The venue and deposit was paid in full. These funds were meant to be used for the catering expenses until our arrival to settle the account. No preparations were made for food delaying meals by four hours. The venue described entitled us to a volleyball court, football pitch, paintball, fishing, mud wrestling pits and swimming facilities. We had no access to any of the facilities because the gate to that side of the venue was locked and the person responsible had disappeared with the money to purchase food and was impossible to contact. The attitude of the owner was that of a hostile nature when we approached him about the lack of organization. We then decided to leave the venue before food preparation began because we were concerned that he might do something to the food. Because we had paid for the food, we decided to take the ingredients to another venue. When collecting the ingredients, we found that they were left exposed to all the elements as well as the dogs. We left the venue and at this he pleaded that we should please not fight.
