Burger King nothing about this order was correct

At Burger King store #12483 on sun may 6th 2018 @11:26 am I went to the drive thru window, ordered a jr whooper w/cheese, a small fry and a zesty sauce.
What I got was a J.R. whooper. I told the girl that I also ordered fries and zesty sauce. So she charged me for fries and gave them to me with the zesty sauce. I gave her $2.00 for the fries and she forgot to give change, only 5 cents but at this point I don't care, I want my change.
I got the order home and the burger was missing the cheese. Like I said, nothing about this order was correct . I would have taken the survey but the ink on the receipt was so bad I could not read the survey code. It's a good thing that no other drive thru has zesty sauce, that's the only thing that got me to return to this restaurant to begin with. I won't be back!

Burger King management

Manager "Robert" at the toledo ohio store on sylvania ave should be fired!..he regularly makes comments on how he would never date a black girl, even though he is of "mixed" race himself because in his words they are "ignorant" he makes fun of black female empoyees and the ethnicity of thier hair, and he has made sexual comments to female employees. female empoyees have stated Robert said of one associate "she dresses "white" but wears her hair like she's black", another associate says he is extremely rude and unprofessional to this same associate, so much so she has had to intervene!.. if this man continues i will personally take legal action against this establishment, no one should be subjected to this type of behavior especially someone in management

Burger King phone #’s

How is it not 1 phone number for any of your locations, 15 is what I'm refurring to, don't have phone #'s that WORK?! Are you kidding me? Smh waste of my $$ from now on, next please! I called 15 damn phone numbers and not one not one single one actually works! What is wrong with this brand, not really a chain if your chain can't afford a phone bill!

Burger King bad service

Nyshia Goldsmith Burger King In Eastover Shopping Center Had Really Bad Customer Service. I Wanted A Soda Which I Just Purchase Before I Left The Before The Closed The Inside. I Went Through Drive Thru. She Said They Were Out And She Didnt Feel Like Going To The Lobby To Get The Drink Which They Had More Of In That Machine. I Also Told Her To Write Her Name On The Reciept, Which She Refused To Do That As Well. Even Talking Smart On The Mic. She Was Very Rude. That's Not How You Treat Customers

Burger King unethical behavior

The last 4 times I visited BK #4431 in Hoover, AL they could not give me a receipt, due to receipt printer broken, so I could not take advantage of the survey.

And on 2 of those visits, mistakes were made to other customers sandwiches so they had to remake them and "throw the others away".

A new fries container fell on the floor. The worker just picked it up and filled it with fries to serve a customer. I screamed at her and told manager, so they threw it away.

Loud group of workers not neat at all., shirts partially out of pants, and pants down, etc...

Imagine what it looks like when they pull up their pants and interact with customers.

Please do something about this, training and other actions. It used to be a pleasant experience to visit that place a couple of years ago.

Burger King I asked for a veg burger at 59 for 2 but they gave me chicken burger 79 for 2

But they told me that the price has increased and when I came to home I found that I have got the chicken burger . This is the incident of Gajrolla at Delhi road . Burger King poor customer service

May 2, 2018 I visited a Burger King on Elm Road in Warren OH. I had some difficulty understanding the employee thru the speaker. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and no onion plus a value Coke. When I got to the window the employee gave me a price that was way more than the meal cost...$14 plus change. When I questioned the amount, she just repeated the amount in a surly manner. I stated that the amount was a bit much for what I ordered. "Well, what did you order?" I repeated my order and the bill became half of what she quoted. Drink was handed out the window and the quarter pounder in a bag was slammed out the window.
No napkin, no receipt.
When I opened the wrapper, there was a double quarter pounder. Since I was on my way by that time, I decided to eat what I could.
I've never had that kind of an experience at a Burger King before. I was stunned.
I certainly hope the Elm Road location is shed of this person soon.

Burger King food and service

To whom it may concern, I recently visited your store on Hwy 138 in Conyers GA and it was the worst Burger King experience I've ever had. The employees are very rude. I received my order cold and with the wrong toppings. After I returned to work and called to complain about my food I was hung up on several times. I've been eating burger king since I was a child and I'm 35 now. I can truly say that I will not be visiting that store anymore.

Burger King prices

Visited your restaurant in Neath this afternoon ordered food and paid then ordered 3 small drinks according to the price board they where 99 pence each but I was charged £3.27 for the when I queried this I was told that since a sugar tax had been put on drinks the price has gone up . That's not a problem but why hasn't the menu been changed to the new prices ? I do believe the tax came in in April, so there's been nearly a month to change them .

Burger King unethical behavior

Drive through line took over 20 minutes. Called to ask for a manger while in line to help understand what the issue was. Manager proceeded to yell at me, asking if I was the disgruntled customer that just yelled at her at the drive through speaker. (apparently I was not the only unsatisfied customer). The manager stated "I don't need your business" and hung up on me. I live less than 1 mile from this BK and will make it a point to never go there again unless it's to give management a piece of my mind. Perhaps it's my fault for returning back there after finding hair in my food on multiple occasions in the past.

Burger King the service

I went to Burger King Wednesday night at 9pm and sat in Drive thru for 25 minutes. Once I finally got to the Window they realized they didn't have any onion rings so I had to wait for them to come up. I was on my lunch break so I wasted my whole break setting in line and not being able to eat because it took so long. I will probably never go back to this restaurant and will let people know of the awful service

DId you even read my post. I doubt it. I used to work for Burger King but I was fired. I am not posting nice comments about my employer as I no longer am employed by Burger King. Please reread my letter before replying. If you bothered to read it you would see that I am unsatisfied with my previous employer. You mus be one of those lazy managers that does nothing while the employees do all the work. Bet you are bitter and unmarried and need to take your anger out on employees because you are unhappy with your life. Maybe if you were not a total female dog you would get a man. Do not take your anger out on your employees because you cannot a man.

Burger King ex employee harrasment complaint

Burger King in Gate city VA or Weber city VA. I will. He has Burger King overnights as a kitchen and saw that employees were smoking after hours inside of the Burger King kitchen along with eating food out of the fryer tray, amongst all the other food being the toppings and just burgers for free. Very dirty and nasty cooking environment. Some overnight employees were dealing drugs out of the back door. Poor management all together. Tommy the overnight manager just sat in his office while everyone else were outside smoking as I was told to stay and take orders in the kitchen. I asked questions on what and were to do what being a week old and the Tommy the over night manager just starred at me and then walked away. Asked another employee Brandon aka Max what I could help with and he jumped up and pushed me and the Verbalee and salted me using many off colored swear words and told me if I cant do it that I needed to leave or he was going to finish for me off. I then took it that if I didn't leave I might be physically hurt by Brandon a.k.a. Max and I quickly told the manager I was leaving if I can get treated any better than this and that I would be talking to My Attorney-and I'll left. While all this was going on the day manager Brittany was out in the lobby with her son and her mother and 15 year old sister and Tommy the over night manager laughing and joking in front of costumers. I'm reporting this burger king to the BBB better business bureau and the health inspector. Also will be pressing charges towards Burger King for poor work environment. Gate City VA 24251. [protected]-8213 my family in the tri city's are very well know, my aunt is Judge Jean Stanley and I have no problems getting representation and have done so all ready. This all can be stopped if I can get an apology from the owner Diane Clayton or a written apology.

Burger King locked me out of my account. Bunch of bullies. They locked me out of my account and are threatening to sue me. I admit that I was angry when I posted this. I made most of it up because I was angry that they fired me. Now they locked me out of my account after threatening to sue me if I do not remove this post and tell the truth. Well how can I remove a post if they blocked me from my account. Also why are they being such bullies? I only posted this in anger because I was fired less than an hour ago. Bunch of punk bullies.

This is the worst burger king in town... Ever morning I go there before work to get breakfast and not a day as gone by where there always OUT OF ANYTHING etc biscuits jelly salsa for burritos and also there sweet tea is always and I mean Always sour it sad how the store is run many employees but guess there just not doing there job..something need to happen or corporate needs involved

Burger King getting orders right

Went thru drive thru ordered 2 hamburgers no pickle. I received 2 plain burgers no condiments at all and the buns were scorched. And these rude workers want $15hr, what a shame. They need training on public courtesy and speaking. If i wasn't so far down the road or would have gone back, so i chocked down 2 dry burgers. The receipt clearly says 2 burgers no pickle, maybe they need to learn to read, stop playing and do their jobs

Burger King poor service

I went into Clovis NM store only because the drive thru was stacked. No one was at front counter so i stood waiting for five minutes! Drive thru girl saw me and so did the girl packing orders and NO ONE acknowledged me so i left! I understand drive thru was busy but im a customer too and i work in customer service ALL DAY and NEVER would i let a customer be treated that way!

Burger King breakfast at oakland, california

On 4/28/2018, I took my friend to Burger King located on International Blvd, Oakland, california. 94601, (restaurant number 2288 on the ticket order number 20) with the main reason: to compare the food with Starbucks that he took me there one day earlier.

First, I can signed in the burger king WiFi but I can not access the coupon list (all showed up with the black lock on it)

I asked, the cashier said no internet.. I decided to order two croissan sanwiches for #4.00 displayed on the window as well as on the tv menu

The cashier asked me for a combo order... with coffee and hash brown... I said yes for it... the cashier name is: Elisabeth on the ticket.

The total was $12.43...

While eating we couldn't convinced ourselves that with only 2 small coffees and 2 small hash browns, and tax...the different in price was $8.43

I told my friend, that I will find out by writing this letter to you for advice and further explanation?! If any

Burger King service sucks (the manager evan is very aggressive and arrogant)

I went to the restaurant to buy 3 egg & cheese sandwiches; however, the person on the speaker (manager) was explaining the 2 for 1 promo. After a few minutes going back and forth about what I wanted and the price, I had to go inside to place my order. I came to find out that I was actually speaking with the manager, who was very rude, aggressive and disrespectful to me. He could not explain why I was being charged $12 for 3 egg & cheese croissants, even with a 2 for $4 promo going on. If it's 2 for $4, shouldn't my bill come to $8 and not $12? He then told me he's not going to serve me and was passing me over to another employee. I then told him don't bother, so I left and went to McDonald's instead. I used to like this location at the corner of Coral Springs dr and W Sample because I live around the corner but I will NEVER go back there if that is the type of service I'm going to receive. The only reason why I'm even making this complaint is because I'm also a business owner and I would never want to have an employee with that type of attitude representing my company or brand.

Burger King poor quality food

My daughter went to the local Burger King, Welsh Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia, PA around 10:30pm on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. I asked her to bring me a Whopper Jr with cheese, no pickles and an order of onion rings. She went through the drive thru and returned pretty quickly. All the food was cold like it had been sitting for a while. I was able to microwave the Whopper Jr, however, the onion rings were cold and hard as rocks. It's very frustrating because when someone goes to the drive thru and gets home to find the food is inedible, there isn't much to do. Your quality control at that location is terrible. They never should have served food like that. They had to know that stuff had been sitting for too long.

Burger King food and all around service.

I went to Burger King in Omaha, NE 68104 on N 60th St and I ordered a FRESH Crispy chicken club salad with Golden Italian dressing. First of all of the employees at this location were dressed inappropriate and done right disgusting. They have very clear views of food stains all over there cloths that you can tell is days old as if they never wash them once that week. Second of all I asked for a FRESH salad and crispy chicken, for some reason this BK seems to think that fresh is Salad that is halfway bad, and a crispy chicken that is stone cold and cut up into little pieces that have been refrigerated after the first cook.

This has not been my only experience like this at this Burger King location this is unacceptable. This BK is using bad grease to cook their food which can cause illness. I could tell from the taste of the chicken and this is very disgusting. This BK inside facility has been trashed on multiple occasions when ordering from the front counter. Two many times I have witnessed kids play and joke behind the counter no manager in site to make sure this facility is running according to hand book standards. I am fully prepared to go to the Health Department and KETV news watch 7 regarding the issue with this store this is UNACCEPTABLE.

This facility needs to step ALL the way up and take responsibility for the way this fast food establishment is being ran, because at this point its being ran into the ground. At any rate this is sad and just so happens to be the only Burger King in my area and I absolutely just LOVE LOVE LOVE BK just not this Burger King . I'm really disappointed that there has not been something done about this establishment in the last year that I've lived in this area. Please Please fix this store it needs a 360 turn around starting with STAFF and FACILITY FOOD these areas need strong maintenance .

Burger King poor customer service

I went today [protected]) the Burger King in St. Pauls, NC 28384 and as always my order was not right. I ordered a sweet tea and a CRS Egg and chs. The tea had no sugar in it at all. I called Burger king [protected] and spoke to the person that answered the phone. In the middle of me explaining to her that the tea has no sugar she interrupted me and said "hold on" about three times and started talking to someone else. I ask her to check her tea at the drive-thru and she said "ok, and thank you ma'am" and hung up the phone. She didn't even offer to make my order right. This isn't this first time I have had a problem with my orders. It's almost every time I go. I eat at Burger King in Lumberton and I never have this problem. I work in St. Pauls and I keep trying the Burger King in St. Pauls hopeing they will get it right.

I went to Burger King with my 3 year old grandson. All we wanted was an ice cream & ice coffee. It took almost a half hour before i got my stuff. I understand that it's lunchtime. But there was no reason for the cashiers attitude. When I asked her my ice coffee she just gave me an look like to say I'm busy. When i asked to speak to her manager she informed me that she was the manager. She raised voice to me and told me that she was short staffed. I told her that wasn't my problem. She was just so rude not just to me but to all of the customers. All she had to do was to say to people that she was sorry for the wait. People wouldn't be so upset. I have never ever had such bad service! I don't know how she became a manager. She needs to take a class or two on customer service. Better yet to buy a book on it. That is definitely a way to lose customers, By the way a few people walked out. I will never go back there!
