Burger King unsafe environment

On Sunday July 30 at 4:00pm, I stopped by the BK at 1601 NC HWY 55 in Durham, NC.
The parking lot was full of unlicensed four-wheelers and off-road dirt bikes parked everywhere, zooming around the building and blocking traffic. Some of them even had guns.
There were several BK employees standing outside chatting with the thugs.
There were more employees in the seating area chatting and laughing about the antics outside.
The police showed up while I was there and everyone took off into a crowded public street, nearly hitting passing cars.

With the management of the BK not doing anything to stop such behavior, even encouraging it, you make yourself liable for injuries received.
You have created and allowed to continue a dangerous situation.
I will watch the police reports for any accidents and I will contact the injured parties and offer to testify for them against you.

Is this the BK idea of a nice, safe place to dine?

Burger King service

This is the second time I went through the drive up and got the worst service. The girl at the window was very rude and hateful. Didn't say hello, frowned when I asked her for a LG. Drink and snatched the small drink glass and threw it in the garbage in disgust. Tired of this attitude.

Burger King drive thru service

My sister and i went to BK's drive thru around 11:00 pm. I waited for approximatly 5 mins before i was greeted with an "what you want?"! I was apalled at not only what she said but also shocked at the rudeness in her tone of voice. For some reason, i apologized and asked about the Lucky Charm shake. She rudely replied "We aint got no shakes for you right now." I was taken back and questioned whether or not i even wanted food from a place that had such rude employees. I mean if thats how they treat their customers verbally, whats the quality of the food going to be like? Next thing i hear is "are you ready yet. I dont have time for these games." Games?! I just wanted to get some food. I then began my order and she then shouted "WE CLOSED!" What!? I then heard her begin to take the order in the lane next to mine. Not just one car but 2 cars. She actually told me they were closed and went on to take the other peoples order. Ive never been treated so badly by any employee at any restaurant im my whole life! I completed my order and pulled up in line at which point a manager came out to collect payment. I went on to tell him about the whole situation ans said he didnt hear anything because he was in the back. I told him how completely rude she was to us and he apologized and excused her behavior away bc she " has an ear infection. '' I told him that maybe she should have stayed home, rather than come to work and treat customers the way she is. He really just brushed it off like it was ok. I decided at that point that i was not going to eat food from there. I asked for the employees name. He told me it and i left. I will NEVER go to that BK again.

Burger King service & support - store 2787

I will NEVER go to your facility at 61 East 2100 South, Salt Lake City, UT (store 2787) again! I waited at an empty counter for over 5 min. because there were no employees behind the counter! Finally, the woman came in late (late for work) and took my order.

The water down their catsup! It's about 50% water and 50% catsup. When I asked for catsup packs, they gave me (3) three!

Burger King homestyle cheeseburger combo

My visit to BK on 7/29/17 was the worst fast food experience EVER. When I pulled up to the drive thru menu I waited about 8 minutes to have my order taken another 5 minutes in line and 5 more minutes at the drive through window. My fries though hot tasted horrible it was obvious that the grease needed to be changed only with them being very hard. The Sandwich was obviously old and had been under the hheating lamp and extended period of time. It had melted cheese all over it meat and wrapper along with a fresh piece, the pickles and ketchup were steaming out and the bun and wrapper were soaked in grease. I ate 2 bits and threw it away. The lady at the drive thru window although she was rude she lacked professionalism in not apologizing to the wait .Nothing about my food was fresh and barely edible. I took 2 bites and threw it away. Worst Fast Food experience EVER !

Burger King drive thru/counter

I used burger kings drive thru and after placing my order they informed me I couldn't use the drive thru I would have to come inside because they are using a counter/timer. I had to park my car and bring in 4 children 2 which are a baby and toddler. I came inside and the employee just stood behind the counter and would not make eye contact. Another worker came and stood next to this employee. I said something to the first employee and they continued to ignore me. I finally was able to place my order which they were out of and didn't bother to tell me when I ordered it in the drive thru line. I ordered milkshakes and 3 out of 5 of them did not have whip cream. Everyone working behind the counter seemed in a daze and not very attentive to customers and doing their job. I would not come back here and recommend to others not to dine in this establishment.

Burger King supervisor

I was at your burger king in Kramer Junction yesterday around 1pm. While sitting and eating my meal I was distracted by yelling. One of the female managers was screaming at a young employee for a cup. She had all of us in the lobby watching as she chastised this employee. Upon leaving I asked another female employee her name and was told it was Candice. She was completely out of control and did not seem to notice or care about the scene she was causing. I felt bad for this young employee. He said something about someone had told him he could get a cup for his shift and she kept screaming "where's your money, why aren't you paying?" I really would dread to see what type of behavior this woman has behind closed doors.

I travel through here 5 days a week and have never wrote a complaint until today. It was really bothering me.

In regards to this same burger king, I was in there earlier in the week and there is a very large man, probably 6 ' 4" and over 300 pounds in the back cooking. He was sweating all over and would rub his forehead with gloves and then continue making food. I found this to be very unsanitary. I made sure that he was not a cook when I ordered my food yesterday. I think with his severe sweating there may be a better location to place him, besides the kitchen. Thank you.

Burger King order #5090 june 29th, 2016

I'm An Active US Military Airmen Stationed Overseas, Arrived This Morning And Decided To Give U Guys A Try So I Ordered​ Thru The Drive-Thru Window With Same Payment On 2 Orders That Were Combined, Had To Wait (Understandable), Order Was Incomplete, Missing Onion Rings, Instead Got Both As Fries, When I Specifically Asked For Onions Rings Instead Of Fries With My Order Of A Large Whopper Meal With The No Onions On The Burger, That Was Done Correctly, Nonetheless Therefore My Order Was Incomplete. I Know It's A Weekend And Kids Will Be Once Again Back In School, Unfortunately I'm Only In For A Few, And Will Soon Re-Deploy Down Range Once Again. Burger King customer service and ordering

this is the 3rd time I've been offered the 2 cheese burger meal and every time I decide to get this combo I order it with out cheese and only ketchup what's so difficult about this order I repeat it twice the 1st 2 times I just threw them away I was to far away to take them back but today I parked and checked them of course they were wrong again so I pulled back around to the window handed the burgers to the cashier and said I ordered these with ketchup only she took them brought me 2 more burgers they were correct this time but no apology no thank you no nothing and I also didn't get a receipt to show them they messed up and the iced tea I ordered didn't have ice in it this is unacceptable these people at this restaurant are never friendly please let them know there are many choices in this college town to eat at and the drive thru is extremely slow I doubt I will ever go back.

Burger King service

When my boyfriend and I came to Burger King, we expected more out of this place. It was filthy, there were crumbs all over every single one of the tables, we walked around everywhere to try to find a clean spot to sit down and enjoy our food, but we couldn't even do that. When we did sit down and try to eat, the table was very sticky and disgusting. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, I seen a spider, just crawling around. As I went to get up and ask for more ranch, the lady wouldn't even turn around and loook at me. She was busy turned around talking to someone else and didn't pay attention to me. So after 5 minutes of saying "ma'am?" And "excuse me?" I had to lean over the counter and get it myself. I was so aggravated by the time I actually got to sit down and eat my food I wasn't hungry anymore. My coke was flat, the food was cold, the service was [censor]. And the best part, as I went to throw away the nasty food, I seen a big roach in the corner by the trash can. In my opinion, you guys need to clean that place up, and have respectful employees before having customers. I will never return to any Burger King ever again because of the terrible experience. You guys officially ruined Burger King for me and my boyfriend. It was very horrible.

Burger King lake stevens, wa restaurant — manager — leeann

Leeann, the Manager at the Burger King restaurant in Lake Stevens, WA, is the most RUDE, LAZY, COMBATIVE restaurant management employee I have ever encountered. She either sits at her desk in her "office" behind the counter barking and screaming at the other employees -- OR -- she is sitting out front with one or two of her cronies drinking coffee and chatting. The ketchup can be out, the soda machine not working, your order misplaced, etc. and she will still refuse to help resolve ANY issues -- employee, equipment or customer related. She needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY and REPLACED with a Manager who cares, will work and get the job done!

Burger King service

07/28/2017

Went to the drive through and placed my order. Got all the way home when I noticed that the order wasn't even close to what I ordered. 15 minutes later I got to the store and went inside. I patiently waited in line until it was my turn. I told the girl behind the register that this wasn't even close to what I had ordered. She passed it to another person which then passed it off to another person. After sitting there for another 17 minutes I am starting to get really pissed off. It has now been over half an hour since I originally placed my order. Someone finally asked what I( was waiting for and that was when I flipped out. They all had a stupid look on their faces like they didn't know what I was talking about even when I pointed out the people that had passed it along. Finally one of the workers started acting like she was pissed off that I was pissed off and finally started to bag the order. When I grabbed the bag it ripped and the food went all over the floor. That's when I told the to all f*** off and left the store with people applauding me. To make it short, I paid $9.70 for a large Dr. Pepper. I couldn't even use the complaint site because they kept my receipt. Probably on purpose so I wouldn't give them a bad review. [protected]@yahoo.com

Burger King breakfast combos and poor attitude from staff member

I was to your store # 2023 on Bayfield Syreet in Barrie, ON this morning for breakfast sandwiches, hash browns and coffee.

The croissants were ice cold like they had just come out of a fridge/freezer. I received fries instead of hashbrowns. I opted to go through the drive-thru to get my order corrected, thinking it would be quicker. I attempted to tell the girl at the window about my order and passed her one of the sandwiches so she could feel the temperature of it. All she said was "give me the bag with the rest of the order" . I also told her that we were given fries instead of hashbrowns. She literally argued with me that I must of ordered fries and der woman who had taken my ordwrgrabbed the bag from me. I attempted to tell her that my daughter had taken a bite off her sandwich. She didnt acknowledge what I was saying at all and just said "pull up around the corner". I thought they had forgotten about me after 10 min and was about to go in to tell them forget it as I had to get to get to work when the older woman who had taken my order originally came put and passed me the bag. This time round one sandwich was again cold the other just warm but instead of sausage croissants they gave us bacon. I was so disgusted that they screwed my order up yet again, I through the whole works in the trash can before leaving the parking lot. I didnt have time to go back in, nor did I want to feel the wrath from that drive-thru employee. Im very disappointed as Burger King has always been my favorite fast food restaurant but after this experience I doubt I will be returning.

Please address these issues with your staff and retrain if necessary.

Burger King I am complaining about my service

Last night my husband and I went to Burger King in Monroeville Alabama and it was around 8 pm when I came into the store..no one was in line so that was great...I placed my order with 2 coupons and as well as serveral other items...so they was working off the drive thru cash register so orders was coming in like crazy...so 10 minutes after my order she come and tell me my total that was wrong so I ask what did she have...she repeated my order which was wrong and now she have to take it again...so I stand and wait about 5 maybe 10 minutes longer and she now come to take the order.. ok it's right now...I watch the manager and the other lady take many drive thru orders a d fill them while I stood there...I waited for 35 minutes for my order to come and when it did she forget to give me the cups...so now I go to fix my drinks...the machine was out of almost everything..and what you had to choose from it was so water down that it was the nastiest thing my family had to drink from Burger King...this was a late night run to feed my family and the food and service was terrible..I spent almost 30.00 on good to get home and be fully disappointed..I hope that they do better...I am disabled and had to stand and wait for almost an hour for burgers and fries is ridiculous... I am very unhappy with the service I was given and I how this get corrected because it should of never happened with a manager on duty

Burger King ice cream machine

Every time I have gone there and have tried to order a shake or even just an ice cream cone I have been told the ice cream machine is broken. Mind you this has happened plenty of times within a year. You would think that the company makes enough money that they would have replaced the machine by now. So I am pretty sure it is just the lazy employees not wanting to do their job and the machine works perfectly fine.

I have encountered the same problem at the central avenue Lake Elsinore CA location. Three saturdays in a row, i have been told no shakes, that they didnt order enough shake mix and ran out. Same employee all three saturdays in a row! I get one every night after work, to take home to my husband. I think it is employees not wanting to make shake!

Ordered/Paid/Transaction completed for a freeze drink - Unfortunately the machine was inoperable. I asked for an ice cream instead or my money back. The cashier was very polite & friendly and approached her manager (Araceli) a couple times regarding our issue and from afar, Araceli shrugged her shoulders, made a face towards her and said (in Spanish) "Oh just give it to her so she can go away" (English translation) Araceli mistakenly judged that I did not understand the language, in which I fully did. I did not respond at that moment, I waited patiently & took my ice cream. Thanked the cashier and walked away. After a few moments of dining, I did approach the cashier and asked to speak with her manager. I informed her that I understood what she said earlier and that she was very rude about the entire incident. She nodded, said ok - fine sarcastically...with no apology, no clarification or explanation - 100% Lack of Customer Service. This is my neighborhood BK and my 5 year old son loves going for their happy meals & playground. I will not be returning to this location because of her mannerisms and poor work ethic. I would like for her to be reminded that no matter how upset a customer is about a situation, they (Mgmt) must problem solve and diffuse the situation. I left feeling attacked with dirty looks and sad about my visit.

Burger King tired of workers not being able to get a simple damn order

Every time I go to Burger King no matter what it's for they screw up the order I speak English and they still can't get it right I am going to quit going to Burger King altogether until you guys Force your employees to get the order correct nothing like ordering something only to get something today I ordered a simple small cup of coffee three milk three sugar very simple I get it I drive a half a block take a sip of my coffee and it's black now I have to stop somewhere else to get milk and sugar un-freakin'-believable

Ordered Sausage, Egg and Cheese Croissan'wich meal. The egg was one layer and thin as a dime (not an exaggeration). Clearly not doubled over like in the pictures. Then when I got home and went on line to do the survey, I found out the bottom portion of the sale ticket had been cutoff before the survey code printed out so I could not do the survey. Very disappointing!

Burger King service and food

On 07/27/17 I went to Burger King #8675, drive through window. I ordered 2-Double Cheeseburgers, 1-Crispy Bacon Chicken (premium sandwich, and 1-Parmesan Chicken sandwich. There was no one at the drive through speaker to order, but one car ahead of me at the window to pay/pick up food. I ordered with no problem. After pulling forward, there was about a 10-12 minute wait for the car that was already at the window to drive off. I got to the window paid, then waited and waited. Finally, the manager opens window hands me a bag and shuts window. I knew by the weight of the bag something was missing. I kept tying to get someones attention through the window, finally the girl opens window and starts handing me the order for the car behind me - she didn't even ask for the money. I advised her this was not my order, but my order was missing a sandwich. She closed window came back with Manager. He said give me bag - gave him bag he looked in it handed it back shut window. After another 2-3 minutes, he came back handed out bag said here is missing sandwich. From the time I ordered at speaker to the time I drove off from drive through it was over 20 mins.
I live 18-20 mins away -- get home and this is what I had in the 2-bags.
1st bag: 2-single cheeseburgers no toppings ( thought they came with mustard/ketchup/pickle), 1-Crispy Chicken Sandwich with only Mayo and tomato, NO bacon or lettuce ?.
2nd bag: the one the Manager fixed -- One of those $1-(?) chickens that looked about paper thin, on a bun double its size, NO cheese, and soaked in the sauce top/bottom to the point the bun was falling apart.

This service was a horrible joke and the food was terrible and very disappointing. I spent over $15 dollars that was a waste.

Burger King lack of communication

I went to the Burger King on the corner of knob hill and 595 in broward county Florida. I get into the drive thru line at midnight and I am informed by the attendant to please hold, which does not pose a problem I figured they were busy. After waiting for 4 minutes I am informed by someone else through the intercom that the restaurant is closed. Why the hell am I sitting here waiting if you close at midnight?! I do not frequent Burger King that often as I typically go to McDonald's instead, but as it was along my way I decided to stop here instead unaware of the hours of operation. If it had been made clear when I arrived at the drive thru that the establishment closed at midnight I wouldn't have had any issue but the fact that I had to wait 4 minutes just to be told that you're closed and my time means nothing to you is beyond poor customer service.
