Burger King service was very poor

I went to the drive thru at approximately 7:28 P.M. 10/24/17. I noticed my food was extremely old and cold. I pulled around and walked in to get fresh food. It was no one to assist me but I heard them loudly in the back playing. I noticed all the food looked old and I wasn't getting any fresh food unless the cook it and I have to wait. I stood there and wasn't being assisted so I walked out to the car and grabbed my phone. I walked back in and took a picture to show the establishment. I was very disappointed.

Burger King entire franchise - 937 dixwell ave, hamden, ct 06514

I want to take a moment to congratulate bk, or at least the franchise located at 937 dixwell ave, hamden, ct 06514. To blantanly show complete disregard and infuriate customers trying to give you money, and be able to do whatever you want, make terrible food, close whenever you feel like it, have 6+ employees watch curtomers stroll by while you give them directions to mcdonald's, etc must mean you're doing very well and don't need customers. I guess you should be proud, although even if I didn't need the money I would still be embarrassed beyond belief to treat anyone this way, let alone customers.

In the past month alone i've tried going there only to find out 3x they closed before 10:00 pm when online it says they're open til midnight, have been told they have no burgers (So the "burger king" doesn't have burgers), 2x couldn't get crispy chicken, and most recently again this evening, walked 1.5 miles in torrential rain and wind (Go ahead check the weather in ct) to arrive at 10:25 and see 6+ people sitting around with all the lights on and be told they're closed. Why do you need 6+ people to watch the lights stay on and refuse money? Why doesn't your website say that bk offers whatever food they have leftover for you and closes whenever they want? I would've liked to join the employees smoking weed, but couldn't because would've been too hungry and couldn't get food. I literally had bk employees there suggest I go to mcdonald's bc they are open the hours they say they are.

God bless that bk that they make enough money to piss away customers. I can truly say I will never visit a bk store again ever. I'll starve to death before I give a single penny to a restaurant that literally laughs at their customers for trying to give them money and are that lazy. I understand if it's slow and you want to close at 11:45 instead of midnight, but to close before 10 yet advertise midnight! Such a joke and the fact that corporate allows it says all I need to know. I only wish there was a way to get all the money back i've wasted there. Being on a budget, i've been forced to eat bk at least 7-10x a week for the last few months, and will never go again. So congrats on your success and being able to piss in your customers face for trying to give you money

I don't understand this burger king on 937 dixwell ave the manager name shakita don't need to be a mjr cause she never wanna hire people. 1 of the employees that work there said that they need help they move slow as hell in front the mjrs don't help the employees at all when they get really busy. Whoever is the owner of this burger king needs to do a whole makeover with the mjrs and some of the employees! People need jobs people don't have time for the run around. BURGER KING NEEDS TO DO A BIG JOB FAIR AND ONLY THE OWNER NEEDS TO DO THE INTERVIEWS NO MJRS CAUSE THEY DON'T WANNA HIRE ANYBODY!

The girls in there on 10-22-2017 their customer service is horrible they represent the owner I feel real sorry for him they are going to run his customer to the gas station no greating no thank you acted like we were inconveniencing them the absolute worst cs I've ever in countered the food was stale the drive thru lady was loud obnoxious and not friendly the front counter lady should just quit period..I feel sorry for your establishment real sorry I will never go back there ever

Burger King food handling

Burger king in Rush City, Minnesota. They were making my food without gloves on. When i said something about it. The lady told the guy to wash his hands and put gloves on which he did but then continued to make my food with the same things he was handling without glove such as my burger bun and my chicken tenders. Thats terribly unsanitary. I am serve safe certified and I know that is a health issue. Something needs to be done about this. I walked out of that store with contaminated food.

Burger King drive thru

On 10/23/2017 I went through the drive-thru of store # 14398 in monticello at 5:48 pm. I ordered a crispy club salad, onion ring and a large diet raspberry coke, with a senior discount. I noticed that the screen said diet coke (This happens frequently). When I paid I was handed the soda and asked if it was diet and was told "yes". When I finally got home and went to drink it, I realized it was not diet. I wouldn't normally complain through this venue, but it happens too many times at the drive thru. If I wanted to eat inside I could get my own soda, but going through the drive thru allows me to get the food and drink to eat at home. I shouldn't have to taste and sip my food and drink to make sure it is correct. And, when I ask if the drink is diet, and the answer is yes, it should be diet coke. Normally I would take a sip, but this particular day I was bringing my cat home after surgery and didn't have time to do this. It is really hard to understand why the people working there cannot provide a service without having to be given the wrong product.

Burger King presentation

I only go to this Burger King Because it's on my way there's only two in my town one on North side and one on south side. This stores number is 1728 Abilene Texas. On North 1st. They store is so unfriendly they all seem to have a chip on their shoulders and you can tell that they hate their job. The food taste ok but it's always sloppy when ever I do happen to go there to eat. I think Burger King has the BEST hash browns and the BEST French fries. So good I keep going back for u satisfied customer service and sloppy presentation. I would like to go there and the person taking my order says I how are you welcome to Burger King and smile at me, instead of a sad lame and dry welcome to Burger King what can I get you. Thank you for your time maybe next time I will have a better experience. I have a video of me opening it but it won't let me up load, sorry.

Burger King breakfast items/service

I arrived at BK at 7:25 this morning and ordered 2 sets of the 2 for 4 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees. I pulled up to the second window, as instructed, and was greeted nicely by a young lady. However she advised that I would need to wait for coffee as she was making a fresh pot just for me. I waited for 20 minutes, watching other cars come and go through the drive through. How is coffee not ready in a fast food chain restaurant like BK at 7:25 in the morning? Then I notice that 2 of the 4 sandwiches don't have any egg. Very much ticked off at this location. Poor service and quality. Perhaps if people would plan ahead and care just a little this wouldnt happen.

Burger King manager/crew

On October 23, 2017 Monday night at 11:45 me and my wife went to the burger king the crew person in the drive thru window name was Kaieesha Taylor she was very rude and unprofessional she didn't speak or knowledge us she just told us the total and had a attitude with it (we ordered $1.49 Nuggets) when we got the food it was old as hell and when we went the manager act like she didn't care.

Burger King attitude

Yalls workers need a better attitude, and need to not be rude to customers or other co-workers, and they need to straighten their attitudes up, and they need to stop being racist towards any race.Like do I want to go to Burger King again, hell no now y'all have some very freaking rude [censor] people who need to get their [censor] fired. Y'all really need to do something, because if I worked there I would quit because I wouldn't want to be treated like [censor] from my co-workers.

Burger King entire store

Store located on Kirkman Rd., Orlando, Fl #5480.
Major verbal fight between all employees tonight 10/23/17 approx 6:45 pm, in front of customers. I almost called the police. Manager was also involved. Had no control of the situation. Language was terrible. All orders were incorrect. This entire store is going down hill. This is inexcusable.

Burger King the customer service

Drugs are done and sold on the rice lake wisconsin burger king store and managers do nothing about it. I went thru the drive thru other nite with my children for dinner what I thought was 2 employees smoking cigarettes outside was really employees smoking marijuana cuz when I rolled my window down to order that's all I could smell. Maybe burger king should get some managers that are gonna know their restraint . Your employees are not only drug addicts but berg rude to customers probably due to the drug use. And managers are doing nothing about it .we report it to Scott who is the district manager and he just ya ya a person. I understand you want to keep the employees you got cuz that burger king sucks but get a grip on yours store. Hire people with common [censor]ingsense

Chicago, IL 60633 two times at different times just to try the new Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake and the first time I asked about the shake they were rude about it and said they don’t have any shakes. Drive-thru order, got to window, an employee swiped my card several times, didn't go through. Manager Serena came to the window, swiped my card, nothing. I asked her to run it at a different register as someone did the previous day, she said '[censor]'€. Absolutely not acceptable language.
Please do something about this.

Burger King temperature and correctness of order as well as staff lack of friendliness.

The order taker tried to rush me although there was no need (no line). Kept asking if that was all when I was clearly not through ordering and cut me off when I tried to order dessert, so I didnt. The whopper was so cold that the cheese did not even try to melt. The rodeo king was ordered no mayo and came with extra mayo. The receipt was cut iff so I could not use the mybkexperience website due to lack of numbers. This was in the U.S. I know this is wrong website but have no other way for feedback.

Burger King a bad behavior

10/20/2017 I was in line at burgerking on mlk around 7:15 when I was behind a car that was being so rude to the person that was in drive thur I mean they were so rude they were calling the lady [censor] an they were gone whoop her butt so I got out of line and came in on the inside so I could place my order I saw that the manger shameika was upset from the way they were talking to her and it was a guy and a women that was in the car in front of me.. And the young lady shaneia was on her name tag was saying its go be ok to the manger tall darkskin girl shameika I know her she been working here for a while an she always has patients with me every time I come I feel yall need to do somthing to protect them thats a good worker u have she always cleaning everytime I come and she always got burger king smelling good her an the gm white lady tracy she so swet as well I enjoy coming to this burger king its close to my house plus I dont have to cook...

It was a good day at burgerking i enjoyed the service until i sat down an my food was cold so i ask the lady could she get me a manger so she did i ask could i have my food remade she said yes i got it fix again it was good and hot i love the crew that u guys have there the mangers were nice an team members i will return 10/18/2017

Burger King not staying open until hours as listed.

Boyfriend and I went to the North 124th Street, Wauwatosa, WI location last night (10/21) and arrived at 10:38PM. Online hours are listed that they are open until 11PM, but when we pulled up all the lights were off, as was the drive thru. Even the sign in the drive thru window said they were open until 11PM, but there weren't any employees, it was completely empty. We took a 10 minute drive out to this location on Capitol Drive, Wauwatosa, WI and when we pulled up to the drive thru there we were told that the entire system was down and he couldn't take our orders for another 20 minutes. There were three men out in the parking lot talking when we showed up and I can't help but wonder if one of them was the employee who didn't want to bother to take our order. We weren't even asked to come inside, or anything. How can the ENTIRE system be down and take 20 minutes to reboot? We left angry, hungry, and it was a waste of a drive. Ridiculous. We never had a chance to buy any food. I just would like you to be aware that some of your locations in the Wauwatosa, WI area have terrible reviews, and I have left a review of both locations. I am very unhappy with the time we wasted driving to get "fast food", when we couldn't even get it. Please also make sure your employee's don't close down the entire restaurant when it isn't even 11PM yet - as is listed to stay open until. Am not happy with Burger King at this point.

Burger King improper management

I was damn hungry and went to purchase food. They said they don't have the food and sent me away. They are not maintaining the store timings. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this store. One time they said the chef had walked away and they don't have anyone to cook right now. The other time they said, they had only little french fries left - How could someone satisfy their hunger with few fries? Worst store management ever.

Burger King service

First of all my order was incomplete, than when I called, very rude worker, than when I went to get my free whopper from doing a survey, and getting the free one they forgot( which by the way ruined my family supper). The same lady told a young worker that I am a [censor]. When I asked for my receipt. I was told it was on the bag. Well we know what tag goes on the bag, not the one with a total on it. so disappointed and irritated that a manager (assistant), I am not sure, either way bad very bad service. I work at a casino with lots of employees and I could make business bad for burger king. Besides, if I treated people like this at my job, I would have been fired. It was on October 5th, 2017 at the Wisconsin Dells, WI store. don't have the original receipt because I turned it in with the code to get free Whopper.

Burger King chicken sandwich

I Purchased two chicken sandwiches the number 8 today at approximately 1133 am..when we got home the chicken sandwiches were burnt. When I tried to call two times no one picked up the phone. I had to go to work so could not go back. This is poor customer service for the quality of the food and no one answering the phone. It was store #7345. I also work at a fast food and this would be totally unacceptable, I frequent this store at least three times a week for either breakfast or lunch and was totally disappointed with the service today. This was done through the drive thru.

Soy nuevo en el equipo de trabajo de Burgerking ellas. Me dieron como días de trabajo martes miércoles y jueves de 4pm a 10pm la primera semana bien el único problema sería que. Soy latino con español como mi lengua natal y un nivel de inglés bueno. Nadie me me mostraba su apollo y ayuda de un compañero. Aquí en le pedía ayuda al no saber. Que contestar o como. Marcar en la computadora para la orden. En la semana 2 me. Mando a Cosina. Pero me envió antes de mis horas de trabajo y el miércoles de la segunda semana. Hise. Check in y luego en enos 4 minutos me dijo Luis tiene que irte. Hoy está tranquilo. Y me dijo mañana que. Llegues no hagas. Check in Hasta que yo te diga si te quedas o te vas. Y no trabaje para la. Semana 3 ella me dijo que regresara a casa y que me. Llamaría el. Jueves con nevó horario de trabajo y cuando le llamo solo me dice que no puede hablar con migo en este momento. Enviado a buson de voz mis llamadas y no me da una respuesta cuando le pido que me envíe mi horas. De trabajo No tienen un motivo con el cual decir que hise algo malo para abusar de esa forma. Mis respetos hacia. Tengo muy buenas referencias de mis Chef con los que trabaje. Honestamente pido su ayuda ya sea que. Me transfieran a otro local .
