Build a Bear — birthday party
In July I booked a party for my 8 year old on Sept 8. Today, August 16, I was sent an email stating I couldn't have it that entire weekend because they are having an "event". I called their customer service number provided on the email and was not helped at all. Two different employees only kept saying they were sorry. Nothing was offered to assist me or compensate me for this poorly planned corporate screw up. Not only that, but the supervisor was extremely rude and passed me off to someone's voicemail whom has yet to return my call. I only wish your company had some competition so you would actually HAVE to provide decent customer service to stay in business. Now I have a very sad child, whom will NEVER be taken to your stores again. I will spread the word to everyone I can this awful experience.
