This is reference to burger king store # 8119. I've been visiting this store for about 9 months now and never seen a male manager nor pl. I've also notice that an employee working there was once a manager at KFC. Not saying that the managers and Pl's that are there now are not doing there job, but its very rare to see male managers. Also noticed that a female at the same store probaly been working there around 1.5 months now have a black shirt, in which this guy i was speaking on has been there over 4.5 months. Yea you can say i see everything. Everytime im in the store which is everyday i see him bust his tail working, he's all over the place doing odd jobs making sure the store is clean. That's what type of people we need in management, not someone who has a lead to that position. I know it was a lead cause i overheard conversations as the employees were taking breaks in the store. I truly don't thnk this is the right choice. I see him motivated and yes qualified for the position but yet you make a FEMALE who's been there for a few weeks a pl. Please review this before i have to make a disrcimination complaint.

This is about the night I went to BK around 10:30pm Sat night to order a regular decaf and an angry whopper which really made me angry but could not show it. I told the crew I want a whopper and a decaf and that I asked her to add 2 cream and 1 sugar to my coffee which she did not made any comment. She only told me about the amount which was $5.12. So I went to the cashier's window and found out there was no cream nor sugar in my decaf and that she told me " we are not allowed to. We are not like Mcdonald's. It's $5.12". So I paid and said you could have told me you can't add the cream or the sugar and she did not even look at me. What an employee you Burger King has or hwhat kind of training do you have in your company? And yes, you don't even have complaint section in any of your link or website. Now I know why Mcdo is way way ahead of you. Number one is the customer service. By the way, the store was in Haines City, Fl and store number is 9502.

Tonight at the Burger King drive thru, I ordered a rodeo burger, small fry, and small soda. The price: Close to seven dollars. When I verified the price at the window, I asked then just for the burger and some water. The manager, Ray, had a serious attitude b/c he had to adjust the register. He asked, "What, you can't afford to eat here?" I told him that I could, but not for that price. A heated exchange occurred. I would tell BK corporate, but they are too cheap to put forth a toll free number. Now I see online all these complaints against them, and will forever boycott them.

Can someone fix this Burger King, can I get fresh food out of a drive-thru or is that how you get rid of the food that has been sitting there all day. The Arby's next to this store went under because the employees were serving terrible food also. The same employees must have went next store and got a job with this burger king and don't care what kind of food they are serving. I like Burger King but I have to choose wisely which one I'm going to try to eat from. Pass this on to all Fast food restaurants, Don't serve ### out of the drive thru, It should be fresh food all the time

The day Cheri hired me she told me i would be getting paid $8.50 an hour. We didnt discuss the amount of hours i would be working. 3 wks later on my first paycheck i noticed that i was only being paid 7.25. I asked her why she responded "your part time", but every one else started at more than 7.25. I left town for a funeral that lasted a week. When i came back i told her we never discussed if i was gonna be part time or full time, why was she doing this? She responded "just be glad your getting something, take it or leave it!" i left it.

My husband and I stopped at this Burger King this morning .We noticed how very cold it was inside the restaurant and asked if the heat could be turned up It was 59 degrees inside. We were told the manager had the key and he was at home. We then ordered coffee and was told we would have to wait because they had not yet brewed any. This was at 8:00 in the morning. I asked for my money back and then went across the street to McDonald's and ate breakfast.

Don't believe I will be going back to this Burger King.

I purchase food for my daughter (5yrs old) and myself and later became very sick. I purchase the children meal (chicken, fries and an apple juice) and just a sandwich for myself (whopper with cheese). We were at the store located at 3036 Crenshaw in the city of Los Angeles, Ca.

After 30 min of eating the sandwich, I became sick to my stomach and began vomiting and unable to keep anything on my stomach within a 24 hour period. Later that evening, my daughter had the same reaction and she began vomiting in her sleep violently. It not only alarmed me, but it put her in a real panic, she began crying and it was coming out from both ends, I even had to keep her out of school the following day (4/6/11).

Today, 4/6/11, I contacted the store and spoke with Kevin (assistant manager), who reluctantly wanted to give me his name or the manager's name. After trying to explain the condition of both my daughter as well as myself, he stated “he had other things to do" and could no longer help me out. I tried to get the number to the cooperate office and he did not want to give it to me. He was very rude and his customer skills were unacceptable, being that I had gotten sick from food from that location. To top the whole unacceptable behavior from Kevin, he just put the phone down in the middle of my conversation and never came back. I stayed on the phone to see how long he would be and he later came back and just put the phone on the hook. This type of behavior is unacceptable and I don't feel that I should have been treated that way.

This kind of treatment from a person of management is unacceptable.

Yes, tonight I came into the Burger King after being out of state for ten days. I had stopped coming when this particular manager and employee were in the restaurant. The employee lied about borrowing a phone charger and it has been two months but he hasn't offered to pay for me a new one or explain why he lied to me several times and been avoiding me. I just don't like the attitudes of some of the Burger King employees. I used to eat three meals and pay $12.00 or more a day but after her attitude and his lies to me about my phone charger I stopped coming into restaurant. I missed the old managers but the rudeness got to stop plus am filing an official complaint with BBB and another agency tomorrow or Monday morning.

Please save or get new employees at this location including this manager at 6:57 pm tonight [protected]) was totally rude and unprofessional.

Saturday September 26th 2017 Today at around three thirty I went three blocks to Burger King to get food to watch the Penn State game on tv. I specifically asked that the Whopper and fries be hot, hot, hot. It was room temperature at best. I have had this happen repeatedly and I will not go back there.

When I have gotten food from the Lincoln Mall Burger King on Rt 15, the food has been delicious and the fries sizzled on my tongue.

I just had a knee replacement and this was the first time I drove my car to get a hot meal. I am very disappointed.

On Sunday, January 6, 2017, around 1 pm

we stopped at the Burger King on the corner of 17th and Alton Road, in Miami Beach, Fl. for 3 Junior Whoppers, dollar French fries and dollar ice.

The food was handed thru the window and the driver left in a hurry to with a appointment at Bal Harbor. There, when he needed change to pay the parking fee he realized he hadn't been given his change for a $20.00 bill at his stop at Burger King. I called the next day and explained the situation. The 'manager' who took the call was very pleasant and said, no problem, your $15.00 will be returned to you. Stop by and pick it up, I will leave it at my office.

Fast forward... eight, nine, ten managers later, different people, all the same message, will be left at the office and now it's MAY and there never has been a manager who knows can return the over-payment, it's always the same phrase, can you come back in xxx days? Someone will be here to help you.

What would I like? To have my MONEY RETURNED TO ME WITHOUT ANOTHER TRIP TO THE BURGER KING AT 17th and ALTON in MIAMI BEACH, FL.

Stopped at Burger King Easton Ave. Somerset New Jersey-Drive Through. Ordered mac and cheese, burger, drinks and the fries that were not in my previous order. No utensil in bag for mac&cheese. Long car line so I parked parallel to window and asked if she would send someone with a fork and I would meet them half way because I did not want to leave my daughter in the car. She wanted me to come up to the window between all the cars. I asked her again to please send someone. She laughed at me and had some of the other employees laughing at me. I was so angry and so upset that I fell in the parking lot returning to my car. Scraped knee, elbow and hand. Never to return to BK and will let others know about the rude treatment I received.

I only go to get the BK Veggie Burger and sometimes onion rings. It doesn't matter which Burger King I go to in Los Angeles they cannot seem to get it right. If I ask for mustard, ketsup, onions and pickles with no lettuce, I will get extra lettuce, mayonaise which I loathe and no Ketsup for one example. I could give many examples but you get the idea. Sometimes their screwups are epic like when I received a Chicken sandwich with so much ketsup and mustard it was gushing out both sides. I am a vegetarian and don't eat chicken. I suppose I should have been happy that the condiments were half right? It's seriously ridiculous and comical at this point.

This is Every Time I decide to go and be disappointed AGAIN! Their motto is "HAVE IT YOUR WAY" A JOKE!

I don't mean to be rude to every person who works in fast food as a matter of fact I have worked for St.Louis Bread Company or Panera Bread before. But it's like most of these people are incompetent. I went to Burger King in Overland, MO (suburb of St. Louis) and ordered french toast my order came to 1.07 I gave her 1.12 okay people we all know I was to get back a NICKLE! She gives me 14 cents back! LOL Oh My Goodness this is sad. Not to mention she never said good morning have a nice day Nothing! How sad. She was so into her conversation with her co worker tacky I might add to do in front of customers. If I worked for Burger king Corporation I would have to fire her due to her representing Burger King in a bad light. She actually is the reason I don't want to give them my money again. If these companies paid these kind of workers better I feel their attitude might be a little different, but who knows because some people just would find something else to have an attitude about.
More money should go into training these people however if a person is ignorant no training class can fix that. I just wish people took more pride in what they do because no matter your position or title in a job YOU should still have character and that would shine through in whatever job you have. There are ###s at the top of the pole and bottom. This is funny all this came out of my taste for french toast serves me right I'm supposed to be dieting!

I have never had one of your hamburgers, but my friends have and have enjoyed them. I ordered 2 "original Whoppers" not knowing that I had to tell the counter person exactly WHAT I wanted on them. I guess I thought it would come with ketchup, mayo, mustard, tomato, lettuce and onion. I did not get ANY mayo, ANY mustard, ANY ketchup, 1 piece of wilted lettuce, 1 slice of terrible tasting tomato and 2 small slivers of onion. That to me is not a good hamburger. I do not want to come back to that restaurant, let alone any others. You have lost a customer for life.

Went to eat inside in a supposedly warm inviroment. While dinning in employees opened the front door & kept it opened. Several customers were complaing because it was very cold that day ( Feb. 1, 2017 ). The customers would close the door but the employees would open it over & over again. As a result of the door being kept opened I became very ill. I haven't got over my cold, sore throat, cough & congestion. The reason the door was kept opened the employees said, " Was cause there was to much smoke in the cooking bay. " I enjoy eating at Burger King alot. But with this incedent I think I will change my place of eating. I hope you can help resolve this problem.

Visited the restaurant on 2-27-10. The employee that waited on me was rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. She took my order, which I had to repeat to her 3 or 4 times, hoping to get it right. I watched as they prepared my order. The employee took 2 burgers from a wrapped stack sitting on the counter. I told her I wanted fresh ones and she proceeded to make these for me. I again told her I wanted FRESH ones, NOT ones that had been sitting out on the counter. She then made me 2 fresh burgers. There was NO ice in the machines and when I spoke to the manager she seemed like I was bothering her. She walked away without checking the machines. I asked the counter employee for some ice and waited about 5 minutes to get some. I had previously received my order, which was getting cold. I looked around the restaurant and saw that it was filthy. There was trash on the floors. the tables were dirty and the condiment and soda machine area was the same. The trash bins were overflowing onto the floor.
I asked the manager if this was a corporate or franchise store and was told it is owned by Burger King. I attempted to contact the corporation by internet and could NOT locate a site to reach them. I did find a number, long distance, which I called. I received a prerecorded message saying all employees were busy. I waited aboutr 10 minutes and then received a prerecorded message saying I could leave a message and some one would call back. I did this.
Seems like Burger King doesn't care about its customers, only how much money theyu can make. I'm waiting for a call back.

My comment is for the restaraunt local at salinas ca. 93905 store # 6813. The manager has family working in the same time and they make work even more hard for the others employes and me. They do the easy work and let us work the difficult things to us just because they are family and they dont want to do difficult work. Stop the cruel. No more. No more

Avoid this place at all cost. For the last couple of years this burger king has turned horrible. I used to go there every now and then but started to avoid any trips there because the wait is absolutley ridiculous (every time i ever went to the drive through there was 1 lady running between the 2 windows). I went there one day last week with hesitation because my husband wanted something there. I hadn't been there for many months but thought maybe things had changed since my last times of being there. It hadn't. I went inside to order the food to go (remembering the average wait time in the drive through with just 3 or 4 cars was around 20 min). The lady taking the orders was outright nasty to everyone-even rolling her eyes back if someone asked a question about the menu. There were only 2 people ordering ahead of me and it was still almost 10 minutes before i got my order in. Total time from start to finish...20 minutes just like always. Everyone was waiting forever...even the lady beside me commented on how if she were a manager she would clean house. After such a long time of this horrible service and attitude in this place i am wondering why nothing has been done. Bottom line...i have confirmed to myself that i need to continue avoiding this place in the future. As everyone else also needs to do. Unless you like rude people and ridiculous waits.

On Sunday, 3/27/11, I went to the Burger King in Kilgore, TX to get their Italian Chicken Sandwich and was told that they do not have that on the menu even though there are commercials and coupons out for it. I asked to speak to the manager and she just looked up and ignored me. So, I decided that the store did not need my business. On Tuesday, 3/29/11, I was in Longview, TX and decided to go to Burger King and see if they had the Italian Chicken Sandwich. I placed my order of 2 IC Sandwiches, 2 BK Single Stackers, and 2 Large Onion Rings to go. The total came to $14.75 and I paid with my debit card. I get home and am missing the 2 BK Stackers, so I call the store to see what I need to do to either get my food or get my money back. The first person to answer the phone told me he made them and he would let me talk to the manager. The manager told me that they were super busy when I was there and that is why some of the food was missing. I told him when I arrived there was only 1 car in the parking lot and they were leaving and there were no cars in the drive thru. He told me I could come back and get the burgers or my money. So off I go back to the store. Then I decided to call and see if I could come and pick up the money in the next couple of days when I would be close by. The same guy that answered the phone the first time I called, answered and I asked to speak to the manager. He yelled for the manager and told the manager twice "It is that lady again, you just need to cuss her out." When the manager got on the phone, I asked if I heard this young man correctly and he said "No, he said it sounded like you were going to cuss me out." I then informed him that I was on my way and he needed to have my money ready when I got there and that I would be calling the corporate office in Florida the next morning . He said because I used my debit card, he would need the card to refund the money on. I said fine, I have the card with me. When I arrived at the location, I went in and he had already refunded all my money to my card and had sent the young man home that answered the phone. This tells me that even after they have your card back, they still have access to it to charge you more, and if he could have refunded it to my card without me there, why did he make me drive back?

I just got home from the Burger King in Crown Point Indiana and the service was as bad as the food, I had to wait a very long time for a small breakfast order and when I got the order it was cold, the eggs looked like they had been scraped from a burnt frying surface, the biscuit was rock hard and crumbled when I tried to eat it, and the hash browns looked as bad as the eggs hard and over cooked...The worst service and food I have ever received from anyone anywhere...McDonalds will have my breakfast orders from here on out...

Me and a coworker just got off work, we decided for some stupid reason that we would get Whoppers for diner. He was going to eat at my house and seeing how I have 3 kids I ordered 7 whoppers. We pulled up to the window where there was a girl whose brother was once a person that I didn't get along with. She started her stuff about how I treated him so bad, I told her she just needs to get my food and shut up. She said and I quote 'We will see about that food' and she walked toward the kitchen. We got our food from a differant cashier and went home, only to find the burgers looked like they just came out of the trash. Me and my co-worker called the manager in charge that day( someone I didn't get along with anyway) he stated that is was my problem, we can not and will not give me my money back or exchange the burgers, even though not a bite was taken from them, and I had my recipt. So I took some pics. I don't know what to do from here, if anyone knows I still have the burgers and the reciept, but they still won't talk to me about it.

This is my second time going to burger king. I usually eat McDonalds. Why? Because of the service. I never have problems ordering with them. My order is never wrong there. now I go to burger JUST BECAUSE its close to my work. I had a real confusing order... 4 onion rings and 4 cheeseburgers. WOW REALLY HARD. what did i get there cheeseburgers a chicken fry and 4 fries. Burgeer King needs to learn how to hire people that understand how to take an order. Really its not that hard. You need what basic english skills? Sorry but I will never eat there again.

A 30 minute wait, after order taken. after 15 minutes was told to pull car forward that the fish sandwich would take longer. I pulled forward waited 15 more minutes, then went in side. Employees busy talking to each other, ignoring customers. After getting their attention that I was waiting for my order, was told fish had just come up, checked order was short one whopper, jr. smart attitude when I advised them of the shortage. When to car to eat and fish sandwich, whopper, jr and fries were all cold. Several other customers in the drive thru line got so frustrated they went next door to Wendys. This is not what we expect from Burger King. This happened at 6:30 pm on Sept. 25th, 2017. At store #2745.

I have yet again run into a STOOPID policy, this time at Burger King, where they say no more than one order per car.

I racked my brain to try and think of a logical reason for this, like maybe holding up the line when there are 7 or more cars in line, but this morning at Burger King (3520 Town Center Drive, Littleton, CO 80129, Phone [protected]. Store Number 12903). However, we were the ONLY car in sight this morning 9:21 am when this snot-### came on the speaker and was sure to tell us before even taking our order we would NOT be allowed to have more than one order. When asking him why, both at the speaker and later at the window, he said 'Because, I'm the store manager, and that's all you need to know.'

In my opinion, a REAL store manager would be able to justify the policy, quote it or show it in writing and explain WHY it is a policy, instead of just discouraging future business from hungry customers.

In addition, to further punish us for daring to ask if this was possible, he then said when we gave him the credit card that it didn't look valid and demanded to see my driver's license. Incensed I handed it over and then asked why he needed to run my criminal record check just to approve a burger meal. He then voided out the transaction and started yelling at us to get out of his drive through.

How refreshing that a MANAGER screams at, insults, and threatens potential customers and discourages business.

I just wanted to check in with your audience and see what they feel about this policy, which in my opinion shouldn't be enforced unless they really are in a busy high-traffic period, but even then, should be able to be justified and explained by a MANAGER, especially since we have been to many other Burger Kings that DON'T have this 'Policy'.

I am absolutely shocked that the food handlers do not wear gloves. I nicely asked "I don't mean to be a pest but aren't the people who handle the food directly supposed to wear gloves?" hoping she would kindly put on gloves and re-make my sandwich (your way? I think not!) and the manager comes to me in a very defensive manner and tells me that Burger King pays for a very expensive license in Tallahassee which is why they do not need to wear gloves in Florida. In Florida they can do whatever they want. Purely repulsive. She, as a manager, should have asked me if i wanted a new meal or a refund. They did nothing but give me dirty looks. I had such respect for BK as a company- not so much anymore...The manager was hostile with me and her workers...Stay away from the BK on 8th street in downtown Miami/Brickell Area.

My husband and I decided to treat ourselves with some food from Burger King in Eaton Rapids, MI. We ordered a Fish Sandwich meal, and a Whopper meal. Both sandwiches were cold. The french fries were cold as well. My fry order had "burned black" fries and onion rings mixed in with it. The fish sandwich was so "fishy" tasting that I ate only a portion of it. My husband was complaining about his sandwich as well. This is not the first time, we have received cold food from this Burger King. However, our latest purchase should not be the case, as they were very busy due to McDonalds being closed due to remodeling.

My husband and i went into this burger king after fixing his car all day long we were so hungry. well we walked in and waited for about 15 mins, noone came to tell us im sorry we will be right with you or nothing.
so this asst manager came and his name was kareem...
he started takin my husbands order and then when he was about to
take mind he had got a phone call and walked away and didnt come back for a few minutes..
when he finally came back i told him that was rude of you to leave us
standing there and you not apoligize for it or taking our order and then
attending to your call...
well the man, (kareem) told us that were not welcomed here and that
there is another burger king down the road on oakland drive and he erased our order and he just turned around and left.
we were so mad and upset that i had called the numbers 800 and 305 area code numbers that were given that nothing was open and the customer service hotline didnt even care what i had to say.
I know economy is bad, but when u have customers that actually have money and want to eat, u should treat them with respect and i feel so
unwelcomed and so discriminated by this burger king i will take it further if i have to, ...
Just to be told we are a white couple and (kareem) is black

I went into one of the stores in Louisville, KY on Broadway and 28th street. There was only three people in the store. We have been standing there about fifteen minutes and as about our ordes and the Manager stated you order is not ready, your numbers is not up. There were cars blowing there horns in the drive in. The employees were just standing around talking and not caring about the customers. This is not a good way to run a store. I will tell everyone I know not to use the store.

The services at all the burger king's in the santa fe area of new mexico is as I will put it "sucks". I have been living here in santa fe for nearly 5yrs now and everytime I go to a burger king, doesn't matter which location, they get my order wrong or its cold... I lived in chicago before moving to santa fe and I can say that the owners and managers just dont care.. I go in person to complain all I ever get is an apology.. Apologies are for people that care and is not meant to be thrown at a customer for every mistake they make... Instead of burger king the should rename it "sorry burgers". Heres a greeting to be used here in santa fe.. " welcome to sorry burgers how can I dissapoint u to day" sure no problem I will make sure your order is not nowhere near what u order and get it to you 15 hours later... Thank you have a terrible day" this is what all the burger king's in santa fe should advertise. Since no matter how many times I have to go in from the drive thru just to get my order corrected.. So why even have a drive thru... Burger king should rename it the f### you. Then they also have incompitant people that cant even understand basic english to take an order or even make the food right.. These are the worst burgerking's ever... They dont even know what "ob" means... I thought it meant off the broiler, but in santa fe new mexico it means out of the microwave... Another corporate bussiness that just doesn't care about there customers... They just want to make a quick buck, and serve you rotten food with rotten services...

After raising 2 sons and their friends

on Burger King, I was shocked when I asked for a breakfast sausage bisqick with tomato and was charged 25 cents for the tomato--they said it was extra!

When I told them for years my kids and I have eaten there and always told them to leave off the tomato's ( kids don't eat them and the wife has a medical condition and can't have them--and not once have they ever taken 25 cents off my bill !

This was the 3rd time out of 3 times that I received an incorrect order from burger king. What the hell happened to having it your way? First of all I could barely understand what the lady was saying because of her heavy spanish accent. I placed my order with no mayo. I repeated "no mayo" to her. She said ok and I see it pop up on the screen, "no mayo". I also ask for ketchup with my order when I arrive to the window. I get back to work and open my sandwich to find that not only does my chicken sandwich have mayo but it looked as if it had extra mayo. It seemed like some sort of joke. Complete oposite of what I asked. It was caked on both sides. Besides that, there was nothing else in the sandwich. Just the chicken patty and buns. The other problem was that when I asked for ketchup, I received 1 packet. Whats the point of having any if your only going to get 1 packet. For 8 bucks, I expect a little more than that. I could have gone to subway and gotten a 12" sub with everything on it for 5 bucks.

I was at Burger King Saturday morning 925 a.m. I waited until 945 for my food got not one apology and after she took 10 minutes to come up to me when she was fooling around inside at the front desk. She told me that the hash browns were going to be a few minutes! I was furiated! I was not only late for work because of this jam but when I reach in the bag to eat my food everything except the hashbrowns were COLD! UNEXCEPTABLE. I will NEVER eat at BK agian this is rediculous and wrong.

I went to the Burger King on North Main#3963 for lunch at 1:23 on 8/11/11 and the food and drink was the worst ever. I ordered a #4 combo, Jr. Whopper with a diet coke. The drink tasted like water with color and I had noticed that the girl filled the drink and then took it off the machine poured it into another glass and then gave it to me...HUMM! When I got back to my desk to eat my sandwich it was like it had been heated way too long in a microwave or left too long on the warmer? The bun was hard around the edge and the lettuce was hot and slimy...gross. The tomato had the rind looking like a red string which when I bit into the sandwich it continued to pull out like a string...AWFUL! It seems that every time I go to that BK, which is not that often because the service is bad and the food ends up being bad, now the drink has been added to the list. I try it to see if improves any but it only gets worse! Not a very good representation for BK.

On 07-20-07 at 07:14 pm myself and my husband went to burger king store #12638 that is located on middle tennessee blvd in tennessee. Out bill came to 13.46, when we got home my mother found a piece of pencil shaving in her whopper jr. i contacted the store and talked to the assistant manager. He advised for me to bring the burger and shaving with me. I returned to the store and he was very helpful there was another manager there and she stated to him "look at the shaving there is not any food on it". She tried to make me and my mother out to be lairs. The manager i delt with donnie was very helpful. He refunded my money and apologized. That was the service i was expecting. The other managers name i did not get. She was rude and did not believe me. I think that she should be thought about service basics on how to deal with a customer.

I gave the girl named Nicole at the drive thru window 14 dollars and my debit card to pay the balance left over. She gives me 2.50 in change and didn't hand me my card until after I drove in to get it. She claimed she was on her way to give it to me in front of her manager, but I had seen her still by the drive thru window when I went in to get my card. She had the manager give it to me. I didn't think nothing of the situation until I found out that she, Nicole, and charged the full amount on my debit card and kept my 12 dollars and 50 cents.

I was frantic and went to the authorities, didn't get any help, only advice to change my card because within that amount of time that she had my card she could have taken down the name and numbers on it as well. The officer there also said that this particular restaurant has been known for internal issues. So i went to the bank and changed my card. Then I went to the main manager that same day. I told the manager the situation and had my receipts handy. I even asked if there was an over amount in the till and if she could take a look at the security tape for that day and time.

She of course claimed she didn't understand why I would give Nicole cash when the meal was paid with the debit in full. She also said that Nicole should have given me my debit card receipt of purchase and gave me a copy. But to no avail, I ended up walking out of there with nothing.

I have been selling my old cars on ebay for a couple of years now until i sold one to one of your employees who's user address is the outlet at butlins in minehead. He has not paid me for the car nor does it look like he will. I am shocked that this employee is allowed to use your premises as a registered user address. I have been told by my legal advisors that if this has been condoned by the management at that branch then i have the option to issue court papers against burger king to recover my losses.

I wanted to order 2 original chicken sandwiches, it took the cashier about 5 mins to come and take my order, there was no one in line, however the drive thru was backed up roughly 6 to 8 cars, she appeared to have an attitude, did not say thank you, nobody in there was moving with any urgency. in the meantime about 6 more people come in, same process, no since of urgency, and to top it all off the gentleman that comes in after me gets his order before I do. This is very very poor customer service, I think that manager should be reprimanded, this was ridiculous

I went inside place an order to go.The lady up front took my order
when she told me the total, I ask was she sure she had my order right, and she rolled her eyes at me took a deep breath and said yes real rude.I should have left then but I did not.I paid my total and she handed me alot of cups .I said mam what are the cups for ans she said they go with the combos.I told her i did not order any combos, and she very rude. She said OH YES YOU DID, of course i said i did not, she looks at me throws her arms up and said then what do you want.Still in a very rude tone, at that time i said i did not want anything accept a refund, Amanager was in the lobby on a cell phone and would not help me, he walked outside and started smoking, another manager came from drive thru and helped me.She was the only person at the restaurant who had a personality, but it did not stop at that point the employee told her i had not paid her and i did so i showed her my receipt, she had no way of knowing other than counting the drawer, and thats what she did and sure enough the register was over 25.84 wow that was the amount i spent. The goofy mgr outside never tried to help what a joke i will never ever go to burger king again, and this was adults not teenagers maybe the adults should leave fast food to the younger generation.

I was at Burger king an asked for the number 6 in the menu that is a chicken burger; I asked to have it with a SMALL milk shake, then I saw at the screen that they were charging me for a medium milk shake. I repeated my order thinking that they didnt hear me clearly, so their answer was that they are not allow to give you an small milk shake with the meal. It means that it is not my way…. The small milk shake was $1.79 and the medium milk shake is $2.29 the difference of .50 ….. so it means that I will be wasting 50 cents, plus I will be wasting the food because I know what is my way….. I do not eat like a cow. And my way is not double or triple…. If I could have it my way that will be small. Other think imagine that every customer, every time is paying to this corporation .50 cents more, because it is the way the do it. The corporation is stolen money from their costumers to HAVE IT THEIR WAY… no to HAVE IT YOUR WAY. Anyway I was upset; I got off of the car and I asked to talk to the manager, because the employee from the window was rude, because I didnt want the medium milk shake, and the manager response was that he can do anything that that is the way the computer have the prices and sizes fix. By the way the Burger King is in 34819 Pacific Hwy. So. Federal Way, WA 98003. I think that BK should train their managers better.
