Burger King double whopper and regular whopper

Me and my wife ordered a double whopper w/cheese combo with onion rings and a regular whopper w/cheese combo with onion rings. When we got home both burgers did not have cheese and only one combo came with onion rings. It was almost as if we have had the wrong order. I usually wouldnt waste my time with this but thats not what i paid for. If any reimbursement is possible please contact via email

Burger King whopper

Ordered a whopper at your Edmondson NB location. Patty was half dark brown and half beige in colour. Was given a replacement not cooked from fresh either. I said I guess we'll try again only to have staff parroting my words to each other sarcastically "well have to Try again"! What a bunch of disrespectful incurious rude people you employ. This was written sitting here in the store. Sorry I did not think to take a picture of the nasty Patty.

Burger King both product and service issue

Near Walmart Super Center
Alyssa Varner and fiancé Dustin went to Burger King to get lunch before dropping off husband at work.
We ordered 6 double bacon cheeseburgers and a large fry. We got to dustins work and noticed all sandwiches were made wrong.
So, now being late for work, we drive back to Burger King because Dustin was paying for the food and he was very upset as well. Alyssa goes inside calmly, yet upset, telling manager food was made wrong and I would like to keep the wrong food I PAID FOR!...Plus get the correct food we originally ordered. They tell me no and make the food correctly. While I was standing waiting for the food, a cook in the back called me a [censored] to another cook employee. I acted like I couldn't hear them because I was extremely upset and scared, on the verge of tears and legs shaking uncontrollably...all because the uneducated employees of Burger King cannot make 6 sandwiches correctly and use curse words due to not being an intellectual. Now, fiancé Dustin is late for work and hungry, because he cannot eat his food until he gets a break. This all took about 30-40 minutes. I'm VERY upset...it sad because I have given that company tons of my hard working money and now I will be forced to not go there anymore. So, what I would like to know now is what are you go to do or say to make us feel comfortable enough to go back to Burger King and trust this will not happen again?! Please write me back as soon as possible.

Burger King ham, egg and cheese sourdough breakfast sandwich with slimy water

Picked up a sourdough ham, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. By the time I got it home it turned into a big slimy mess. The cheep paper wrapper turned into a wet slimy mess all over the bread and the inside of the bag. After cleaning off the wrapper I tried to eat the sandwich but now the bread was a real soggy mess. Also there was so much salt some one must have dumped the salt container on it. I could eat this mess. Also a ton of salt on the potato's. It would not have been as bad if the wrapper was better that wet toilet paper. Should be covered in a cardboard or foam container. I should have taken this back but I was so mad I just tossed it away and I just didn't want to drive all the way back to make a load statement in someone's face at the Davison, Michigan Burger King.
I doubt that my outrage will make any difference but if it does I may return someday.

Burger King 2 for $6

Went through drive thru at 10:40 and ordered 2 for $6. One whopper with extra onions, bacon and cheese and one spicy crispy chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese and four orders of chicken nuggets and the whopper had no onions and the chicken had no bacon or cheese. Worse experience ever. Did not receive a receipt. If it is not resolved we will not be eating there anymore. I payed almost 20 dollars for poor service.

Burger King burger king staff morgan city louisiana. 70380

I was just yelled at by 3 black employees through the drive through window because they could not understand the coupon code. I told them I did but the speaker must not be working. When I tried to hand them my money they turned their backs and we're all laughing at me and making woo woo noises. I finally just PUT my money on the ledge of the he drive through window. My friend was in the car and saw and heard the whole thing. They got even worse with the he woo. Wooo noises and laughing like goons. Worst bk experience ever, and I travel a lot. I am white and they were all black. Will never return to the Morgan City Louisiana bk EVER!

Burger King burger king

Went to the burger king in Southfield Michigan between 9 and 10 mile. I waited several minutes being 2nd in line to order. At least 4 cars behind me left. Finally I ordered a whopper and small chocolate shake. Laughing and rudely saying "yay we ain't got any shakes right now. " unbelievable! I said I waited all this time and you don't have what I want. Maybe you should put a sign on your speaker. This is ridiculous. I pulled away. As I drove by she stuck herself out the window and flipped me off! NEVER EVER have I been so disrespected! I want to speak to someone immediately. Tried calling the store to speak to a manager and of course no one answered. I will go to the news or who ever will listen if I don't get a call back. VERY UPSET!

Burger King manager was very rude and disrespectful

A girl took my order when I got to the window the manager Casey and the girl was at the window I ask could I add something on she told me go back around there was no need to go back around if there wasn't any cars behind me i ask can i delete my order she got mad threw my change at me and slammed the window in my face. I would never go back to this restaurant again!

Burger King food

I went to burger king this morning for what I thought would be a good breakfast. All I wanted was a bacon and cheese biscuit to satisfy my pregnancy craving. I ordered my meal and took it home to enjoy but the biscuit was squashed and crumbled to the touch. It was a HUGE disappointment. I tried eating it still but got tired of picking up pieces of the sandwich so ultimately I threw the rest out. This isn't the first time this happened which sucks because I love burger king lunch. I just hope the quality if your breakfast gets better, I'll just have to stick to McDonald's for now.

Burger King manager mistreat and cursing the coworkers

I Drive w/ my wife at the Burguer King Located at NW 79 ave and 36 st today may 10, 2018 at 8 14 am I order by the drive trut, but went I get to the window I discovery that the manager by the name in his name tag Orlando V. is cursing and mistreat the coworkers by works in spanish like (puta, no joda etc.) that means bich, [censored] off etc.
sorry to be so expecific.
he said it in from of me and my wife, them wen I talk to him and I say it, that not the way to treat people, he said that he treat his employies the way he want, and his decition was not give me the service. and he close the window in me face.

Burger King overcharged at bk at exxon station in ramsey, nj on 5/1/18

Hi there,

I want to start on a positive. I love you guys! As a vegetarian, I appreciate the veggie burger option and get the value meal a few times a month, sometimes more.

I either get the standard/regular meal and sometimes opt to "go medium." The price in NJ is either $6.60 (with tax) or around $7.68 (with tax) when I go medium.

The other day I was excited to find a BK at a gas station in Ramsey, NJ. I asked for the standard veggie burger meal (no upgrade) and paid at the Exxon desk. I remember thinking $8.20 sounded like a lot but thought maybe there was a convenience fee.

Normally I ask, but I was running late and went on my way. Later I looked at the receipt and saw that I was charged a la carte for the veggie burger and medium coke/fries.

The food was excellent, but I was disappointed to be overcharged $1.40.

A refund or coupon would be great.

Burger King food was all uneatable cold and friend more than one time

Every time I go to the burger king in Edgewater Florida store store number 9633 They sell me not only cold food but in most cases double dipped fries and chicken nuggets.Needless to say everything that i was counting on for dinner tonight for my family had to thorn away for it was all uneatable. this is like the 4th time this happened to me there .Will never go there again. Just thought you should know what is going on there .If this was my franchise i would send a spotter in there to find out for yourselves what is going on there.

Burger King bad customer service and dirty facility

I went a few weeks ago..and ive always noticed that there nuggets are old and barely warm. the manger saw me n didnt take my order until i said hello is someone gonna take my order. I noticed the place dirty..food on floor n garbage on tables. To my disgust i saw a baby roach crawl up from under the table to the the top of table where food was. I havent gone to that location anymore. Young employees with attitude even the manger. She was an older short heavy set woman w light hair. I noticed her making faces when my order was wrong n had to fix it. The employees were smurking while she said to fix my order. I also heard feom other ppl that they have gone to that location n its very dirty n i concur. Disappointed w employees n manager. The location is in san benito tx. They should get a random check to see how the manger runs things..very dirty u will find. Ppl can get sick with roaches crawling on tables where ppl eat. Plz look into it. Thank u for your time.

Burger King service speed

On Tuesday may 8 2018 around 4:30pm I went to the burgerking store number 4451 located 4139 w blue heroin Blvd Rivera beach florida 33407i ordered my food and they told me to pull over and wait mind you this isn't first time this happened I work at warehouse near the restaurant every time I go there I have yo wait for my food more then 10 min today I waited 20 mins and no food there was 4 others cars after me waiting and they all got there food I I start work at 5pm I couldn't wait after 4:50pm so I left it's not fair that the service is so horrible and its every day I go to this burgerking because I it's one of the only nearest restaurants near my job and I only have 30 mins for lunch I always take lunch around 10:00pm and even then does this location is very incompetent to have good ready in an orderly fashion very disgusted by this location overall service every day today drew the line I was almost late if I didn't leave on time I didn't get my money back it's not about the money the principal
it's not right every customer goes through this

Burger King access

No disabled entrance ;
i just after almost 20 years of being allowed to use drive through window to order, was refused by window person, the when i tried to get into store i fell off curb at main entrance ., almost fell over to ground as i was i hurt my right arm and shoulder and maybe messed up under side of scooter, .
Now i must say i lost control of my mouth and swore at person who refused me . I was scared about falling of curb and getting hurt more seriously,
i have complained many many time to staff in side when i was abel to get into store, they have stated that corporation dint response to earlier request .
Today i am writing letter to all disable authority or agency that help or make big issue about this sort of indecent .
I ask that you allow me re enter this store as i have been told to leave not to enter .After my foul mouth, i do want to apologize for that, and that you also (((( fix the door way one parking space and some concrete to make a ramp to doors ))))

I realize I am bared for my language,, agian I said I know my language was lousy,, and I apologize for that, it was not acceptable in any manner.
My complaint was not that I got barred.
My complaint is and always is (no disabled access, doors are built in manner that will not alow for scooter or some wheelchairs to gain safe access,)
Now to answer a few comments posted.
Disabled parking,, there is a disabled parking spot at far end of building. And if I had a cell phone that may have worked. But I did not,, sonic will not work as there is none here in portland or.
And fat or not that is no concern to you or anyone else that is just a rude comment.
Paret I agree with you totally being disabled has nothing to do with my mouth. That was and is wrong in any situation,
And just for the sake of argument was not complain ing about getting barred, I was complaining about the — entrance to bk only.

There's always the disabled parking lot. Why didn't you think of having the employees deliver the food to you if you have a mobile problem?

Sonics does it and the food is a lot better. Your also responsible for your own safety so, why did you get off the scooter knowing good and well that you can't even stand or walk properly?

If your fat, then yes, the weight will crush your arms. Your busting up your arm and falling all over the place like a duck. Just waddle to the entrance next time and don't forget your duck suit.

Burger King coupon policy

Your policy on coupon redemption sucks.

I was in my local New Lenox, IL Burger King last Saturday. I attempted to use 5 coupons for a large family order because my 3 grandsons had come over to the house to do some work for us. Your manager said that the policy was one-customer/one-coupon. I offered to separate the orders. I offered to leave and return 4 times. He wouldn't have it.

So I returned home and returned with my grandsons in tow. I gave each of them a coupon and some money. You were forced to process 4 separate orders each having one-coupon/one-customer.

The sales process was backed up. Several people had to wait in line and several orders were confused. This is the result of your stupid policy.

When my grandsons return and we need to feed them Burger King will not be an option. We'll buy at the McDonald's right next door.

Burger King store sparta nc main street

i complained many times over the last 6 mths. the speaker box at the drive thru was never installed after reno. there is no way to check one's order, to see prices or to have money ready. i was called after last complaint ca march 2018 and told it would be fixed. it was not. pls have some call me and tell me when it will be done. what does it take to get this fixed after so many months?

Burger King customer service is terrible.

I pulled up to the burger king drive thru and got the worse experience I ever got at a drive thru. I was rushed to make my order which made me not want anything from bk. Then I get to the window and i'm told, "you suppose to know what you want before you pull up to the drive thru." wtf?!?! How is that the response you give a person that is buying your product?

Burger King short staff???

We were in Burger King #6552. The service was SO slow, we had to wait 7 minutes for whopper and fries. there was only 1 other person in there eating when we arrived. We have to have fries with no salt due to heart condition and i watched them dump and salt 2 baskets of fries before they made one for us and an employee had to bring their kid to work with them! The little girl was in a booth with a blanket and stuff, I asked an employee in the dining room what was going on she said the little girls dad had to work and she is sick so he had to bring her with him! That little girl was sick and maybe 5 yrs old! Not a place to be when you are sick! Under staff or not you do not make a employee come to work with a sick child!

Burger King flies

I went to the Burger King in Dobson, NC today (5.7.18) for lunch. As I went to get my drink I had to get the girl running the register to get me some ice because the ice machine was out of ice and also the soda machine was nasty. As I got my drink and went to get my lid there was a lot of flies on the counter and several flying around. Then I proceeded to the bathroom and there were a lot of flies in there also. It will only get worse with the hot weather coming. I work at a poultry processing plant in the Food Safety Department and know that all them flies are unacceptable in a food serving place. They need to call pest control to get this under control now before it gets worse.
