Burger King Vegetarian options

There are multiple burgers that first appeared to be vegetarian as they have no meat in them, but are cooked in such a way that a vegetarian would not be able to eat them. It's a shame as we were very excited and were planning on eating at burger kind more often as there appeared to be more vegetarian options than competing brand. I think that the items such as the Rebel Whopper and the Halloumi Burger should not be cooked in a way that makes the items that appear to be vegetarian unable to be eaten by vegetarians

Burger King lack of food and materials

went to belleview fl burger king . ordered 8 meals - no cup holders..no nugget sauce last week

this week went to burger king in villages on rte 441 - no french fries! they were subbing onion rings or mozzarella sticks . i was so looking forward to the fries...bought 2 for 10 wopper meals and asked for an additional meal for the 5$ - they wouldnt do without a coupon..after not having fries, that was insulting. so i just got a wopper jr meal and ended up costing me more.

if they do thier own ordering - they should be considering the population explosion!

Burger King Management

I just wanted to follow up on an unpleasant experience I had a few months ago at this restaurant. On a Saturday about 10am, I ordered breakfast with a diet coke, on my way to an estate sale. I'd been to this BK over 100 times since we lived in Pembroke Pines, a few blocks away, so this was common. The drink had little ice in it and by the time I was on my way back, around lunchtime, the little bit of ice was melted. I went back into the store and poured out the warm soda and refilled it with alot of ice and more diet coke. A few seconds later, a large black gentleman confronted me and said I had to pour out the drink. I explained what had happened earlier, but who keeps their fast food receipts as proof? We had a long (not heated), but embarrassing discussion about customer service to the point another restaurant patron, who seemed to know this employee/manager, said "why are you giving this gentleman a hard time". After about 10 minutes of disagreement, I told him that this .05 worth of sugary water would cost him hundreds of dollars of my business in the future. He didn't care. I just wanted to let your corporate offices know I've driven past that BK hundreds of times hungry and I can assure you that I will never spend another nickel there out of principle. I'd rather drive several miles away if my family wants BK that bad, but usually select a different option now. I'm very obviously not homeless. This is a very affluent area that I live in, and surely I could've bought a new soda. This may even be a company policy that when a patron leaves the premises, you can not come back and refill a drink. Even months later I'm still disturbed by the short-sighted behavior and my embarrassing expereince to the point I'm wasting my time writing a letter about it.

Burger King Food overheated

I went to Burger King on 2/19/2020, Store#544, I asked for a whopper off the broiler and they heated the burger up in the microwave and made it too hot. The lettuce and tomato was mushy and nasty from the heat. IT made me sick trying to eat it. It was so hot that I had to wait a while before I could eat anything. The food was not good at all. The onion rings were cold which was disappointing because it was around lunchtime. I paid 7.00 for a meal that I couldn't eat.

Burger King poor service, incorrect order

I arrived at the drive-through and there was no one inside the restaurant. I saw two women outside the restaurant smoking and on their phones. There were no employees inside the restaurant so I drove around and asked the women when The drive-through would be open. They said their break would be over in 10 minutes. She also said that they were short staffed. I returned it to the drive-through and they took my order. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and three kids meals. when I got home I realized they gave me a crispy chicken sandwich with bacon which I could not eat. I called customer service number twice and made a verbal complaint but never got an answer from management nor did I receive any compensation.

Burger King drive thru order

On Feb 9, 2020, I went through the drive thru at this establishment. I go here at least 2 times a week. I was here this day at 7:30 PM. My order number was 35. I ordered a Whopper, no lettuce. When I got it, there was only 1/2 of a burger patty in this sandwich! I also ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. I could NOT bite into this if I wanted to. It was as if the chicken had a thick sheet of cardboard inside.
Altogether, this was my entire meal, which I paid $6.54 and basically wasted because nothing was edible! This is not an item easily returned at the time, as I live 30 minutes out of town!

Burger King restaurant was shut down and locked

My husband and I went to have dinner at 5:49 PM.
Got our food the next thing a person behind the counter LOCKED the door. There were several customers eating at the time.

Said person said "I am LOCKING the door as one of our people has left and we are closing the dining room.

We had to let him know when we wanted to get out so he could UNLOCK the door.

I INFORMED him that having the door LOCKED while there were customers still inside was against FIRE REGULATIONS.

All he said was there was another door. You are REQUIRED 2 EGRESS EXITS in a business.

They were cheering before they locked the door when the lights flickered saying"yes power out we can leave. They turned people away at door with sign to use drive thru. NOT ACCEPTABLE

I think that your employees need to have refresher courses on how a business is run and SAFETY LESSONS.

Burger King food, customer service

I was at this location & I went through the drivethru. I got ready to make my order at the drive thru where I proceeded to place a order for the croissant ham egg and cheese meal. They then proceeded to let me know that they didn't have any hash browns. What I thought would have happened was they would substitute the hash browns for something else. The guy who took my order at the drive thru was rude (which I didn't appreciate) and unprofessional. The manager I spoke to when I went in was like, we have hash browns they just not cooking properly (not the customers problems) I always pretty much go to that BK a lot but this will be the last time. I'll just head down the street to McDonalds! Very disappointed!😡😡😡

Burger King jr. whopper

Requested sandwich with no onion. Got sandwich and it had onion. I went into the store for that very reason. I choose not to say anything because I knew I would be able to remove the onion, but that is the very reason I do not use the drive thru. I want you to now that if it happens again it will be my last time visiting a Burger King. We have 2 Burger Kings in town and both seem to struggle with customer service.

Burger King drive-through

I called the 1866-394-2493 # and it took 3 customer service agents just to file a report Rene, Wayne, Treasure, and now waiting on supervisor "Daniel" that doesn't give out lasts names.

This is why i'm submitting an online form!

On Feb 6 2020 7:30-8 pm @ 12790 NW 7th ave North Miami FL. 33168 while waiting on the drive through. Someone poisoned my food. Since I go to drive though's a lot, and know people that work at drive through's I know that's a thing there doing at night! You as corporate need to crack down on this as it could be a serious law suit. I was puking and sweating all night right after consumption. I expect an investigation or I will personally see to it that everyone knows about Burger King poisoning there own clients!

Burger King dorothy haymon

I was hired on January 30 and have prepared myself for work this week. I have been constantly call to request that she does her part in my onboarding process which she never completed. I called today on February 5th and was told she wasn't there so I spoke to the other manager n told her that this is very unprofessional and she then cursed me out and told me that I won't be working for Burger King. I feel this decision is very discriminatory and I will have my lawyer take a look at this case if she doesn't get any consequences for these actions. She needs to know that what she did to me over these past couple days was very unprofessional and the response I got today is very disrespectful. As a manager she is supposed to conduct herself in a way that's professional but today those curse words were very unacceptable. She also hung the phone up in my ear after she verbally abused me. My lawyer will be in contact because I am going to sue your company for discrimination. Feel free to give me a call at [protected].

Burger King location number 6919

I visited this location in Brandon, FL on Sunday at 2:30 in the afternoon. The cashier was outside. When she came in the restaurant she carried on a conversation in the lobby with the store manager for 5 minutes before she came behind the counter to even say hello. The drive thru attendant looked to be the only other people behind the counter. He was busy and had to ask the cashier to come help us. She was no friendly. She didn't apologize for any wait. It took us 20 mins to get our food. There was no other customers in the place when we got there, but 3 came in behind us. All the while the manager sat at a table looking at his phone and never appeared to care customers were waiting. Shameful. What is wrong with people. Your brand is your brand. Why would you settle for being the Kmart brand of the fast food service.

Burger King service time for waiting for food including ordering

I went to BK on 2-1-20, at 4:54PM to purchase two double cheese burgers at the drive-thru. I was told to hold my order. I set there for 15 minutes at the speaker, and no one ever came back to take my order. I went inside, and it took approx. another 15 minutes to order, and receive my two burgers. There were only 3 people including the manager working in the restaurant. There had been no one in the drive-thru lane, and only one person in the dining area. There were only 3 people in line in the cashier line. I felt this was unacceptable, I did not bring this complaint to the manager's attention because he acted as if he was rushing to fill orders. I go to this BK at least once a week, or more. I was very disatified with the time it took me to obtain my two burgers. Three people on duty at BK- the cook, a cashier, and a manager seems to be an improper way to conduct a restaurant. I enjoy eating at BK, but if this continues, I will eat somewhere else. Thank You.

Burger King completely raw chicken sandwich

I stopped at the Newley open BK in Hewitt dr in Hewitt texas on 1/29/20 at 11am for lunch for my husband to take to him at work and he was so grossed out he threw up after biting into a completely raw chicken sandwich. He became ill from this incident for the rest of the day. I have sent requests twice for that manager to call me and never called me.
Due to this incident we will never again eat at any BK.

Burger King cold coffee and the burger king employee who served it

On Tuesday, January 27, 2020, my wife and I went to this location to eat breakfast. We ordered the offer on the app for two sausage crossaints, two hash browns and two coffee's. I asked for a substitution on one of the coffee's to an orange juice. Also, I was not even offered my receipt.

When I received the coffee and added creamer, the coffee was cold. Usually, when I add creamer the coffee is still hot. I asked the counter person if I could have a fresh cup of coffee, she was going to give me another cup of coffee from the same carafe that the first cup came from. She also asked another customer that came in after me if the coffee was cold. She answered, "It's lukewarm."

Then your employee proceeded to prepare the fresh pot of coffee. After what seemed an eternity, the coffee was ready. She didn't even say she was sorry or make any compensation for the fact that I had to wait so long.
I can understand that she may have been attending the drive through and the front counter, but that is no reason to treat a customer rudely.
I was not able to truly enjoy the experience of sitting down and enjoying my coffee with my meal. Nor enjoy eating breakfast with my wife because of waiting for my coffee.

I will not be going back to this Burger King again.

Burger King NEVER return to the Smokey Point location

This was our first time at this location, we placed our order for the new two for $10.00 Whoppers, the deal offered fries and drinks with the burgers. The person who took our order did not seem friendly, it was the drive thru, we thought maybe she was just having a bad day. Our total was $12.68. When we paid, she was just as unfriendly as she had sounded, no smile, no thank you. Short, stout woman in her 40s with dark hair. We paid with a $20 and 68 cents. We took our $8 change, our sack of food and our drinks, started to drive on and found we had been shorted our fries. We couldn't back up, there was a car behind us. We drove around the store and went back for our fries. She demanded our receipt, she looked at it and said we hadn't paid for fries, just Whoppers (2/$6) and two drinks. $6+ for two SMALL drinks? No apology, take it or leave it. We decided to leave it and asked for our money back. I was handing our change back, when she actually demanded it, ignoring the cash I was trying to give to her. Two co-workers were lurking in the background, an older lady with a black bun and a tall skinny guy with chin whiskers. We realized a bit later, that she had short changed us our 68 cents. We drove down to the Burger King on 4th Street in Marysville, where the employees were friendly, competent and our order was fast and perfect! BTW, the charge was $12.11. Needless to say, we will NEVER return to the Smokey Point location, EVER.

Went thru the drive up, and attempted to our meal and the guy at drive up, was screwing up our order, bouncing back and forth between the two meals which were simple and confusing us so bad we couldn't continue to order in fear of what we might end up with. Burger King Very upset with the service

I stopped at this Burger King for Lunch. The manager was the one working the window and taking orders. When I pulled up to the drive through all they said was exactly this "what would you like". I was off put by the very unfriendly "greeting" because she also had a very bad attitude in her voice. Then after I ordered all she said was "pull forward" she didn't even ask if that was all or repeat my order or even tell me my total. Then when I got to the window she said my total with attitude and grabbed my debit card out of my hand. She then went to bag my food and left my card somewhere and then handed me my food and my card back after she walked away and left my card somewhere and I really didn't like that. She didn't put any napkins in my bag and didn't say thank you or have a good day or anything. My coke for my order literally tasted like cigs and my whopper had everything all in the middle and nothing was spread out on the sandwich. I didn't receive any receipt or anything from my order as well. I couldn't finish my sandwich and I literally had two sips of coke and threw the rest away. I was very upset with the service and my soda and very upset about my debit card being left on a counter somewhere and I will not be going back to that location at all. I left that store bummed because they were so unhappy to be at work and it was very clear.
