Never received my shed nor my refund!!

I have many numerous phone callsand Emails.. Always getting the same answer, That mine is being shipped out and is next.. Well it is November 10, 2016 3:45 pm, still NO shed.. All I keep getting is I will call you back. When answered Novemeber 08 2016 he said he would refund my money... Well Where is my REFUND! I have not received it nor will they answer the phone.. Such terrible Customer Service

Phone call made Nov 01 I ask he said he would call the warehouse and he will call me back..Never did..
Nov 03 called again Left Message And Email..No Response.
Nov 07 called again He said will call me right back ... Never Did..
Nov 08 called again he said Due to time difference of warehouse 3 hours, that he would call the warehouse in two hours and call me back..Never Did..
Nov 09 called again answering machine
Nov 10 Answering machine 3 times.. Still no shed Still no REFUND.. Going on five weeks now ...

Do not buy from this company - i wish i read the reviews before i ordered a shed from them. I ordered a shed and promised it would be delivered in 10 days. My husband took off work and lost pay for 2 weeks to install a shed that never came! When i called to complain i was told he forgot to place the order. He is placing right now and it will be there in a week. Guess what it wasn't. I called again and left messages, my husband called and left messages - no reply. Finally after a month i got him on the phone to cancel my order. And now 5 days later i still have not received a credit. I just disputed the charge on my credit card. Save yourself the headache and order somewhere else. The only reason there is one star is because you have to choose a star to post this review!
I got broken chairs and no help from the customer services
I ordered garden set from the company www.budgetpackaging.com. The set contained a table and 4 chairs, but these jerks provided defective stuff. Two chairs were broken. Completely useless. I contacted the customer services, but the rep told me that he needed to speak with the manager. After that he promised to call me back. I heard nothing and no idea how to solve the problem. Please, post comments.
