Burger King double whopper with cheese, onion rings and sweet tea

I ordered this meal last evening and ended up with a horrible stomach ache and ended up vomiting after along with diarrhea. Then I have had an awful stomach ache from the meal. Not sure what was not cooked properly, but I am not pleased with the food. Also, the facility here in Sterling, CO is not well maintained and is dirty when you enter it. The employees are not friendly at all and act like you are bothering them.

Burger King cleanliness; customer service; food was greasy and cold

I visited store # 1378 in Salem, NH. When we walked in there was ketchup on the floor; and before we got to the counter the floor was sticky and it wasn' t even near the soda machine. The attendant that took our order had no personality and no manners. The soda machine was out of ice and the trash was overflowing. When we got our food the sandwiches were cold and the onion rings were so greasy you could ring them out. This. is crazy since they weren' t even busy.

Burger King whopper (2 for $6 special)

10/27/17 - I ordered a Whopper special...1 regular and 1 just meat & cheese...both w/o onions. The regular had no cheese, despite having just paid extra for it (not happy about being charged for cheese in the first place). No napkins were provided. No receipt was given so now I cannot submit an online survey for a free Whopper. I would like a refund or at least free coupons. Thank you, Pam Forcier

Burger King bk not honoring coupon from coupon book I purchased

10-27-17, 1:15pm. i had purchased a "FundRays" coupon book to support local education, one of coupons was for a free whopper sandwich with purchase of whopper meal, went to BK location at Mobile Hwy. and Fairfield Dr. in Pensacola Fla. to redeem coupon, was told they would not honor coupon, was told i would have to purchase fries and drink to get free whopper, the coupon STATES that a free whopper was to come with purchase of whopper meal, coupon does not state i have to purchase additional fries and drink to receive free whopper. why did i purchase coupon book if Burger King is not going to honer coupon. i threw coupon away and Burger King will no longer get any of my business again.

Burger King onion rings

I have been a big fan of the Burger King whopper ever since I was a kid in the 60s, l still am. I stopped by today to get some lunch and decided to order some onion rings because I've always liked onion rings, Although I have never tried onion rings from Burger King. I have to say how disappointed I am with those rings, there wasn't even a hint of onion flavor in any of them. I could barely see any onion, all I tasted was breading. I paid $1.99 for breading. Just thought you should know.

Burger King french fries

Serving totally un cooked French fries. This location at West Palm Beach airport operated by HMS services seems to sit outside Burger Kings quality control system. You cannot use your receipt on BKs website to provide feedback. Data on receipt indicates Burger King #12500. Storeid PBIBKG01 the serving person was Aaliyah employee number 368148 and our order number was 6831

Burger King the use of cellphones while working

After placing my order I had to wait until two of the of the employee's finished checking their cell phones, one was a manager. After waiting on two drive through orders then mine was worked on, the guy who took my money filled a bag of fry's with no glove on so I refused that and told him that his hand's ad touched the food and her had no gloves on.

I don't even know why I gave this Burger King one star...because the place was a complete disaster. I very rarely go to fast food, except I will go to McDonalds for coffee occasionally if I'm on the run.
I went, for the first time, yesterday, to this Burger King, on 10-25-2017, through their drive-thru at 2746 Marconi Ave., Sacramento, CA. 95821, phone number there is [protected] and the girl at the window directed me to come to the front of the store with my car and wait INSIDE my car for my order to be brought out. Very odd request, to say the least, but I complied. So I drove around to the front of Burger King thinking to myself, this is REALLY strange.
In the meantime, a harried young Burger King employee kept bringing out orders to their various customers who were waiting in their cars.
I waited in my car for 20 whole minutes for my order! Yep, that's right, 20 minutes. . . yet still no order came to my car.
Y' know, there are times when I've thought to myself, that I am an impatient person ... but I broke the mold yesterday. For some reason I seemed to blossom with endless patience.
When I finally realized that by the time they remembered to bring out my order, a skeleton might be sitting in the car, along with chirping crickets.
Thus, I got out of the car, went into Burger King and asked for my order. I was met by that 'deer in the headlight look' from the Burger King employees. I kept looking behind myself thinking that "Chucky" was staring at them -- because I'm a nicely dressed woman...Not hard on the eyes at all.
There was an older woman, behind the counter, who seemed to be in charge but she wasn't wearing a uniform, yet directing every one as to what to do...Something was VERY WRONG in there. No one seemed to know what they were doing and they were all in a state of mass confusion, getting all their orders mixed up.
I told the older woman exactly what I ordered, which was a Whopper with cheese and onion rings and she said to me...wait for it...She said that she would have to refund my order for onion rings because they didn't have any onion rings out of the freezer.
Riiiiiiight. I said, "Never mind, I really have to go...just give me an order of fries instead. So she gave me the fries and I left thinking to myself - "I must be living in Sacramento because I've NEVER seen a fast food establishment that was this woefully inept."
These people were a mess. I kept thinking, Are they all on drugs? They should all be fired. These people need to be reported.
The oddest thing was is that I failed to ask, "WHAT IS THE PROBLEM HERE?" No, I didn't even bother. I was in a hurry and living in Sacramento where nothing weird surprises me.
Do NOT EVER go to this Burger King. It was the first time and the last I will ever go again.

Burger King store opening posted times... not open and less than satisfactory customer service.

My complaint is focused on the Burger King store located on Rt #53 in Hanover MA. 02339 by the Rt # 3 interchange.
The store opening hours are posted on the door as being 0600 hours on weekdays.
On Oct 17 2017, I went to the store for a breakfast. at 0635. There were workers in the store in the front area. All the interior lights on, but the door was locked.
I knocked on the window and a woman reluctantly came to the door and opened it with no verbal exchange. Not even a civil "good morning". She took my order and that was the end of my visit that day.
Two days later, on Oct 19th, I was in the area and went to the store about 0640 and the door was locked once again. There was a worker inside the door standing with a male that she had just let in and re-locked the door. When I knocked on the door, the male opened it and asked what I wanted. At a Burger King !?!?!?!? I told him I wanted to order a meal. He said they weren't ready for business and what did I want for a meal. The order was small, so they made the meal, let me out of the building, the male left at the same time I did and the female re-locked the door.
I went to the same store this morning, Oct 26 2017 at approximately 0625, and once again the lights were all on as if the store was open for business, but the door was locked. I knocked on the window and the male behind the counter, as well as a female with him simply stated at me.
I pointed to my watch and the male waved me away.
I left ! As a completely unsatisfied customer !
If the hours posting says 0600 hrs for weekdays, I expect the store to be open and ready for business at that time.
If there is a discrepancy, then the people in the store should exercise basic common courtesy and explain the reason the store is still closed rather than simply staring the customer down.
I frequent Burger King franchises at least three/four time a week, pay what ever the meal I have chosen costs and the least that can be expected is stores being open at the posted times, a civil customer oriented greeting and not a visual intimidation contest initiated by the employee.
I will not visit this store again, will be wary of other stores in my area, and I intend to voice my dis-satisfaction regarding this store whenever the situation presents itself.

Burger King not recognizing the senior citizen discount

I went to a Burger King Harrison avenue in Cary, North Carolina on 10/25/2017 around 9pm and was planning on getting dinner for my wife and myself. I was in the drive thru line so I gave the person my order and let them know I was a senior citizen and would like to get that discount. That person didn't say anything so I proceeded to pay for our meals. The person gave me the total and I asked does that included the senior discount. She paused and then said we don't give discounts to seniors. I've read were you do give discounts. I would've like to seen that she would've checked with her manager. But she didn't so I decided to forget about getting the food and I drove off. I just recently became a senior so I would like to be recognized and given the discount. She wasn't very friendly so that doesn't sit well with me either. You tell me why I should want to go back to Burger King. I hope to hear from you.

I pulled up to the drive-thru window to place an order and this lady who took my order felt annoyed, and was completely rude in acknowledging my order. Now I come to this Burger King most commonly, and almost all the time I'm greeted nicely and everyone seemed friendly. But this time I felt completely disrespected as a valued customer. I politely stated how I felt about my service and Maricela knew what she did and still acknowledgment of sympathy or regret. I asked politely for her name and she stated she couldn't give that information which I knew that was a compelety lie because than why wear a name tag? So I was able to read the name tag and get a jist of it. I don't appreciate how the situation was handled on this employees part, also claiming she was the manager. Well very very very poor on the managers part to handle this situation too. I was left disrespected and no sympathetic compensation.

Burger King cleanliness

This is the 2nd complaint I have had with this place in the past 4 months . The floors are disgusting. Sticky and just unclean. Which in turn causes flies and bugs. Not what I wanna see when I'm trying to eat . Last time it was the same thing with the cleanliness with extreme wait time. There just wasn't enough staff. The staff that was there was working their игее off, they need more people.

Burger King cleanliness

We recently went to Burger King in Sandpoint, ID., Thursday, Oct. 29, 2017. The front counter was very dirty, dirty finger prints, litter, tape had been removed and the dirty residue was on the counter. The floor in the kitchen area was littered with food and debris. I told the girl at the cash register the counter should be cleaned. When we left I saw it was wiped but the black tape residue was still there along with litter. Not very inviting.

Burger King store managers performance

To whom it may concern
My name is Albertene Ausmer. I recently visited your Burger King branch in Diamondhead Mississippi. I had a doctor's appointment in Diamondhead so I'll stop figured I stop and get some breakfast my daughter works there she's front cashier she took my order fix my order and I took my tray and I sat down at the front table closer to the front counter. Not long after that there's a lady walked up and made an order my daughter took the order I think she ordered a small cup of coffee and she served her. So the lady walked to the booth and sat down my daughter picked up a black I don't know if it was a tray or something she said something spilled in it like coffee so she had just walked away from the counter and went and rinsed it out and she was walking back when the lady went back to the front counter and the store manager was standing there so she walked towards the drive-thru window and yelled at my daughter said Antoinette you have customers up there and when she yelled I look because it shocked me, so at that time my daughter was walking back towards the front counter and she said oh I didn't know I just walked from up there and when my daughter said that the manager said I ain't arguing with you you can go home and my daughter just looked at her because she didn't argue and didn't say nothing. So my daughter walk to the front counter she looked at me and I looked at her and I just shook my head no. My daughter immediately got upset and she started crying and she told me that she was going home with me so the manager I guess it was a manager pulled her drawer had her count it and my daughter came home with me. My daughter cried all the way home because she was upset because she did nothing wrong she didn't argue with her and I was sitting there she was embarrassed because her mom was sitting and she heard everything. I am 74 years old I work at Walmart Im retired and I still work and that was very uncalled for. I feel something seriously need to be done because she told me that that particular manager yells at everybody in the store and nobody does anything about it. I didn't raise my daughter to disrespect nobody or talk back to nobody and she's a very hard worker and I don't think she deserve that. Diamondhead, Mississippi.

Burger King wrong order

I ordered 2 croissan'wichs with ham, cheese & egg, when I got home my sandwiches did not have any egg on them! Store on 8131 pat booker rd.in live oak, texas 78233. They forgot to put egg on my sandwiches. I don't live next door to the store so I didn't return the items to the store to correct the order. What can you do to correct this situation?

Burger King rodeo burger

To whom it may concern,

I find myself writing to you because of the recent visit I just had at my local Burger King store #16406 located on 7100 Coastal Palms Blvd, Panama City Beach, Florida 32408.

My husband made a trip to this Burger King to get himself 2 Whoppers a large fry and for me your Rodeo Burger. When he returned he was pulling the food out of the bag and asked me if this was the correct Burger. Upon seeing it I told him no this is not a Rodeo Burger, I proceeded to pull the picture up to show him what the burger look like. Checking the receipt he saw that he was charged a dollar for this little baby Burger.

I have attached two pictures, one picture showing the burger that I'm holding that is supposedly your Rodeo Burger, and the other picture is the supposed Rodeo Burger sitting next to your Double Whopper. The only thing on it is a tiny patty, pieces of onion rings and a dab of sauce.

This is the second time we have had an issue with this location within a couple weeks time, the last time my husband ordered a Whopper, it didn't have lettuce tomato or onion on it. We were upset to say the least but let it go, however, this time we are just plain mad! You can see what we got for the Rodeo Burger, this is total disappointment for us to say the least! Apparently your employees don't know what or let alone how to make your food properly!

This will be the last time I ever give you my business let alone any positive feedback!

Burger King drive thru order

I asked for a 2 Taco pack, a $5 whopper meal, a 2 bacon cheeseburger meal with heavy onion add mayo & no pickles & I went inside to get an extra order of chicken nuggets & large fries we ate in the car & were in a hurry but we immediately noticed that I got my whopper with no pickles heavy onion and my 2 bacon cheeseburgers with extra onion mayo & pickles all my burgers were wrong the fries were cold & the tacos were nasty tasted old weren't fresh at all.

Burger King wrong items given/no receipt with purchase

My husband bought lunch from your location today, 10/25/17 on 1727 E Platte Ave Colorado Springs
He had ordered two small fries, a buffalo chicken sandwich and two ten piece SPICY chicken nuggets.
This location is about 30 minutes from our home ad he picked up lunch after an appointment in the area. Upon arriving home I noticed we were given regular chicken nuggets. This was my lunch. The only reason I wanted Burger King was for the spicy chicken nuggets, I'm 24 weeks pregnant so what seems like a minor issue actually ruined my lunch. Attached you see a picture showing regular chicken nuggets as opposedto spicy. He was also not given a receipt for this transaction.

Burger King jr whopper

I ordered copper Jr with heavy pickle received one slice of pickle and the sandwich was so small, smaller than I remember. I been eating at Burger King for decades I am 53 and today not satisfied. I was customer care number 41 while at the doctor's appointment in . OK t is important that you review the product for 2 most people would go to Wendy's their dollar menu offers more and better portion. I really enjoy the Whopper but now know that the Whopper Jr is not for me. Still hungry.

Burger King honoring survey rules

On Oct. 5, 2017 I dined in with my family of six. After receiving my receipt I was told I could take a survey to receive a free sandwhich . After we got our meals I decided to do the survey( which I never do ) because the manager that took our order was not very friendly and messed the order up by rushing my grandson into ordering something he did not really want. She also made us and charged us for items we did not ask for. I told her when we got our order that we had not asked for all the sandwiches she had had made for us and she told me that I should speak up because no one could understand me by not talking loudly. In that I feel she was very rude. After I got home I took the survey and was given a validation code to come back with and the receipt from that day.After I did I was told I had to buy fries and a drink to get the free sandwich. That was not told to me so I did not receive a free sandwich.
