Product ordered but never received
I ordered 2 name patches on 04/02/2020. The website said they would be made and delivered in up to 8 weeks. A shipping label was created on 04/20/20 but the items were never shipped. I called the company and they said they would ship in 9 days (04/29/2020) because they were not made yet. They did not ship on that date so I called back and the company said they needed 1 more week. A week later the items still had not shipped. I called again and they said they still needed more time. It is now 06/24/2020 and the patches have not been made or shipped. The company will not return emails and does not answer their phone now. I am not a patch expert but it should not take close to 3 months to make 2 small 5 inch patches with my last name on it. I have looked on the BBB website and this seems to be a common issue with this company. Had i known this was an issue I would have never ordered from this company. I am getting nowhere and am now looking to the BBB for help with this company.
Dog collar 3 months / never received
Empty promises and lies from bullrun flag & embroidery! Their website states 8 weeks for delivery and it's been over 3 months since I ordered. When I called, the guy sounded out of it. He was able to look up my order, but said 3 more weeks. We need more time. I gave time, I sent emails. The potential for the business to prosper would have been great if they fulfilled their orders. They will crash and burn because of the inaccuracies, lack of customer service, and stealing people's money. Do not buy from bullrun flag!

I've literally never written a review in my life. This company's customer service and turn around time are the worst I have ever come across. I place my order, for one single solitary name tape, back in November before Thanksgiving with a 4 to 6 week turnaround time. I called multiple times since then with a promise of a name tape the following week, the last 2 times I was promised a refund and the name tape, here we are almost March still no refund and still no name tape. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! NEVER use this company! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB about their practices.

customer service
Iplaced an online order with this company Dec 12, 2019, My visa card was charged immediately. I understood that it would take time for embroidery. I rec a text message confirming my order to my phone. I checked back using the link in the text message a few times to check status. there was a tracking number that I checked that said a label was created on Dec 31. I never heard from them after 3 emails to the customer support e mail listed. I went back to my credit card account charge and called the number I rec'd a recording and left a message with my phone call req a call back . I did rec a call back from someone with a very thick accent who could not find my order with my name or my email address. I told him I would contact my credit card company and file a complaint for fraud. He then found my order and offered me a full refund. I will be watching for that refund and if not received I will call him back, send a certified letter and contact Visa for fraudulent charges on my account for merchandise ordered and never recieved.
hook a latch custom name patch
I ordered a hook and latch (velcro) name patch August 9th, for my husbands birthday.
It is now October 25th.
I have NO product. And have received ONE email stating I would receive my product in 3-5 days "Sorry" was all it read, and this was mid September after I had send 3 emails.
I've since sent 2 more with nom response and no product.
How does the business have 5 star reviews when his is how they treat their clients. SIMPLE Name badge- " BUTLER" White thread. IM PISSED

I placed an order back in april for a trip scheduled on may 14th, when i asked if they could do it I was told yes. Twice I called after received emails stating it was being shipped but the tracking number given said it wasn't. On May 10th I contacted the company and cancelled the order and was told to contact paypal to get my refund. After filing a claim with paypal the company decided to fill the order anyway as to not have to pay the refund. I received the order today june 19th.
custom name tags
I ordered custom name tags and was advised of a 10-day delivery window. I've called three times to inquire about the status of my order. The first 2 times, I was advised that that equipment was down and needed repairs. the third time I was advised that the order was on it's way and should arrive later in the week. 7 days past and still no order. Funny ... no activity on my shipping label for my delivery status. Now they will not answer my phone calls. DO NOT PATRON THIS COMPANY!
Did not receive my order
I ordered on Dec 31st and the website I would receive by Jan 8th. My son is coming home from the Marines for the first time since enlisting and I wanted to proudly display our US Flag and US Marine Corp Banner for his homecoming. I have yet to receive my order and my son is home today. Bull run has a phone number listed but they do not answer during their stated business hours. The tracking number doesn't give any info so I emailed them and the reply I received was being told custom orders take longer. Their website says the Marine banner is something they have in bulk and the US Flag is not custom. IT IS A US FLAG! No extra stars or stripes! What a disappointment! Their prices attract people but there is no follow through on the order. And don't believe the reviews on their own website. Buyer Beware!

Where is my order ? You took my money a week ago and not even an email .
I ordered last week and they took the money that same morning . I ordered a hat and they were supposed to send an email when shipped . It's been a week and I have heard nothing . By law they aren't allowed to take your money until they ship the product but they did and I have received nothing . If I don't hear today from them I'm calling my bank and reporting the money stolen . Now I see all of these complaints where people did not receive their orders after paying and no response from the company . I'll just tell the bank they had no authorization to use my card .

My 14 year old son ordered a custom name patch for a Halloween costume he has. He paid for it with 'his' money he had earned mowing lawns this summer. $15 is a lot of money for a kid that age and he never received his patch. As a parent I teach my kids that people are good, but people and businesses like this does not help. I personally sent 4 emails to the service email, and never got a response. These people should be ashamed of themselves!

never received order
I ordered 3 items to include two nameplates and a flag patch. Ordered was placed 9/23/18, received email with tracking on 10/6/18 with status stating label created. Nothing has changed in the status since. It's not 10/18/18 and no package, no updated in movement/shipping and of course I have not received any response after multiple emails. Don't bother calling as you won't get an answer as it goes straight to voicemail. You can't leave a message either as their message box is full and then it hangs up on you. Looks like multiple people have reported to the BBB and it appears I will have to do the same. Unfortunate that a company would screw people. I do not recommend ever. Poor business and customer service. Obviously a scam.
have not received item
I placed an order online on September 14th. I have yet to receive any update on the status of delivery or have any communication with Bullrun. I have emailed several times with no response. On the tracking number it has not moved since Sept 19th. I ordered it for a race I was doing in honor of the person that is on patch. That race was October 6th. I did not get to wear the patch.
I am requesting a refund ASAP and an some sort of communication on the reason for the non delivery or update. I don't like doing complaints but this is ridiculous to not be contacted.
name patches
I ordered two name patches over a month ago and still have not received my order. I never even received a shipping confirmation. Now this company is asking g me to write a product review! I have no product! I have gone through every possible link to get in touch with this company and apparently they have no phone number and no customer service. It is impossible to get in touch with these people. I am extremely disappointed and have no way to even get a refund for the product I already paid for. Very disappointed!

Ordered a name tape almost a month ago, received an email almost a week later that it was being seen, USPS tracking number says shipping label was created 19 May, no further action has been taken. I have emailed both of their boxes including their urgent, no reply. It doesn't take a month to do one name tape and their lack of response is ridiculous

I have been waiting on my shipment for almost a month now. They have no contact number, only an email which takes days and even weeks to respond. The tracking on the site does not work. I have asked for a refund, but no response so far. I am very disappointed and will be putting them on blast on all social media. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order on October 4th with Bullrun Flag Embroidery for name tapes and American Flag patches. I was emailed a tracking number on October 21st. Upon trying to use the tracking number, I discovered it is not a valid tracking number. I have emailed asking for update on order and have gotten no replies.
I did not do any research on the company prior to placing my order and it would appear I should have. My last email, I requested a refund.
velcro tags
I have submitted several emails about wanting a refund of my money as I was told the product I ordered was on backorder, after three weeks of waiting without any notice, I have requested a refund. I have not heard from this company, and will next go to the Better Business Bureau for further investigating of this company! I just want my 15 dollars back! Order#3417!
This company has refunded my money for the item that was purchased.
I purchased 8 tags from this company in May 2018. I have yet to receive them. I have had one email from them, but I still have no product. I cannot call and leave a message, as the voicemail is full. They have ignored my request for the items, or a refund. Horrible customer service and experience. I will be contacting the BBB.

On the USPS tracking website it states: The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on September 11, 2017 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if/when available.
