BudgetPetCare Counterfeit Seresto flea collars

I received two counterfeit cat seresto collars. They do not come with the clear reflective clips or the calendar stickers that come with real seresto collars. The packaging is also different. I am unable to use these on my cats because they are not authentic, and I am afraid to use them. They also came in packaging from overseas. order number is 2443697. $56.22 was the amount charged.

Desired outcome: I would like my money refunded.

The customer doesn't realize that European pet pharmacies use different images on their packaging but the product is genuine. Look at this box of Heartgard Plus and Bravecto as an example. The box will show kg instead of lbs for your pet's weight is another example. I've used the company for 3 years and never had any problems.

BudgetPetCare such affordable prices

I and my best friend always discuss our pets just as the mums discuss everything about their kids in the kitty group. We were randomly conversing about the pet care products that we use for our pets on a regular basis. She told me the products and when I asked about their prices, I was shocked to hear such affordable prices of the same products that I pay extra for every month. Then she highly recommended me Budget Pet Care and when I visited the website, I was delighted to see such discounted prices on a wide range of pet products. To shop from this site is the best advice that I have ever received from my bestie.

BudgetPetCare no mention that products I ordered were coming from australia, via germany!

I have 3 indoor cats that that have a very bad flea problem. I have been treating them monthly with an inexpensive spot treatment, to no avail. I'm disabled and on a very tight budget but knew I needed to get better flea treatment products. I decided to check pricing on BudgetPetCare and I have to say, the prices were pretty good. Less than purchasing in a store anyway. On 8/22/18, I ordered Capstar pills and Frontline Plus. I was excited because I know the quality of both products. HOWEVER, I didn't know the products were coming from Australia! Thank goodness that I paid extra for tracking info. I felt that was ridiculous to have to pay for my tracking info. I decided to check on my order today, 8/28. The website did mention it could take 10-14 days, but I didn't expect that with my 2 little products. I was completely shocked to see the tracking info showed my stuff in Frankfurt, Germany this morning! I was livid because my cats need these products. I should have just bought them at a store and be done with it, but money is very tight. I called Customer Service right away and spoke with "Jacob". He was rude, talking over me. I told him I wanted the order cancelled and my credit card refunded immediately. He told me all he could tell me was to wait for the order to arrive and refuse it, then call Customer Service to arrange for a return. So I have to wait another 2+ weeks to pray that I actually get a refund if the return makes it back to Australia. I find it very disheartening that BudgetPetCare is operating in such a manner, with undisclosed product origin, and advertising free shipping, but you have to pay for the tracking info. I want to be assured that my credit card will be refunded. Unfortunately, there are those of us that have to make every penny count. The discounted prices BPC has are worth nothing to me, especially when they choose to keep their customers in the dark on some key issues. I wish I had never looked at their website.

The parent company of most pet pharmaceutical companies are located overseas. Bayer for instance is located in Germany and has labs located in Austria. The medication your receiving is comparable to the same product sold overseas while the packaging and image on the box will look different. It's still the genuine product at a 30% savings or greater.

BudgetPetCare mistakenly ordered wrong product

I am Brett. The reviews posted here can put anyone in a dock and create doubts in the mind of the individual. However, I would share my own experience with this site. Before that, I must say this is the cheapest site for pet products I found on internet. I remember last year during the Black Friday sales of 2017, I ordered 4 packs of Advantage mistakenly instead of frontline plus. As it was the peak time of sales, I was wondering whether the customer care individual would pay heed to my matter or not. The man on the phone listened to my request patiently. He outrightly helped in placing my order of 4 frontline plus products. I received my order well on time. The products were in top condition.

BudgetPetCare waste of time

People, listen to my advice: if you want to buy something from this website, you better go to the nearest pet shop and buy things that you need, because the BudgetPetCare will make you wait forever.
Yes, maybe they have some unique items, but do you really think they are the only one on the internet? Or maybe there are some alternatives? Think of this.
Don't order from them. Waste of your precious time.

BudgetPetCare scammers!

I have ordered an Advantage for my cat and they charged me twice! I contacted Budgetpetcare via email I found on their website but these scammers never bothered to reply. I also tried to call but they did not pick up the phone. They charged me twice for one and the same order and I never received anything.
I finally realized that Budgetpetcare was nothing but scam and immediately called my bank and blocked these criminals from any further charges. Don't deal with this company if you don't want to lose your money!

BudgetPetCare suspicious marketing

Doubt if they are offering legit products and now are saying they are in England, not Canada. Sales staff has strong non-US/non-British accent. Saw incredibly low prices for Advantage II on line - They are claiming to sell the quantity I would pay a reputable online company $320 for for under $200. So I did not order but phoned them. The company claims to be in London, England but their phone help is listed as US central standard time (CST). The person I spoke with had a heavy accent, not American or British. I called some other online pet health vendors that I had dealt with in the past and got a round estimate of the wholesale price for the product which is around twice what it is being sold for by this vendor. I strongly suspect that the item is not as presented and is either outdated or counterfeit. I decided to post this comment because the older comments are saying the company is in Canada and they are now claiming England.

Also, on other review sites their staff sound like youd expect a scam company to sound like, replying to negative reviews with name calling, childish insults, taunts, and just all around rude, antagonistic, and extremely unproffesional.

Ive seen others commenting that have had products from them shipping from germany and china though the company claimed to be in canada, then later claimed to be in london. Packaging appears fake but similar to the real thing. The products in the packaging dont even look close to the manufacturers real product and when i called the manufacturer i was told that they have NEVER produced a product with the lot number that was listed on my package. Definitely counterfeit items.

They have a better price than most, but I still haven't received my product after the 14 day promised shipping time. They are slow to respond, do not let you know when they have sent your product, and when you have a problem send you to a third party called BuySafe. BuySafe is way too labor intensive for me. Why cant they just take care of it themselves? Hopefully I will receive the Capstar I purchased from them, if not I will just contact my CC company and get refunded that way. I will not buy from them again.

BudgetPetCare stay away from this one

I ordered Frontline Plus. I got Frontline Combo. Ordered 12-8-12. Order shipped 12-11-12. It went to the U.K. (I don't know why) I called many times but did not have the right number. (They gave me 1-800-etc. found out it was 1-888-etc) Got order 12-20-12. Hell, I could have walked there and back by then. (I am 77 years old.)

BudgetPetCare this company fits my criteria for shady

I understand product from this company is making pets sick. Glad I mistrusted them enough to check this out. All the warning signs are there. Read this...

I ordered a 3 month supply of Frontline Plus or Topspot, or so I thought. I received Frontline Combo stating this was a replacement for the Frontline Plus. This was from a Canadian company, Budget Pet Care. The substitute product is made in the UK and they had to send it due to a manufacturer's shortage. The company made no attempt to solicit my approval for the substitution prior to their shipment. They are willing to let me return the product to Huntsville Missouri (really?). But since I am not happy with the product, they insist I still pay for their shipping of it to me, so they will be deducting $5.00 for the original shipping charges. For a product I did not order.

I quote another comment...

BEWARE! IF THEIR SUBSTITUTION PRACTICE IS UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

There is no way I am placing this on my pet. I do not trust them. The color of product is not same as my Frontline Topspot, don't know about the Plus. THE BOX WAS NOT SEALED! The three for small dogs were not even in a box.

Also took BudgetPetCare.com THREE days to even ship product then emailed that it would be here in 10 - 14 business days, if it did not arrive, email back and they would refund my money. Now that is an idea... hhhmmmmm

But I am an honest person. So to Missouri it goes, $5 I don't care, will not fight them for $5. I will spend my time instead in posting this review won every site I can and then on my Womens-Fiction Blog (Myths, Dense Observations and Lies We've Been Told)--- you can take this out if you want, just want to make the point how bad it is, disillusioned about Canada now, I trusted this purchase. This company fits my criteria for shady. I'm ticked.

BudgetPetCare avoid this website at all costs

This is the second time I fell for your lies! I intend to let everyone I know what a scam you are.

Free shipping! That's a joke. I ordered my supplies 10 days ago and still have not heard from them.

And beware! This company is based in canada and they charged me an extra dollar stating it was "international".

I have already been in touch with my bank so they are aware of this company and we will dispute the charges. Buyer beware.

BudgetPetCare I received frontline plus that my vet says is not real

I received Frontline Plus that my vet says is not real. He said it could be just water or something benign but will not kill fleas, or it could even be something harmful, but that under any circumstances it is not manufactured by Merial. The Merial plant is in Duluth, Ga near my house and I talked to their plant manager who confirmed that whether seller claims this stuff is being manufactured in France or any other country, it is 100% not made by Merial or any of its affiliates. Just thought you should know. I wasted $99 plus had my dog unprotected due to putting fake Frontline on her for several months, and would like to save you from doing the same.

Ordered frontline plus for my cat, seemed like such a nice website at first. Its been two weeks now and I still have not received what I ordered and I cannot get someone on the phone. the reviews on their site seem so positive, but go anywhere else and you find out this is the worst company in the world. Never ever ever ever ever order from these ###.

BudgetPetCare worst experience I ever got

Worst experience I ever got. The wait was over a month, the product wasn't what I ordered (Frontline Plus, but got Frontline Combo..whatever it is. It comes from Great Brittan). Two out of six pipettes were empty. Called customer service. Got yelled at. Took pics and emailed back to them. Got a reply "it appears there are no damaged pipettes." STAY AWAY!

BudgetPetCare the 1st time I ordered from them my order never shipped

My recommendation is to NOT use these people!

The 1st time I ordered from them my order never shipped, I called to find out where it was after two weeks, only to learn they hadn't shipped it. I canceled it.

Last month I decide to try again, because they do have good prices. After one week, my order had not arrived, although I was assured it had shipped. I was told it should take 7-10 business days. I called after two weeks after still not receiving my order and was then told it takes 7-14 business days. After 3 weeks and 15 business days I have still not received my order. They have not returned my phone messages or emails since. Lousy customer service, if any!

I paid for my cat medication and I never receive the product. Even they don't have any way to track the product. You should pay with a trustable company in order to have peace of mind. I am never going back to www.budgetpetcare.com, they don't deserve it. Run away if you can!

After ordering from Budgetpetcare, I went online and saw all of the negative reviews and got nervous so I emailed them to check the status of my order. I got a prompt reply to my email and my products arrived as ordered within 12 days. The prices and shipping are good deals so I will probably use them again.
