Budski took $8500 from me to build a shed without having a license or insurance and was not bonded and never obtained permit. Gave deposit of $7000 and was told work would be started the next week, they didn't show up or communicate for 2 weeks. Then he showed up, put up a half baked form for a foundation (starting to fall apart) and laid some stone for base while drinking a 12 pack of beer and his truck leaked oil all over my driveway. Next day he asked me for $1500 because he said his insurance was going to lapse, took my check and haven't seen him since. Next day after I gave him the check the Village drove by and saw work was being done, he called into office and found they weren't even licensed in my town and issued a stop work order. I told budski about it and he said he expected me to pay for his license, that he wasn't a licenced roofer and also that his insurance needed to be reinstated so he obviously never used the $1500 he asked for to pay that. So now he hasn't returned my phone calls or text messages for a week and I want my money back. Brad Budski you took $8500 from me without being licensed which has resulted in a stop work order I want my money back! It is illegal to accept work or do work without a license and I can sue. Do not hire these guys! I thought he was an awesome trustworthy guy but his true colors have shown with my project and I am severely disappointed.

I had them pour a new concrete driveway and walkway for me. It was suppose to have a stamped patern in it. The original finishing of the concret was bad and the stamped pattern was very shallow. Brad came out to patch it and put what looks like swirls in the brick pattern. Within three months there where cracks all the way accross the driveway and walkway. Brad said he would come out and fix it but never did and stopped answering the phone
