We went to BWW on Saturday night and we waited until 8:00 pm to avoid the rush. Unfortunately we walked in and were told there were open seats on the bar side so we walked over there. Over a dozen empty tables needed bussed and nobody was cleaning any of them. I found a table that was not too bad. Grabbed some napkins from the bar and wiped down the table for us. Then we watched several employees pass us by. One waitress did clean off a table and was helped by a second waitress on that table next to us and then call a group over by name. Give them menus and bring them drinks. Finally a waitress stopped by and said ‘You haven't been helped yet, have you?' We said no. She told us it would be an hour for food as the kitchen couldn't keep up. So here we are at Applebee's eating our food less than 30 minutes later. You would think that BWW would have been better prepared. I also asked the person at the door why they weren't telling people it was an hour wait. Unless of course you knew someone there I guess.

On September 14th, we placed an online order to the Adrian buffalo wild wings restaurant. The email confirmation stated the food would be ready at 4:40pm.
I placed the order at 4:25pm.
When I got there to pick this order up at 4:45pm, allowing 5 extra minutes, I was told the order was not ready yet. At 5pm, the order was still not ready. I mentioned to the young lady that the reason I placed an online order, was to NOT have to wait once I got there. Her response was to shrug her shoulders and turn back around to get back on her phone. NO apology, no nothing. Finally, at 5:10pm the order was completed. That was 30 minutes past the original time it was supposed to be done.

If your website online ordering isn't working for you, then don't offer it as an option. This is completely unacceptable. That along with the unprofessional behavior of the girl up front, we won't be back. If being on your cell phone is more important then treating customers with respect, then we can find other places to eat and order from.
Please give your employees some customer service training at this location and when the online order says a certain time the food will be ready, make sure it's not 30 minutes past that. Unbelievable...

I ordered half buffalo mild half garlic plus others they sent two buffalo I ordered over 70 of to go food everything else was correct but the basics I also was in trying to get my son a ball out of vending machine it jammed and told me no one could help customer service was completely useless I had to ask her to refund although she should have offererred I get busy but service is the area she is in

I ordered food from buffalo wild wings, to be delivered by doordash.
I ordered a side of fries wth salt and vinegar seasoning. I cannot even tell if there is seasoning on them or not. And they arrived ice cold and tasted very old.
I also ordered parmesan garlic wings. I'm not sure what seasoning they put on the wings, but it was not the parmesan and garlic I usually get. It was disgusting.
Also, I ordered veggies with my wings. And one of the bags of carrots were slimy. Do you know how long it takes for carrots to become slimy? A very long time.
I do not appreciate spending $50 on old, tasteless and incorrect food. BWW is one of my favorite places to order from, but no more.

Hello I asked the bartender Justin to give me a box to go and put my food in it, I left it on the counter for about 2 mins I had to go use the restroom and I put it to the side on the counter it was not busy and I came back and the bartender threw my food away, he was not rude or anything however I paid for my food and I even asked for a box to go and put my food in the box to come back from the restroom to him throwing it away upset me and all he said was I threw it away sorry, im not happy about this because he didn't even offer to have another meal come so I just left

My family and I dined lat Tuesday at your Maumee location, after finishing our meals, we asked the server for take away boxes for our leftovers.
To my surprise, she informed me they weren't allowed to give take away boxes because it is a bogo night.
Your new policy will cost your company many loyal customers, I will not frequent your restaurants ever again.
If I pay for my food, and I can't finish it, . I expect to be able to take it with me.

While on vacation visiting your BWW in Honolulu, my husband and I noticed the music was louder than I remember (it had been a couple of years). It was so loud we had to shout to each other for a simple conversation. We sitting 2 feet from each other and weren't sitting near a speaker. I thought this was unusual as I don't remember it being THIS loud. So we arrived back home and went to the BWW in Federal Way, Washington. Again, same thing. So loud we couldn't hear each other talk. So, unfortunately we left before ordering.

I talked with a gal I know from that works at our local bank. She also works at one of your restaurants in Puyallup, WA. She explained they are all like that! She told me it's a corporate thing and it can't be changed. She also confided in me, and let me know it's difficult for her to hear her customers when they are ordering.

I'm sure you all want the best experience for your customers so they will keep coming back. If the music is so loud you can't be social, or so loud the server can't hear the order correctly, wouldn't it make sense to lower the volume?
