Went to BK because I love(d) their coffee. I didn't know they had changed brands. When I opened the lid, I thought they had poured some that must have been sitting for hours. It didn't even smell like the coffee I had been getting, and tasted horrible. Then I saw the side of the cup proclaiming to have some Seattle's Best Coffee. I hope they get a million complaints about switching. Bring back the other coffee, PLEASE!

Burger King price increase

I cannot believe it! Burger King raised it's price for a Whopper Jr. a second time in 6 months. About 6 months ago Burger King raised the price of their Whopper Jr. from $1.00 to $1.29. In February 2011 they raised the price again to $1.49. Thats a 49% price increase within 6 months. Apparently that makes sense since my salary increased by 0.5% for 2011. Burger King isn't the only game in town, so I'll be playing my game under the golden arches instead!

my family and i were at the atlanta airport waiting for our flight. hungry we decided to eat at burger king on concourse-d. the hamburgers were raw, and not wanting to get back in the very long line to say something, we just threw them away. our flight was getting ready to leave and we didn't have time to complain. normally we like burger king, but that just turns you away expecially when you were very hungry and paying the high price in the airport to eat and had to settle for cookies or peanuts on the plane coming back home.

I agree that they shouldnt have raised... they keep raising and yes they are losing 1.50 each customer they lose but not all customers only used to order just 1 sandwich... many would order enough for the whole family AND fries, oh and drinks... In my case that would have been 35.00 for a family every time we went... Instead... we are now going across the street to McD and getting the same amount of food for 18.00... Not even joking... So before you say it dont add up, they lose 70 per week from our family most weeks... and we arent the only ones... Adds up quick with everyone boycotting the hikes...

FORWARD LOOKING STATEMENT BY BKC "These forward-looking statements are not guarantees of future performance and involve a number of risks and uncertainties. These forward-looking statements include statements about our expectations and beliefs regarding our ability to enhance our menu" WTF ? A 4.51 whooper is an enhancement ? I say give them another quarter to bite the dust :)

Burger King terrible service

I've been wondering for years how can I file a complaint about this place. The service has been horrible for years. I live in the apartments right next to it and I no longer go there unless I'm starving without my car. There have been times where I've gone and received burgers without patties, super cold fries, the wrong meat, and cold burgers. They ALWAYS take SOOO LONG with your order nearly every time I go trough the drive thru. I waited a whole 30 minutes one time because the cashier at the window took my money and just went about her business until I knocked on the window. She said "the computer is down and the register won't open". I saw the clerk at the front counter and told her "Why the hell did you make us wait so long? And why don't you just use the other register?". She listened, and gave me my change. Tonight was the final straw though. I went to order my daughter a kids meal and they told me they had no lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. I immediately left and searched the web for a way to complain about that horrible place. I really believe it's poor management that is causing this.

Me and my family went to this place, and strangely this is the most terrible Burger King chain I'd ever been. I had to clean our own table and chairs. I remember there were only 2 tables occupied including ours. The rest of the tables has used napkins, ketchup smudges, burger crumbs. And the employees were just behind the counter, engaged in their personal conversation, won’t even show a smile with the customers. I even have the picture of the ketchup counter with used napkins around it. It happened May 11, 2008 around 6pm. I'll try to check them back next week, and see if there's any improvement.

The 24 hour drive through. Management very rude, we arrived at drive through received no service, so honk horn. The Manager then started yelling she would not serve us because we honk horn for service.

Burger King coffee is the best. I ordered One (1) Senior Coffee at the drive-up window. When I returned home (2 minutes from Burger King) I discovered I had three fourths of a cup of tepid coffee. It would cost me more in gas to return to get a full cup of hot coffee. I can't afford the $4.15 gallon gas to return, I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income - and this was my Friday night treat!

Burger King has really gone downhill in this town. Several BK's have closed down in the area. The one closest to me has the slowest service ever, 20+ minutes in the drive through most of the time, never has the advertised big kids meal toy and dirty playland. They remodeled it so we thought this is wonderful, maybe new management and better service is on the way. My husband took the kids and guess what? Now they have no food to serve. I kid you not, they had no onion rings, fries, or chicken nuggets. How do you run BK without these staples. Needless to say we have given them enough opportunities to make it right and we do not go there anymore.

At 7:52a I arrived at the Burger King location on Northside Dr.N.W. and was greeted rudely by a crew-member. I was heading to the rest-room and stopped in my tracks "hoping I didn't hear her address me as she did. Where are you going?", I said to the bathroom even-toned/polite. I tried to proceed she then said I couldn't-use it (trying to change her tone)too-late after she initially caught my attention with the greeting. She then said "She said "No, she her manager wouldn't let me use the bathroom". I told her to lose the attitude! And she didn't know who I was". I left standing outside where she could see me writing down the location. You could be having a crappy-morning" but you still must be professional. I left the Burger King website no, email for contact just mailing address. I hope a representative sees these-complaint. But I'm putting it on my blog as well. McDonalds at Five Points downtown, Atlanta. Since I'd just left Burger King trying to use the bathroom. I go there for the same purpose and a security guards standing outside the door.I thought it was out of order! She tells me to use it I had to "make a purchase". I'm like I've heard of everything.Boy, the two-restaurants I used to visit will get "none "of my business "no-more". What kind of business you running with "rude"employees and crazy-request for using a public restroom!. These businesses have "lost their minds"and "will lose customers".

-Arrived at BK at 8:46am.

-During the order process i was asked "will that be all" 11 times. I only ordered 6 items.

-2 items ordered were Sausage Biscuts - Cost: $1.00 each, I asked to have cheese added and was charged 1.80 PER SLICE of cheese - more than the biscuits.

-There was 1 person inside eating and NOBODY at the drive thru...not one soul...had to wait 10 minutes on sausage to be ready.

-Went in to ask about the overall cost thinking it quite high, and was treated rudely and he attempted to make me feel "Guilty" for wondering about my money.

My family nor I will ever eat at a burger king again. This is just indicative of how little this company cares. Not only did i wind up waiting a total of 19 minutes for a $6 dollar meal, i was treated rudely and indifferently, tried to be made a fool of, and ushered out the door without one single apology. Most hideous service i have experienced in my entire life.

Today, 12/16/09, I went through the drive-thru at the Burger King in Lewisville. It's pretty dirty looking and I rarely go to that one. Got home and my order was screwed up - I ordered a large onion rings and the onion rings didn't even reach the top of the container. I also ordered a couple of whoper jr's - the lettuce on the burgers loked like it was two weeks old. They also gave me some sort of nasty chicken sandwich with jalopeno's on it. I'm thinking one of the Mexican workers there made that for himself and accidentally gave it to me instead of one of my burgers because it was covered with jalopenos. Reardless, I did't get what I ordered. When I discovered that they messed up my order, I called the phone number on the receipt for the restaurant. All I get when I try to call it is a fax tone. I've tried several times and I always get a fax tone. Here, you try it: [protected]. I called the BK corporate office in Miami, FL and I was put on hold forever... okay, 15 minutes. Then I hung up and called back and told the lady I want to talk to somone and she put my into a voice mail box to leave a message. Burger King SUCKS. I may never go to another one, and I'll NEVER go to the one in Lewisville, TX again.

Burger King slow / bad service

Every time I come to this BK drive through im told to pull ahead and someone will bring me my order. I know they do this because their drive through is on a timer, in order for corporate to monitor service times and help improve drive through speed. What i dont get, is how can drive through speed can be improved if timers all have false information on them by employees moving traffic though timers. I mean are the employees that slow they cant get a burger out the window in a timely manner so they dont have to move cars through the timer. or are they just trying to keep Corporate off their backs?

Get corporate off your back! As the poster above says, sometimes and especially at the burger joints they have unrealistic drive times and they need to make numbers or risk the wrath of corporate! and it is not pretty because the regional manager gets yelled at, then the store manager and then the rest of management and crew, they get threatened with demotions, losing their jobs, losing privileges and no it is not fair because I can think of many reasons why the drive time can be high and it is not because the employees are slow and lazy. There are so many factors that affect drive times-people taking a long time to order, ordering at the window, talking on cell phones, trying to find change, writing a check, the list goes on. So to combat those issues, the employees will ask the customer to pull forward to bring the average down. Please feel for them and do not be critical because no one likes to have the boss breathing down your neck daily!

At the "burger chain" I work for we are also on a timer. Believe you me were goin breakneck speed to get customers served. The company handbook says we have 30 sec. to get u thru the drive thru. (thats pulled up, ordered, money took and food delivered) Aside from being an unrealistic time frame, the problem seems to be that the timer starts as soon as you pull up to the speaker and say uuuuummmmmmmmmmmmmmm for 3 or more minutes. All the while we smile thru the window while the mangr. screams Whats the hold up! . Now certainly its not you the customer, and that only leaves crew to blame. I think; well would hope anyways, that people would be more understanding about being pulled forward (assuming all other things are right with their service and order) considering that EVERYTHING! is determined by the timer; raises, who gets put in what position. and who gets fired. My store got a 97 A on our inspection..Why not a 100 you ask? because drive thru times were 125 (thats seconds yall) avg. THE fastest in the region (because of techniques described by you) BUT still not 30 sec. I am not slow and can make you almost any item in the store in 30 sec. (assuming everything goes right) but i can still not make you order or make you find those 79 pennies in your glovebox @ night any faster. If my paycheck can suffer then soo can you.

Why would you expect professional behavior from someone that is not a professional? They are a Burger King manager...not an accountant, or dentist, or any other job that requires school.

Burger King counter person texting during lunch hour

During the busy lunch rush, I waited at the counter for my order (#18) while this woman texted. My food was done and in the staging area. I waited a total of five minutes while this lady texted and/or facebooked on her phone. She laughed and was pointing at the phone while showing others.

Another counter person asked her to do something and she said... "just go ahead and do it... " indicating that her job was simply not important to her.

Really, if you dont like your job, go find another. You shouldn't be texting at the counter.

I snapped a picture of her here:

I would have sent this complaint directly to Burger King, but they do NOT accept email complaints. There is no place on their website to send anything! Even corporate! So, I posted here. Shame, cause now its public.

This was horrible. As a business owner she would have been fired on the spot. People were waiting for their food that was already ready already!

Burger King theives

I purchased a hamburger from Burger king in Tupelo on West main. The order was $3.38. I gave the cashier $20.38. I acidentally drove off and left my change. I called immediatel after I realize I left it. The person to whom I was talking said that no one had left change. I assured her I did and so she said when she counted the drawer she would see if they were over. At any rate I went back and waited until she counted. She then tells me they are $12. over, not $17.
Well I took the $12. but it is disturbing to know there are theives
working at. BK. I don't know who. but someome took $5. that did
not belong to them. I would of gladly given them $5. rather then to have it stolen. I would hope this doesn't happen often.

Burger King but one get one free

December 7th, the Burger King sign out front say's buy one original chicken sandwich get one free. So hats just what I did, ordered a #9 combo (original chicken sandwich, fries and a Coke). I payed for my order and continued driving East on route 30. When I opened my bag all I had was one sandwich and fries, so I called the restaurant and talked to Sheila who proceeded to tell me that they do not give out the free sandwich unless I had asked for it. I did not ask for it, but I expected it, as for any buy one get one free. Simply preposterous, I will not be dining at BK in this lifetime!

I work for BK and just for the record at our store you can not get the sandwich free if you order a value meal. However if you ask for the buy one get one we will give it to you and then you can get the fries and a drink which in the end would still be a hell of a deal. I would also like to add that I have never been anywhere that offered a buy one get one free that just put it in my bag without asking me. Not any store, fast food, merchandise or otherwise would just throw it in the bag..Kind of like throwing money down the drain.

This isn't uncommon really, and not that big of a deal. Sometimes people don't want two sandwiches, I've encountered this before and simply ask for the extra one. Nothing worth boycotting BK for, but I guess some people need to feel better by getting mad at everything. Relax.

Ok let me start with as soon as you walk in and your feet are stuck to the floor then to make the experience even better the staff's atitude and lack of acknowledging your standing there made it bad but then they succeeded in making me and my wife wait longer than any so called FAST food restaurant should when they decided not when the food was ready when THEY were ready to give us our order it was cold, i like Burger King but that store was the poorest excuse of a burger king i've ever visited!

Burger King you don't get it your way!

Stopped in to get a quick bite (10:20AM on 11-02-2010) and was told that I could not have a "Buck Double" because one time someone ordered 23 Buck doubles in the drive thru and it backed up the drive thru for quite a while. He said they would serve them after breakfast was over. The guy that was taking my order told me I could get a double burger, also $1.00, at that time, go figure. So I called and talked to the manager, Camille, today [protected]) and was told that she made that decision because when someone orders that large quantity it was to HARD on the equipment and the employees. I told her that was a lame excuse. I drive a concrete truck so I told her that just because someone pours 100 yards of concrete on Tuesday doesn't mean the next customer has to wait until after lunch the next day for his load of concrete. If I was the supervisor, Camille would be in the unemployment line. If you business is selling HAMBURGERS and someone orders one YOU MAKE IT. But once again it's Burger King and you CAN'T have it your way. It's just another large company and all these complaints fall on deaf ears because there are still enough people buying food there. I can say that I have had much better service and you really can have it your way at Jack in the Box. Kudos to the Jack in the Box in Redlands, California. I never had a problem at that store and I have been stopping in there for approximately 5 years. If any of these fast food chains wants to improve there service this JitB would be the perfect model for them to follow.

As you can see Burger King, just like Del Taco, does not have a direct complaint site. Sounds like the must have to many complaints for anyone to sit down and read.

Burger King menu, nutrition

Burger King advertises that it has a "plain" iced coffee, but when you get the drink, it is LOADED with sugar and cream, and they don't ask you about it or give you an option. That is not "plain" coffee, it's coffee with junk in it. it has 45 grams of sugar and too much fat content. This is deceptive advertising and poor customer service.

I frequent BK as it is close to where I live and with a limited budget, their $1 bacon burgers are good for me and mine. I have to complain 'tho about the coffee. While the actual taste of the coffee, when served PLAIN, as in a regular BK Joe, is EXCELLENT. I am an avid drinker of either Americanos or espressos and so when I ordered an plain Iced Coffee, I expected just that. Ice. Coffee. and no added junk. But when I got it, it was loaded with cream, sugar a.k.a high fructose corn syrup and probably a bunch of other junk, that even after multiple Google searches I couldn't find a site that listed the ingredients in this drink. Yes, it tastes good...if you like drinks that consist of 5% coffee, 5% cream and 90% sugar. I was very disappointed. Guess if I want a good iced coffee, I'll have to go to my favorite coffee shop on the corner. Burger King should stick with burgers and fries, (have you tried the Carolina BBQ burger?AWESOME!) and stay the heck away from trying to become a coffee shop.

Iced coffee lists the ingredients so if you just want a cold cup of coffee then have them put ice in it. Plain Iced coffee means there is no chocolate just shake mix and coffee. Otherwise you have Iced Mocha if it is not plain. Does not take a scientist to figure that out!

Burger King dirty store and bad employee behavior

My friend and I visited the Milford, Ohio Burger King on old hwy 28 and we have some major concerns. First of all, the store if filthy, dirty tables, food and crumbs all over the window sills, some windows you can't even see through, general messy and very dirty appearance and feeling when you sit in the dining room! Two employees were sitting in dining room on break and the young woman was trying to locate authorities regarding her divorce and a young guy was telling her where her resources are; they were very loud and annoying; and needless to say a very unappetizing eating environment! The server in the kitchen was throwing an attitude and was rude with customers; the young guy taking orders was cool...finally, we got the double whoppers, cold with no flavor or seasoning at all! The sat on the tray while the onion rings and french fries were cooking...we tolerated the burgers but the cleanliness and unprofessionalism is unforgiveable...so, we are never going back, not ever! This occurred on Saturday, October 16th, 2010 at 4:30 pm...thanks.

its freaking burger king Jeff, what do you expect?

Way to give out all your personal information about a burger king complaint...

There are bigger tragedies in life than a cold fast foot restaurant, but if thats your worst - kudos!

Burger King where has quality gone

For about 19 years now, I have been going to fast food places. As far back as I can remember, I have eaten fast food. Ive been through the worst of it, and I have been there for the best of it. Through all the changes each company makes, things they add on, things they take away, and never in my life, have I felt more violated by a company than I have with my ex- favorite fast food.

I think I was about 12 when I made my first conscious descision on which fast food place was my favorite. I chose Burger King. I loved the flame broiled burgers. I loved their new fries, I loved how everything was delicious and fresh. At the time, I lived in Illinois, so not every town got to enjoy a BK. Eating there was a rarity for me, and one of my many pleasures.

Skip forward 8 years - I move out to California on my own, to orange county. Orange county is one of the nicest places in the United States, and to my surprise, has some of the WORST Burger King I have ever seen. I get more water in my mouth from biting into a microwaved burger king burger, than I do drinking a cup of water. At first, I just thought it was this one Burger King on Jamboree. My friends had said they had terrible workers, so I just kind of brushed it off, and went along with my day, still boasting that Burger King was my favorite fast food restraunt, and that this one had seen better days.

Skip a little bit more forward: I've landed a new job on the other side of Tustin. Red Hill. The burgers only get more and more wet. Strange. I seemed to love the "char broiled" taste, but now I just have soggy meat. I figured, must just be because I'm ordering off the dollar menu. OK then, I'll fork out 6 dollars for a REAL burger. After a minute the guy hands me an incredibly small bag containing my 6 dollar burger and fries. (the double stacker medium, no cheese) I look inside, and I can't believe it. This burger is the exact same size as a dollar one. Where did all of my extra money go? Was it to the paper thin bacon about 1 inch large streched out onto the patty? Was it this forein yellow sludge caked into the meat? Well it definitely wasnt for these 2.5 inch WIDE patties... I havent felt this ripped off in a while. I sat there in my car looking down at this burger that wasnt even the size of my palm, (and don't get the wrong idea, I'm a skinny kid.) and I was furious. I didnt know whether to ask for a refund, if they could just exchange this burger and fries for 3 of the dollar burgers... or what to do. All I knew was instead of getting more for 6 dollars, I got a dollar burger, and some cold fries.

Burger King... I take back everything I have told people about you in the past. You are terrible. Never again will I waste my money on you until you do the right thing and start making hamburgers right. I do admit, I havent seen any "Char broiled" slogans lately. At least its good your not lying. Just remember you boast to be the King of Burgers... How about actually following through with that?

Burger King changed their broilers about 2 years ago. They no longer cook over the open flame. They put them in set a timer and they fall out into a pan. Then they go into a warmer and set until sold. Then the meat and bottom bun gets microwaved with the cheese. They use the duke system like McDonalds does. They need to stick with their format and not copy Mcdonalds.

I just ordered a whopper w/ cheese at lunch today, and noticed that it didn't have the char broiled taste. I opened the bun and looked and there were no char lines on the burger. It looked like a microwaved burger. Not even any grill marks. It looked pathetic.
Upon searching to see if they had changed the way they cook, I came across your complaint and I fully agree.
Why can't they just stay consistent.

that 6 dollar sandwhich is the same as the dollar one because it is except for the bacon you can order that same sandwhich as a double cheese burger with only bacon and stacker sauce and its cheaper, and if you really want to makw sure your fries are frsh just order them no salt and put in on yourself and that way there always fresh, you just have to be smart about the way you order

Burger King bad customer service

Okay so my hubby and I went to the BK store on Saturday 10/3/2010. We ordered a deluxe breakfast, an egg and cheese only croissant, funnel cake sticks, and a breakfast ciabatta club combo with meat and cheeses only on the sandwich. The order was repeated correctly at the drive thru and we paid for our order and went home. At home the ciabatta sandwich had everything on it and my hubby is allergic to tomatoes and the scrambled eggs in the deluxe breakfast were more like scrambled rocks. I googled the store and called them and spoke to the manager who said she would replace the entire order the next morning if we came in, but she was not going to be there- her associate Yvonne was. Then on Sunday [protected] we went to the store for our replacement breakfast. Apparently I called the wrong store which was one exit up. The male manager on duty named Mack looked at my receipt and i told him what had happened and how his store messed up my order the day before. He simply stated that I called the wrong store because Suzanne didnt work at his store. He took my receipt and walked away. He said nothing. My hubby stood there looking clueless and eventually moved down the counter because people came in behind us. The manager was preceding to fill orders. We waited a few minutes. Then Mack the manager told the worker in back to make a ciabatta club with no tomato and no egg on it. Now, my hubby cant have tomato sauce either. I corrected him when I heard that and said, " and no sauce." He said, "excuse me?" I said, "if thats ours, no sauce either." He looked very annoyed and actually mumbled under his breath. When the sandwich was done, he put in in a bag and threw it on the counter by us. I said, "wheres the rest of our order?" he said, "you called the other store." I said, " yeah and it was my bad, but our whole breakfast was ruined yesterday and my deluxe breakfast had horrible eggs too. I was told my whole order would be replaced." He said, "no." I said, " well so one store 6 miles a ways would replace the whole thing and you wont?" He then said, "no, have a nice day." I told him we would never come to that store again and I would drive out of my way to go to the other store. We then left very livid at how we were treated. I then called the other store i accidentally called and told the manager on duty Yvonne what happened. She said they should have replaced the order and that if we brought our receipt she would still replace it even though they did not make the mistake. I will never eat at BK again.

I ordered from the drive thur window, the seven piece chicken frys and cheesy totts, which also were suppose to have nine pieces. upon receiving my order i looked inside my bag and noticed that a small bag contained my cheesy totts, unlike the usual box. I asked the cashier were they down-sizing as to the reason why such a small amount. The cashier assured me that my order contained nine pieces of cheesy totts, and i eventually discover that i only had five. I called to complain, the young man who answered was professional and reported the incident to the manager, who refused to come to the phone. I could here someone in the background calling me a liar and that they counted the pieces. I have no reason to lie about my order, I believe that if my order comes with nine, that i should get nine. no more, no less. Also that location has the worst customer service, and they argue among themselves regularly.

Ive been in food industry and we are practicing good customer service.im not the kind of person that complains but the service is extremely terrible.

everytime we go to this store. i dont think they really practice their restaurant policy and customer service. her name was sam J.

just like what happened tonight, i drove up to the drive-thru, the girl in the intercom, said "whats's your order?". i dont think its the right way of greeting your customer. anyway, i gave her my order. den she asked "that's it?" then i said "yes". then i drove up to the window. then she told me the price and asked her to repeat herself. then she made a comment that im on her time with an attitude.

after we pay, she handed our food. but we need to go back because she forgot to give us our drink. she gave it to us and she didnt say anything. our fries was cold and dry. it is not the first time we expererince this kind of service but we are concern on how they affect other people and we should make a move about it.

I went though the drive thru at this burger king and ordered a Jr. Whopper. The young lady told me it came up to 2.45. I gave her 2.45 exact. I went to the next window and thought they would give me my change(1.02). No one gave it to me.

I parked my car and went in. I told the manager I did not recieve my money(1.02). They looked at me like I was lying. they finally gave me a dollar and the manager told the young lady not to worry she would just void it out.

I told them I did not mean to cause any problems. One lady said it was okay, but the manager rolled her eyes. Those people made me feel like I was trying to get over on them. When the truth it someone in that place is getting over on customers. Someone is making some extra money. You will not have to worry about me every going back there.

Burger King on Grant and Alvernon- Worst servers ever! If you cannot understand broken english do not go to this store! The drive thru employees are in such a hurry to get you out of there they cant wait for you to finish ordering. "Is that all, is that it, anything else" Shut up and let me order my entire order, this is when they mess up. I go with my girls to BK 4 to 6 times a week thru the drive thru for breakfast. My 10 year old has to go in everytime we leave the drive thru to return food so hard you could bust out a window with it let alone you teeth. The cheesy tots are great when they are actually made without being burnt to a crisp and a crossant is supposed to be nice and soft not crunchy and crumby, the bacon is all fat and flabby. All the employees speak really bad broken english and will not repeat themselves without additude if you cannot understand them. This store is really bad and needs a total employee and cook makeover!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST 3 or so YEARS AT THIS BURGER KING IN KALAMAZOO MICHIGAN...CORK STREET AND SPRINKLE ROAD LOCATION...MY WIFE AND I USED TO GO TO THIS LOCATION MANY TIMES A WEEK AND CONSIDERED OURSELVES LOYAL CUSTOMERS...FOR YEARS WE VISITED THEM AT LEAST 3-5 TIMES A WEEK AND SPENT OUR HARD EARNED MONEY...THEY WERE RAN OR MANAGED BY A GUY THAT MY WIFE LOVED...HE WAS VERY GOOD WITH CUSTOMERS, KEPT A CLEAN RESTAURANT AND A PRETTY DECENT SPEED AT THE DRIVE THRU. WHILE THERE WERE SOEMTIMES IT WAS A BIT SLOW, IT WAS NEVER WHAT I WOULD CONSIDER BAD AND NEVER WORSE THAN MCDONALDS...WE THINK HIS NAME WAS RYAN ...THEY SHOULD BRING HIM BACK BK! THIS NEW LESSLIE CHICK WHO RUNS IT HAS THE SPEED DOWN BUT HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND WE'VE HAD AT LEAST 6 DIFFERENT ISSUES WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE PAST 3 OR SO YEARS...WE BELIEVE THE GUY WE LIKED WAS JUST LET GO AND UNLESS HE STOLE MONEY THERE SHOULD HAVE BEEN NO REASON THIS HAPPENED AS HE RAN A CLEAN QUICK STORE, BUT TRULY LOVED HIS CUSTOMERS AND WE SAW HIM EVERY TIME WE WERE THERE, HE WAS VERY HARD WORKING...

ON A SEPERATE NOTE BURGER KING, YOU GUYS AT CAROLS CORPORATION NEED TO WATCH OUT FOR THAT MICHELLE LADY THAT IS THE DISTRICT MANAGER FOR YOU. SHE IS NOT VERY HELPFUL AS WE HAVE CALLED ON 3 OF THE FORMER SAID ISSUES, AND HAVE ONLY BEEN GIVEN 1 CALL BACK AND WE WERE NOT SATISFIED AT ALL FROM HER.

June 16, 2010 was traveling out of town and stop at BK drive-thru for food. First, was given the order of the car behind mine. Then was given peice-meal parts of my order. Then was directed by a manager(?) to pull to the front of the store and wait for them to complete my order. I realized that I didn't ask for ranch dressing so I subsequently went inside. I was rudely scolded by this so-called manager " I thought I told you to pull around to the front and stay in your car, that we would bring out your order once we had it completed?" Excuse me? The he proceeded to tell me that I ordered my food wrong. ? Excuse me? After all was said and done...the order was still incorrect and I was so upset, as I also have high blood pressure, that I couldn't even eat my food...even had to pull off the side of the road to vomit. Subsequently turned around and did not complete my trip as a result. I called Customer Relations the following day looking for resolution and am still waiting for a response as of June 22, 2010. Just a bad attitude and god forbid anyone there take accountability for their mistakes.

Yeah, if you weren't so stupid as to call the wrong store, I'm sure the complaint would have been handled differently. As it was, by saying the other store would replace the order, you basically gave Mack no choice in the matter, which must have pissed him off a little.

Besides, how would he know you weren't trying to scam him?

The other store may be owned by a different company! And you should have went to the store that messed up. These stores have to account for their food. They did more than most companies would. And the sandwich comes with mayo not tomato sauce so is your hubby allergic to that too? Or are you just a complainer?/
