Burger King food

Yes when I order my food I asked for no lettuces on my chicken jr and when I got home it was cold and full of lettuce than I order my son a burger with only ketchup because he allergic to pickles and when I got home his burger had everything thing on it I believe that screen is there for a reason to make the food how the customer want there food and should have been made the right not wrong way especially when I pay for me with my money Never Would Go back to this burger king

Burger King my food

I just came through drive through around 4:30pm aug 7 I asked for marinara sauce which they suppose to give it to a customer anyway if they order mozzarella sticks and I ask for no onions on my whopper and they gave it to me anyway and they also didn't give me a receipt I thought they suppose give that to every customer that order from Burger King or any other restaurant

Burger King cheating me on my order

i ordered 3 large onion rings, double whopper king and pulled poke king burger.The general manger Mary brought the order out to us which we had to wait for the onion rings to finish cooking. Something told me to check my order and when i looked in the bag there was only 2 thing of onion ring and a empty carton that the onion rings comes in, she going to tell me that we ate one of them and i went back in there and told her that my order wasn't right she's going to tell me that she couldn't give me my other order of onion rings which she said that we must have ate them how could we have ate them when we haven't even left the place . she reviewed the tape and showed me that she bagged 3 things of onion rings when there was only 2 of them in the bag. how can a child eat a large thing of onion rings in that short of time when we just had made a turn around at the eexon station. she going to tell me i do know how to bag i said ever dently you must not know how to count so when reviewed the tape you can see her bagging the food but we she called herself bagging something she blocked the view of the camara so you really couldn't see what she was doing . i have never had no problems at burger king about no order there before.

Burger King missing product & rude/unprofessional management

I have already submitted a complaint by sitting on the phone for almost an hour. I have yet to receive ANY kind of resolution, not a phone call or letter in the mail, NOTHING! my receipt is fading slower than my care to ever return to ANY of your establishments!

Burger King my breakfast sandwich

I always get the 2 for 4 breakfast sandwich the French toast sausage egg and cheese sandwich and it always have 2 half's of egg and on this particular day I go and order it and it's one half which I noticed after I got it after being parked like every time I come for 2 sandwiches i left because I was hungry but it totally wasn't fulfilling and it had me upset you guys finally have something that is better than McDonald's mc griddle and to cut my egg in half I'm not happy about it I'll never go back and get it again if you wanna contact me my number is+[protected] my name is Dee

Burger King extremely slow service

I went to the drive up today during my lunch hour and there were six cars in front of me. It took me 20 minutes to get my food. A coworker also went there and was told to pull over and they would bring her food to her. After 15 minutes she went inside and they forgot her order. She said there were several angry people waiting for their food. They need new management at this location. I will not be going back. By the way, the tacos are horrible!

Burger King managerial customer service

I've already filed a complaint and this was the response. I need and explanation for this kind of behavior. Customers have been belittled for years, can I get an answer please.
I am traumatized by this experience, hurt, embarrassed, and all that verbal abuse displayed by manger .being disrespectful to my kids and I. I have never experienced this and still trying to digest what really took bbn place.

Burger King service. manager lied to me and told me that marinara sauce was discontinued

Today at 11 I went to Burger King and the girl, (Elvira) didn't give me any Marinara Sauce with my order that included Mozzarella Sticks. So I went back and the Manager told me that there wasn't any MORE and the Staff (Esperanza) decided to continue the Lie and say that it was Discontinued and (Elvira) decided to agree. So I went to another Store Near by to get Marinara Sauce and to find out the truth and then back Again to Store #571 and found out that the Manager, (Alizia) Lied to me when Elvira gave me some Marinara Sauce After I asked for the Store to Complain.

Burger King managers conduct

Was In the area of Store #11633? 14820 Griffin Rd Davie, Fl 33331 ... First, I'm a Decorated USAF Veteran, Semi-retired senior citizen, and business owner...came into this restaurant since it was near to t?he area I was working and since it was raining thought I'd stop in and give it a try...Unfortunate decision on my part...I'm a long time BK customer... I went and ordered a decaf coffee which paid...have my receipt...for some reason the management didn't want to sell it to me? Something about...at this time they don't get orders for coffee...much less decaf coffee...anyways recved my first cup...with great reluctance they gave it to me...well as I was working on my laptop and not bothering anyone...finally wanted a refill...went to the counter and when I did...the most horrendous experience began...they didn't want to give me a refill...the manager lady by the name Tylee...that's what she said her name was...? Told me in no certain words that they would have to make a fresh cup...and they don't normally serve coffee at this time...much less decaf...she also said it would cost her a $1 to brew it...Laughingly in front of the other employees she proceeded and with great reluctance began to pour water through a filter of coffee grounds...and it was handed to me...It had the appearance of light tea...Said I didn't want it...and she proceeded to chastise me in front of her employees...very disrespectful...She said...all I've been doing is sitting in her restaurant for hours and drinking coffee...only had 2 refills...she didn't say there was a limit on refills….Well, after all this...I ask if I could get a receipt that I could read...I was definitely going to report this...she says...she couldn't and wouldn't go back to find a duplicate...she spoke to me like a child...Finally, while smiling...she exerted her authority and told me to LEAVE HER STORE...Felt that she would continue to upset me and call the Police on me...felt very threatened...When I arrived home my daughter ask me what seemed to be the problem...Didn't say anything...Was not combative with her...you can check the your cameras and see the entire episode...

Have never been as embarrassed and treated like this before...Burger King is way too much a professional organization to have someone represent them like this...Will not go back to this restaurant ever as long as she is there...and I belong to many organizations...will be telling them about my visit...You may not do anything about this...maybe you will...maybe you won't...know for sure...something is very wrong with this management team...it's a shame...it is a beautiful store...

Burger King service

Ordering the food wasn't the issue. It's when we paid and received the food is the issue started. First whose bright idea was it to put the window employee who has the least amount of teeth at the front. She had one tooth in front and it was rotten to the core. That really made my family and I enjoy our food. I had better servers at the DFAC in Iraq and they were locals. Once we got our food the problem got worse. We received no onions rings that we had ordered. And after checking our whoppers we had noticed no bacon which was ordered, and no lettuce or tomato! Isn't this your signature sandwich!? I spent 38.72 for all of this. Attached is my receipt from the register that was screaming to have the ink replenished.

What does her lack of teeth have to do with the service you got? They cannot discriminate based on appearance. While the rest of the issues is a right to complain, you are discriminating due to her lack of teeth? Maybe she has a medical problem.

Burger King whopper

Everytime I come here I order Whopper with cheese no pickle, they never get it right. Always have to wait again for the correct sandwich. Roaches crawling in the floor. Bathrooms are always nasty and the staff are not friendly at all. I would drive 30 miles to the nearest Burger King before I would eat here again. This is the nastiest Burger King I've ever seen!

Burger King service

Tuesday August, 6: It was about 8:30 in the morning so there was virtually nobody there and I waited in line for at least 10 minutes (I was the only person eating at the restaurant!). The drive through lady saw me and didn't say a word to anyone to come help me! After waiting I left WITHOUT food! I am extremely disappointed in Burger King and I will NEVER eat there again! I suggest you fix this predicament before you loose anymore "valued customers"!

Burger King service from the manager

I have been coming to this burger king daily for food. There is one manager who stays at the drive thru. He has been making inappropriate comments to me when I place my order. It has become uncomftorable and I asked him to stop. Unfortunatly, he has not stopped his actions. Please address this matter

Burger King i'm an employee at the greenbrier store in arkansas

I've worked at a handful of fast food chain stores and most I know all carry and have the same rules on family members being managers at the Same store well this one has 3, store manager cj has decided to hire his brother, his cousin, and soon to be nephew in law, to be another manager, and opportunity is supposed to be available and equal to everyone. From the months I've put in as a full time team member, I can say without a a doubt their is definitely a whole lot of favoritism being show to the store managers relatives instead of the other employees who do work hard as I do and would like to know if something can be done about this. And how soon?

Burger King tacos

I have now been to this Burger King 3 times to try the new tacos. I am being told they are sold out. The last 2 attempts were on Thursday August 1st and Saturday August 3rd both times were around 4 pm. I do not care for this Burger King because every time I go there I am made to pull forward to wait for my order instead of waiting at the window. This happens whether there is someone in the line behind me or not.
I would very much like to try your new product however I find it hard to believe that every day at 4 pm they are sold out. I will not go to this Burger King again because they are not customer oriented. This location looks like it could use my business as it never seems they are very busy.
I am a very unhappy customer.

Burger King new tacos

I went and drive 20 miles to try your new tacos. After waiting for them for 15 minutes, and I was the only car in drive thru. I received my 8 tacos, all were cold and so hard my wife and I could not eat them. Total waist of $10 from a senior couple in disability. I have my receipt, order number is 56, I want my money back on my card today or I will spread the word on social media .

Burger King food quality and employees

I went in to the burger King on rivers near McMillan order a dbl stacker and a crispy chicken combo 1 st there was a 20 wait cause the cook was out side gossiping with his friends and the store mgr was sitting in the lobby with kids laughing and didn't address the issue first hand then after 30 min I finally receive my food look threw it cause the cook didn't even wash his hands and didn't wear gloves to make my food

Burger King drive thru

I went to the drive thru this morning and ordered 2 egg and cheese croissants and one ham egg and cheese croissant. I looked in the bag after I moved up and there was one sandwich and some potatoes. I went inside and they changed the order but they acted like it was no big deal happens everyday. When I got home the hanm egg and cheese had no egg on it. I paid for something I didnt get this is just ridiculous.

Burger King tacos

Burger King should be sued for false advertising. So disappointed in Burger King. The tacos I purchased looked nothing like what is pictured in ads and menus. They had little to no lettuce, had no cheese, snd the meat was a deep fried joke. I can go get two of those same tacos but a little bit better at Jack in the Box for 99 cents. (Half the price).

Burger King service, lack of.

Ordered four regular menu items received it 20 minutes later after requesting money be refunded. When I requested a refund I was told that the manager was busy the clerk was told to get the manager. 5 other customers had the same issue. While we were standing in line at least 6 people left the facility. The manager asked one of the employees, the same one that said the manager was busy, to take over a cash register. That employee whined in front of customers saying she didn't want to. The Unknown female manager with blond hair that was working August 4th at 2 o'clock p.m. told her OK and left one register open with 20 people in line.

What crapshow.
