for almost 5 min. male worker then informed me they couldn't do the free burger because corporate had not uploaded the code . So, I gave them another receipt I had and they said no and explained that there were no codes uploaded from corporate at all. I told them find and after another couple of minutes they gave me my bag and said have a good night. I said what about the drink, and he said oh OK. At the same time I was checking the bag for what I ordered. Wrong, I had french fries instead of onion rings. and he apologized and took the bag back. Another minute or two he came back with the bag and said here you go, thank and have a good evening. I checked the bag for whopper and onion rings and then he asked if all was OK. I said yes but what about the drink. he apologized again and said oh yeah, what kind do you want. Told him again I wanted the diet drink. I got my drink and left. As I was turning into traffic I grabbed an onion ring to satisfy my need for your awesome onion rings and was totally shocked. It was like I was chewing a large chunk of bubble gum. It was hard and very very chewy. After that I needed a drink to get the taste out of my mouth. The diet coke was almost all carbonation and definitely a bad choice. I was by now a few miles from the store so I figured I'd bear it out. Things happen. I have spent most of my life in the service industry and could handle it. I got home pulled my whopper out and bit into it and there was no sauce, which I believe is the thing that makes a whopper. And no dipping sauce for the onion rings either. I think I would blame management for all this but you definitely need to do some quality control checks on this place. Which is usally my go to place for whoppers.

Burger King food reheated

This happened at the Burger King #12114 at about 11:45 a.m.

I went in with a gift card. Ordered a crsipy chicken sandwich, with fries and a drink.
Service was great, and they were not busy. I directly went to fill my drink knowing what I wanted. Not e ven 45 seconds later, my food was ready.
Fries were great, and drink was great. How ever, my chicken pattie was dark brown, and very thin. It was obvious, they already cooked it earlier, and dropped it back down to re-heat it. It was soaked with grease, wich made the bottom bun look like a cracker and doughy. It looked like it came out of a dumpster. I ate 2 bites, and stopped. Did not send it back because I did not want my food spit on. I mentioned on my way out to the girl, "you should never reheat a chicken pattie, or, any of you food. It is gross and not safe, especially with chicken". she was very nice and said "oh really"? as if she was shocked they did it. I said "yes, no one can cook a fresh chicken pattie in 45 seconds".
What a waste of my gift card I had saved for a time to eat when I was low on money. Burger King was my favorite place to eat out at, and for whoppers, but if this keeps up I will surely see them closing. Too much compation. I have better pictures if you would like to see them. I scanned this in from my phone. The pattie is laying across some fries to show how thin it is, and, hard to tell, but it is the collor of a dark paper bag, and the thin bun is laying accross the top to show how thin is was with greese. Whish I could have developed them first, but want to get this off my list.
Sorry to complain, but, I love Burger King and dont want to see it close.

Burger King food

Don't know why I'm wasting my time on this but enough is enough with this place. This is my 3rd time complaining without a reply. I ordered a rodeo burger cheese Jr n was charged 6. 19 for it. It only cost $1.39. They charged me for a large one. I asked to see the manager n was told I had to come back tomorrow the inside was closed. Why couldn't she come to the window. If the food is wrong or bad this place has it. Disguised I left, but not without the car behind me yelling "_this is the same thing I returned n they give it back to me, it's not what I ordered. Next time I don't care how long McDonald's line is I'll wait. At least I'll get what I ordered.

Burger King chicken garden salad

When I ordered my lunch today at Burger King corner of Telegraph and Victoria in Ventura, CA. I was told that my extra dressing cost more. No problem I said. My total was $6.99. She took my $ then told me we only have this salad so I will put chicken on the side. I didn't get to see it up close but noticed it looked awfully small so I said, "May I please have more lettuce". She said yes went to the back and came back and handed me the bag and I said thank you to her and she did not reply. Should have taken that as a sign. I parked my car and looked inside my bag and could not believe it was a side salad and a chicken breast on the side. I quickly went back and told her this is not what I ordered. This is not worth $6.99. She said yes the chicken breast is $5.00. I said well you lied to me. I asked for more lettuce and you did not give it to me. To which she just continued to repeat that the chicken was worth $5 by itself. I said please refund me my money which she did. I am very, very upset about this service. Please have someone follow up with the Manager and have someone from your office get back to me.

Burger King not honoring app coupons!

They Do Not honor the APP coupons, they are Rude, they do not speak English well and the do not Respect the customer or the company they work for...Sad!
They Food is always warm and lukewarm on the fries and do not question them or they will get very mad and disrespect you even more! Really!? What has happened to BK!
This transaction took place on 11/7/19 at 6:54 PM...I live three blocks away and was a regular customer, it's time to take my money elsewhere.

Burger King use of kiosk and receiving wrong sandwich

Went to above store to purchase lunch. Went to kiosk to order and wasn't able to complete my order there since there was no option for deleting tomatoes or onions. There should be the availabilty to custom order your sandwich. This became a problem after going to the register to order since there was no customer service person there to take your order. After ordering my meal, I was given it in a take out bag instead of asking if I was eating in. This appeared to be done to have less work to do for clean up. The trash was over flowing in the seating area. Upon opening my bag, I found a double whopper with cheese with all the trimings after the slip showed no tomatoes or onion. I returned the sandwich and received a new one without any issue, but the cashier was arguing with the sandwich maker over the mistake. The cashier picked up the wrong sandwich the slip was correct and the package was marked correctly.

Burger King 2553 military rd

went to BK the night before heading to work and i ordered a whopper meal. my order was incorrect and i contacted the manager and told her that my meal was incorrect and I asked for no onions because i'm allergic. the manager supposedly looked up the orders and said there was no whopper burger meal in her system. she was very unprofessional and rude. and told me she couldn't do anything about my incorrect meal. I'm very upset because i can't get my meal replaced.

Burger King receipt/price

Poorly printed receipt so I cant even submit a survey with bkexperience. Cant read the survey code or store number. I believe I was overcharged for a Whopper meal. No extras, no cheese. I was charged $9.23 when listed $6.59. What a rip off and I cant even submit a survey to get a free sandwich. It would helpful if your receipts were readable or your benchmarks cant be identifiable

Burger King commercial - i'm a damn fool

Your media team is getting desperate. What exactly is the point of having "I'm a damn fool" in the commercial? It's not the worst profanity but it's pointless and irritating when it pops up every commercial break. It isn't funny, or does it serve any purpose in the ad, meaning it's there for... nothing. No reason. Needless profanity in a fast food commercial of all things.
Again, it's such a small issue, but so, so annoying and says a lot about a company.
It's just kinda sad.

Burger King poor customer service

I attempted to get some dinner from the Burger King in Sanford on Orlando Dr near WalMart and it wasn't at all a pleasant experience. The young lady Lus the manager basically rushed me through my order in drive thru (she said she didn't have my original order the pretzel bun) and once I arrived at the window and asked about her day she informed me that she was trying to get other work done!
I left! I left wondering is this how Burger King training workers? My mouth dropped when she said she's the manager... lol!
I really don't have much faith in you all system that something will be done about this because she was just too comfortable with doing it. I just had to make it known that she did it to me and for that I kept my $11.

Burger King drink, fries, crispy chicken sandwich, time waiting

i went through the drive through. once i got to the window i sat for about 7 minutes waiting for my food..ridiculous. i started eating my food and my sandwich wasn't too bad at first. I eat my sandwich half folded up when I eat my sandwich. I took it out of the wrapping, and there was a hair at the end of my sandwich. Makes me sick. after that I had a drink my Dr Pepper and was disappointed right away. It was extremely water down . the fries were so gross. They tasted like nothing and had a melty taste. I am really disappointed.

Burger King commercial

I'm very disappointed in the use of inappropriate words on a commercial. It's getting ridiculous that grown people don't have the sense enough to watch their language. I don't want to hear it and I don't want my children going around calling people "damn fools." Thankfully I've taught them better but for all the kids and adults out there who haven't been taught that that is inappropriate, would you please remove the vulgar language from your commercial. It's inexcusable.

Burger King service and product

Hi there. I for one love Burger King food and was so excited that they built a new one on Hwy 10 E in Stevens Point Wi. When my husband and I went there for the first time, the gal that waited on us and took out order was absolutely fithy! Her hair was solid grease and her shirt was beyond dirty. she also handled our food and i didn't even want to eat it by then. Then the man doing the fries was just as dirty! I don't know if Burger King has a policy for food service and the employees being clean but they sure should. Then we get out food and it was cold. by then, we were done and threw it all away. We won't go back and that is dirty shame. If this new facility has a manager that can't take care of their employees, he/she shouldn't be a manager. I have been told by other people here in Point the same story so you are losing business left and right for they are not going back to eat there either.

Burger King food

I understand burger king is known for its burgers and French fries and I get it that it was only a $1 but they need to take the tacos off their menu. The shell was very hard and I had to break it off to eat the softer parts where the meat was. The meat was overcooked. The sauce was pretty good.

I'm not sure if it was this location alone but this was my first bad experience I ever had at burger king.

Burger King chicken nuggets

I ordered a kids meal and an order of 10 piece nuggets for my 5 year old. As soon as my son opened his nuggets he was saying "ewwww these are disgusting"."they smell" Once I took a look I couldn't believe these nuggets are hard as a rock and have burnt oil smell to them. And are dark in color. Although I understand. Maybe they were forgotten in the oil. But please don't serve it to your costumers. Quality is important ESPECIALLY when it comes to my kids.

Burger King service/drive thru

Election day and went thru the drive thru for breakfast sandwhiches. Silly me for thinking breakfast was in the mornings and not everyone get's to eat before 10:30! I must be wrong cuz fast food places obviously have different times for breakfast lunch & dinners! So sad and then the drive thru help was rude as all get out! Probably because several other's complained about not getting breakfast during the morning hours past 10:30! Wake up bk and stop offering breakfast at all if you can't serve it during morning hours! After all, most have lunch in the afternoon! I personally, and those with me today, don't eat burgers & fries for breakfast!

Burger King chicken nuggets, whopper with cheese

All of my chicken nuggets were falling apart and wet in the middle when i broke one apart a bug came out I was so discussed I couldn't even eat any food I had ordered today. I have had problems in the past with this burger king. Including messy burger's like they just trow things together, wrong order, missing food. This is a new burger king in stevens point I've never been so disappointed and discussed I do not believe I can eating hear every again.
