Buffalo Wild Wings service

I have been loyal to this restaurant for very long time, and we been thru so many managers and employees, slow service, management not caring about customers, food take forever to come out of the kitchen, but TODAY!
I went to BWW to watch my football game and find out the store was closed.
and is very upsetting after drive 30 mins. and the reason, no cooks, wondering if you guys allowed to borrow employees from different stores,
or is really nothing you can do about it . i hope i heard soon from you BWW team.

Buffalo Wild Wings Someone used my account and now my reward points are down to 1200

This is my second attempt to fix this issue. I had over 6500 points on my reward. The last time I was at the restaurant in Queen Creek AZ I ordered and paid for one Cobb Salad watched a bit of football and left. The same day someone used my account to make 3 orders in the same day with my points. a 30 wing dish, a 20 wing dish and a lemonade. Whatever happened was fraudulent and I want my points back. How could this have happened? Could someone have overhead me giving my phone number to the server or maybe an employee? I have not gone back to the restaurant since I learned of this and want to but feel like you just dont' care. Arthur Silver [protected] [protected]@aol.com

Buffalo Wild Wings Poor Customer Service and food cold

On Sunday October 17, 2021 at 4pm my family and I received poor customer service and food that was not warm.

We had to wait 5 minutes before anyone talked to us and there was only 1 table filled with 8 people. Once we received our food my daughter dinner wasn't served. I asked the waitress what happened to my daughter dinner and she replied there was an order put in before hers. I asked how could this be when our order was placed together at the same time. She replied it will take a while. Afters another 10 minutes elapsed I approached the manager and asked him why our food was not served together. The manager asked if our waitress informed us of their policy where a tables food is not served at the same time.

I told the manager my waitress was rude and disrespectful and there was only 1 table with 8 customer's seated so how could this happen. After 10 minutes elapsed our food was now cold because we waited to eat together as a family. The boneless wings were cold and some were the size of large marble. Our waitress didn't check on us until it was time to pay the bill.

I've been eating at Buffalo Wild Wings in Illinois and Indiana for years and have Never been through something like this. I want a full refund for $77.47

We visited at 12:57, the greeter and person behind the counter were very rude and acted like they did not want to be there. The place, walls, and drink Machine was raggedy and filthy. I spent $60.46 and ordered 2 10 pc wing bundles and got kid sized fries, no lie. I opened the box and there were scant fries, ridiculous. I will NEVER go back to that...

Buffalo Wild Wings The food was horrible as was time and service

I ordered the sampler platter and there wasn't enough sauce on the boneless wings there was hardly any sauce they were tough and they were all around not good! I also ordered the kids meal macaroni and cheese the noodles were overcooked there was no cheese on them to be seen and the fries oh my hell they were old they had to have been from lunch time and it was 11 pm. Upon arriving there was a cashier who went in the back came back pulled out her cellphone was texting as she toldl me that my food was being bagged up and would be out in a minute she continued on her phone for the next 10 minutes while I stood there as soon as 2 other ladies came from the swinging doors to the kitchen she immediatley put her phone in her pocket I would imagine one of the ladies was a manager probably the same lady who went in the back and got the food but instead of handing to me and apolgoizing it for the wait she hands off to the cashier who is inches from me this was a horrible experice 95 % of the food is sitting on the counter in the kitchen 3 percent was spit out and the other 2% my dog tried to eat and wouldn't even eat it I wouldn't recommend the Buffalo wild wings by the layton mall to anyone the only thing good about the dinner was the chocolate milk that came in the kids meal the rest was crap the cheese sticks there was no cheese in the first one at all and they were so hard that I didn't even try another one the onion rings over cooked and the nachos wow yeah this was one of the worst food experiences I have ever had and I am 52 years old.

Desired outcome: Refund of my money I don't want any more food from your establishments

Buffalo Wild Wings Customer service and staff

I'm always doing deliveries on bww on Wilshire and Vermont . They are always unprofessional and rude when I just want to pick up an order . Today on sep 1 they seem to hire new staff but don't train them . Or maybe they just like wasting my time . I asked them about an order and they said it was being made . 35mim later the manager tells me they haven't even started the order because them don't have the items listed . I completely understand that . The problem is they said they've been having that order and if they knew prior to me asking . Why have me wait . I canceled the order and you rstaff I'm losing credibility . Long wait times and people are leaving . Corporate is losing money

Buffalo Wild Wings Terrible experience

This has to be one of the worst experiences I think I've ever had! Server was horrible, food was cold. My burger stated double meat only received one patty on both burgers ordered. Was there 2 1/2 hours and when I finally received my food I asked for boxes we were over the whole thing! The Los Lunas New Mexico location is terrible! Not the first time this has happened, 40.00 down the drain very disappointed!

Buffalo Wild Wings Boneless wings

I order boneless wings, ask for heavy parmesan garlic sance.didnt get extra dance, they were light sance, dry, over cooking.even said extra wet on my receipt.Teriyaki boneless, was dry n over cook also.
Very disappointed, never had bad order at this location before. Ruined my dinner n felt like I wasted my money.

Buffalo Wild Wings Unauthorized taking 1300 points out of my rewards account

On March 7, 2021 my rewards account was charger -1300 points for Certificate redemption for Brisket Taco's which I have never had in my life. I have tried contacting, this is now the fifth time asking to have the points put back into my account. I have heard nothing back from any of the five contacts and have not gotten my points back. Is this the way the company gets out of having someone using their rewards points is by just taking them out of your account so you can't use them. I have logged other complaints about specific stores and it appears that the company really doesn't care. What do I need to do, go to social media and start a campaign to wreck your reputation or just go to the news? I don't want to become angry but this is the fifth time I have tried to get this rectified. My account is [protected]@msn.com

Buffalo Wild Wings Missing food items, wrong preparation. Third party delivery. Manager at location wouldn't even cone to phone.

Not sure you can make out image included, but they have printed single burger, No place did I ever mark single burger I was expecting a double burger!

So I never ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings before n frankly I'm not sure I will again. First of all my 2 burgers only had one patty on them, no grilled onions as requested on both. No ketchup on side as requested. No salsa w the chips n salsa I ordered on both burgers.

I called the Lyndhurst location n the girl that answered asked the manager Shawn about he said I could go there n get sauce n or come in another time. I called an hour later, because my dad is 98 yrs old n he had to eat. I was disappointed with the response I got n also the amount I had to pay for what ended up being (2) single burgers.

I paid $55.35 with delivery fee n tip.

Buffalo Wild Wings Customer service sucked, the server sucked. Manager looked stoned making excuses for his server being so carefree about her job.

Where do I begin ", horrible server, horrible service, manager making excuses for his staff. Manager looked stoned out his mind, too much to write down and complain, im afraid to even order out from this location .The server complained about working a double that she picked up, my wife had to literally walk back to the beverage bar and get my kids a refill herself. My salad came out warm..I mean who eats a warm salad?

Buffalo Wild Wings Service

On Sunday May 30th at about 4:30 my wife and I went to the Downingtown Pa. location for a late lunch. When we got there there was nobody to seat us so the girl that does the take out had to seat us which is not right. Once we finally got seated and our server came to our table and took our drink order which was fine, after that it went downhill from there. Our server took our food order. It took a while to get our food and when it did finally did come out they brought out the burger that my wife ordered and I had to sit and wait for an additional 5 minutes before my chicken sandwich finally came and it was not what I had ordered at all. They asked if I wanted to take it back and I said NO because I was just tired of waiting for my food. Do not get me wrong the food was very good. When we finished eating our meal we asked for the manager, when he showed up we told him about our issue he said that it was corporate policy that they bring it out hot and ready, we were not told when we sat down that it could possible that the 2 orders might not come out at the same time. The manager also stated that they were short handed, they were NOT even close to being busy, there was only 4 tables with customers at them. The other issue was that our server started to clear other tables from customers that had left, she would SIT in the booth with a trash can that she drug through the dining area. She would start cleaning off of the table and then walk away leaving the trash can by the table but took absolutely nothing off of the table. When the table finally got finished being cleaned off they left trash on the floor under the table. It is more than likely going to be a while before we go back.

Buffalo Wild Wings facility

Was just in the Bdubs in Yukon, Ok. The food and the beer were GREAT. All the CRAP in the restaurant is beyond belief. All the plexiglas and barricades makes it nearly impossible to negotiate your way around the tables. I was in the bar. So, explain to me how that when I sit in the back of the bar I can smell the cigarette smoke from the front of the bar. If all your barricades work, why can I smell the smoke? Take the CRAP down and make a restaurant out of it again. ARBY'S HAS NOT DONE YOU ANY FAVORS. Too bad you sold out!
