Budget Suites of America

I moved into the Budget Suites on Forest and 635 in Dallas two weeks ago and had to move out last night due to the roach infestation. I repeatedly asked for a refund after paying $691 for the 1st week and $396 for the 2nd; only to be "waited out". This was an inhumane living condition. I didn't want seeing roaches normal for my kids. I would never stay there again.

They have tore the half left side of wall apart but never came back to fix why it's leaking water ever time it rains. It's been 3 months or so of this problem they keep telling me the manager that when the weather permits them to fix it they will but they have not I either want them to fix this right or give me 4 months worth of my rent to them in cash so I can move away from this place this is ridiculous

First of all the room we rented for the week was barely tolerable between the plumbing that kept a constant puddle by the toilet, the manager never told us it was going to take 4-8 weeks to mail us a check back for the deposit after being approved. Which took a few weeks alone. I will never ever even consider staying here again or any other location, I'd rather sleep outside on the curb

The new manager had on more than one occasion use her key to come into my apartment without permission even when I was home and she could have knocked. The maintenence also have keys and don't knock and just walk in while I am taking a nap on the couch. I am a woman with the kids and having a someone just walk into my apartment to me is wrong when we asked the manager sure told me because she was the manager she could come in anytime she wanted to. She had only been here around three months and I have been here for six months and anytime we have asked her anything she has told me she was to busy rot now to come back later. I was trying to find out if there was anywhere I could report her
